My husband and I loved working with Jacquie in the lead up to our wedding. We used the month-of package and felt like we got an incredible value for her services. She was quick to respond, had helpful templates, and was flexible in meetings times and frequency based on what we needed to meet our deadlines with the venue. Everything went well on the day of and Jacquie knew what she was doing!

Our wedding was a complex affair - a small SF city hall ceremony for close family and friends on Thursday, a welcome dinner, and then another ceremony, cocktail hour and reception on Sunday for 160 people, including 40 kids.

Jacquie was an absolute wizard at helping us assemble and coordinate our crack team of vendors (venue, catering, florist, live musicians, DJ, photographer, childcare, just to name the biggest ones). She was indispensable at juggling all the logistics in the months and weeks and days leading up to the big one(s). Then on those days she was seemingly everywhere at once, orchestrating all the different vendors and timelines and cues with to-the-second precision.

Jacquie is excellent at covering the big things, but it's the attention to the little things that sets her apart. And her attention to detail is spectacular. Just to give one small example: at the Thursday ceremony my boutonniere was too top-heavy for the single magnet the florist had put on it, and it kept flopping sideways. Jacquie immediately stepped in with a pin and fixed it. Come Sunday, and without me having even remembered to mention it, voila - two magnets on the boutonniere, and it stayed put.

On top of all that, Jacquie is always friendly, always considerate, always smiling, never loses it no matter how many last-second logistics blow ups occur. She and her team are wonderful - easy to work with, and worth every penny.

I've heard horror stories about big-name planners who charge 2-3x as much, and then phone it in like it's just another job to them (which, in fairness, it is I suppose). But Jacquie made us feel like this was as big a deal to her as it was to us.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Jacquie again. Well, not for a wedding. We don't plan to have another one of those... But any other event - she'd be my first and only call.

I cannot praise Jacqueline and Truly Loved Events enough for wedding coordination! We had a three-day event that included South Asian ceremonies, Latino traditions, and a wide variety of guests. Although she guided us from the beginning, with tricks on how to prioritize within our budget, to the end, she primarily stepped during our last month for wedding coordination. So many of the extra details that made our wedding memorable for us and our guests came straight from her. Something she especially excelled at was handling some of the more colorful characters in our family without making it an extra burden on us. Weddings are always going to be a bit stressful, but you want someone you can depend on to address the stress proactively to minimize it as much as possible.
