Her calm, organized presence gave us so much peace of mind, and her creativity elevated every single detail. On the wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing — everything ran flawlessly, allowing us to be fully present and soak in every special moment.

Christa had also planned our best friends’ wedding, and seeing how incredible their day was made choosing her the easiest decision ever. She exceeded every expectation again and reminded us why we just love her — both as a planner and as a person.

I’m telling you they are the real deal and will make your life a million times easier. Christa planned and executed my wedding and I really don’t know how I would have made it happen without her. I am currently on the east coast so having her out there on the west coast planning my SF wedding was a lifesaver. She did so many things for me virtually including taking me on a tour through warehouses to pick tables/chairs/tablecloths and she even went to my cake tasting for me. I told her which flavor combos I was interested in and she tried them and gave me good feedback. Although I was not there I trusted her expertise and she delivered, the cake was delicious.

Wedding planning can be so overwhelming and cause one much stress. Christa alleviated the anxiety I had about wedding planning and made things easy. I was able to take in the process and actually enjoy the little things and special moments and have fun with it. Christa is very organized and has like a master checklist, a budget form, how-to guides, and many materials to make sure that everything is taken care of from A-Z. She makes herself very accessible and is great at communicating. She has the best contacts and can connect you with anyone you need. We used her recommendations for our cake, DJ, florist, balloon artist, photographer, and videographer. Each person she recommended was professional and high quality.

I also love that Christa is assertive (in a friendly way of course) and gets people in place and makes sure everyone’s doing what they need to be doing. The day of my wedding she kept everything on schedule and everyone was where they needed to be, and at the appropriate times. The whole day went smooth. And I as someone who is very particular, someone who notices small details, I felt comfortable enough to relax because I knew Christa was in charge and handling things. She is meticulous and has excellent taste so I was able to sit back knowing that if something did come up last minute Christa had the ability to make an executive decision and make a decision that I would approve of.

I could go on and on because there are not enough words to express how thankful I am for Christa and her team. Even if you have a full concept in your head of what you want for your event and you’re wondering if you need her, yes you do lol. She can take your vision, and with her connections and experience, take your vision to the next level. I would not hesitate to hire Magnetic Magnificent Events in the future. Christa made our wedding possible! I had already done most of the planning myself, but she came on the scene a couple months before and helped us hammer out all the details, then made sure that everything ran smoothly on the day-of. We were so impressed by how she handled everything calmly and expertly. I truly was able to just relax and enjoy the day - and that was priceless!! Christa was our day-of coordinator and she was great to work with. For your big day, you want someone who is charismatic, fast-thinker, and detail oriented...Christa is the answer to those qualities! She has a vibrant energy that puts you at ease because you know she got it all handled. She did a great job making sure our wedding day went super smoothly - it was reported by many of our guests that it was one of the best planned weddings of 2022 that they had attended (which says a lot because there are like a million weddings in 2022..). Christa and everyone at Magnetic Magnificent Events are incredible!! We were having a small and fairly private event, but the venue was pretty big. So I knew that we needed to have someone help us run the event. My husband was not convinced that we needed to spend the money, “everything would work out just fine”. Thankfully I convinced him to hire Christa and her team. They were AMAZING! Every detail was sheer perfection. It was beyond what I could have imagined. She turned my ideas into magical moments for us and our guests. I didn’t have to worry about anything. She had every detail covered. Plus, Christa has an insane work ethic and goes above and beyond what is expected of her. Her team is just as good as she is. What is so wonderful about Christa, is she the calm in the center of the storm. Things could be going wrong all around you, but she is there calm and collected and ready to fix everything. She made our entire wedding party feel like she had our back at any moment. She would appear out of nowhere and make sure you were where you needed to be. Our wedding was perfect because of this incredible team of people. I give Christa and Magnetic Magnificent Events my highest recommendation!

Christa was awesome. Multiple calls/zoom meetings before to cover every detail. She was earlier to the event day off, was a professional during the event, and stayed late to close everything out. Couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator.

We cannot recommend Magnetic Magnificent Events highly enough! We went through the same nightmare many folks are experiencing; we got engaged in December 2019, planned our wedding for November of 2020, and had to postpone until November of 2021. Christa was amazing throughout and didn't miss a thing through the long, complicated process.
Our venue, the Berkeley City Club, had a list of recommended vendors, and required a day-of coordinator, for which I'm so thankful! Once we talked to Christa, we realized she was exactly what we were looking for. She explained everything so thoroughly and made it clear she would answer any questions that came up along the way. When we had to postpone, she was so supportive and positive.
As the wedding approached, we met again with Christa who went over all the important information. She even reminded us of details we'd forgotten about and kept us on track, as well as putting any doubts or concerns to rest.
The night before our wedding, Christa showed up for the rehearsal and was ready to WORK! She was friendly and professional and wasted no time jumping right in to make our wedding dreams come true. I think she even stayed late without being asked just to make sure every last detail was taken care of. The next day, Christa's associate Dawn was at the venue early getting everything set up perfectly, and I can't stress enough what a comforting presence Dawn was throughout the day. Every time I saw her, she was reassuring and helpful. It was officially the most perfect wedding ever from our point of view, and while I know that behind the scenes some things may have fallen apart, we never knew about it because of Christa and Dawn. My one regret is that we didn't hire them for their full planning services; I know they would have saved me even more stress if I had! I was so lucky to find Magnetic Magnificent Events to help with planning and day-of coordination for our covid wedding at Seascape Resort in Aptos. We had pushed our date once and decided to go through w/ our 2nd date in the midst of the delta wave. Christa was such a lifesaver in helping manage all the details and curveballs with wedding planning. She was extremely organized and responsive. Dawn helped us day of and was such an angel. She kept everything on track and was so amazing and sweet. I felt so supported by Christa and her team during the wedding and found her to be such a vital part in keeping our day running smooth and stress-free. I cannot thank Christa and Dawn enough!

We hired Christa for a day of coordinator for a wedding of 25 people in Big Sur. You’d be surprised how much coordinating is needed for a wedding that small! A lot of coordinators wanted to charge me for things I didn’t need, but right away Christa understood exactly what I needed help with. We jumped on a call and went through everything I need and the schedule and she helped coordinate with all of my vendors. The day of I showed up and everything was perfect, she kept us on schedule, made she we had everything we needed, I also didn’t have a DJ and she helped me with my playlists to make sure the songs played at the right time. We had some unexpected fog that forced us to move the wedding inside and she helped get everything moved quickly and communicated all of my concerns with the venue and it ended up being the most magical night. Christa is so nice and so professional, everyone loved her. Thank you Christa!!
