  The MOST Amazing Wedding Coordinators!

  Both my husband and I agree that hiring Trilogy Events to coordinate our wedding was one of the top BEST decisions we made in wedding planning. We wish we found them sooner! I met Monica & Haylie just a few months before my own wedding at my best friend's wedding. My best friend hired them to coordinate her wedding, and I was impressed by their professionalism, friendliness, and smooth execution of all wedding events. I decided to hire them for my own wedding for day-of-coordination, and I can't say enough how much they helped me. I was a calm, happy bride because of them. I had taken on so much of the wedding planning for 9 months, and I was able to sit back and relax in the last month leading up to my wedding while they finalized details with vendors, worked with my venue through logistics, worked on my name cards for seating arrangements, created a seamless wedding day timeline, and brought my vision to life. Monica and Haylie are both amazing, organized, and professional experts in the field. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone planning a wedding. If you're on the fence wondering if you even need a wedding coordinator, I'd say DO IT with all my confidence and reassurance. My wedding planning processing and day went SO smoothly, thanks to them, and I was able to be present, calm, and joyful because they had it under control. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

  Trilogy Events brought our vision to life! My husband and I used their services for our micro wedding and it turned out better than I even imagined.   Amazing Day of Coordinator service!

  Monica and Haylie are beyond amazing! I hired them for Day Of Coordinator services for my wedding earlier this month, and I cannot recommend them enough.
  From our initial meeting through the time they took over with the planning, to the actual “day of” they were extremely professional, yet also so warm and easy to talk to.
  On the actual “day of” they checked in on me at my hotel while they were on the way to the venue to ensure I was okay and didn’t need anything. Once at the venue they got straight to work on ensuring everything was set up properly and even used some of their own expertise to set up areas where I hadn’t given much guidance.
  They were like mind reader the entire day and just “knew” what was needed (like a glass of champagne or a bite to eat) at all the right times. They also made sure to keep the evening on schedule, but we’re also very flexible if I wanted to push anything back.
  At the end of the night they packed up everything perfectly and expertly loaded in my car.
  The entire day was seamless and I have these two ladies to thank for that! My (now) husband, MIL, mother, and many others told me how wonderful they thought Monica and Haylie were as well, and how smart I was to hire them.

  Cannot Recommend Trilogy Enough!

  Hiring Trilogy Event Planning for my wedding was the best decision I ever made! They were the best vendor I hired and actually saved my wedding! Leading up to the wedding, they are super responsive, helpful and detail-oriented. They made sure every one of my questions was answered and had a helpful too to keep track of everything! They met and talked with all of the vendors and had the best schedule. They also helped me design and print all signage. I say to everyone that my planners were the BEST! I cannot recommend them enough and if I were to have another event they would be the first on my list to hire! Thank you Monica and Haylie!

  I am so impressed with Haylie, Monica, and the Trilogy Events Team! I recently hired Trilogy Events to plan and design my wedding from start to finish. We needed everything from the venue and color palette to the officiant, and they did not miss a beat. Everything was executed flawlessly and they brought my rustic, colorful and spring floral wedding dreams to life. They sourced all of our vendors and provided us the option to sit in on interviews, take the meeting myself, or ask them to handle it all and send me the recap. They made it so easy and so customizable, allowing us to decide the level of commitment we wanted to put in. On the day I was relaxed and present with my guests and now-husband. We were so well-taken care of and I would recommend Trilogy Events to anyone and everyone! Thank you, ladies!

  The best event planners out there!

  As a DJ and the Owner of Justintertainment, I have worked with hundreds of event planners over the course of my career; the good the bad and the ugly.... but this was different. Haylie and Monica are TOP NOTCH. Not only are they good at their jobs, they are an absolute PLEASURE to work with. I had an opportunity to work with them for a wedding a few weeks ago at Mavericks house in Half Moon bay. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I was also impressed with how they made day of adjustments on the fly. Events always have moving parts and they navigated through them flawlessly AND did a great job of communicating any changes as the day went on. I wish I could work with them every weekend!
