Jenell is a UNICORN. She is 1 of 1, and if you’re reading this review, I’m here to tell you that Jenell will do the best job, by far, of all the coordinators you’re shopping right now. Hear me out and I’ll explain. It will be the best ‘yes’ you’ve said since your engagement.

For context, I’m a DJ who has worked with hundreds of wedding coordinators in the last decade. Most of them were pretty good! But your standard-fare ‘good’ coordinator is not even in the same league as Jenell. They’re hardly even playing the same game. And the difference boils down to this:

Jenell cares about each and every wedding as much as her couples do.

You’d hope that would be the norm for wedding vendors, right? Unfortunately, that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Most wedding vendors (especially coordinators with as much experience as Jenell has) see each couple as a number, and each wedding like a shift at their 9-5. Brides and grooms get nickeled and dimed for any extra cost, they have a limit on pre-wedding consultations, and they see their wedding coordinator gossiping with the photographers before heading out early from the reception. And for the privilege of such mundane customer service, you get to pay 2-4k more than Jenell will charge you.

I have seen so many couples spend so much money and get so little effort from their coordinators. Shouldn’t grooms and brides be a bit more special on their wedding day?

Jenell sure thinks so, and she works harder to make special weddings than anyone else. She bends over backwards week-in and week-out to turn dream weddings into real memories.

Instead of viewing her clients as numbers, Jenell cares for each and every couple with the warmth and willingness of a longtime friend. It’s no surprise that many brides and grooms stay in contact with her for years after their wedding date.

I’ve seen her pay out-of-pocket and take losses for extraneous client expenses and spend days personally constructing photo-op pieces (specifically, a vine wall - it was sick) just to make a bride’s wishes come true. She’ll spend hours on the phone with clients every other day for a year straight.

DO YOU KNOW HOW RARE THAT IS IN THE WEDDING INDUSTRY? Noooooobody else supports couples on their wedding day like that. It makes a huge, huge difference when your realize that your coordinator is your ally, and your friend.

… And that’s all the more impressive because Jenell basically offers the experience, competence, and talent of a $10,000+ coordinator. She’s absolutely on the ball during the planning process and day-of. She doesn’t leave early (in fact, she might be the last one there, making sure everything for your rentals is perfectly ready to go). She routinely handcrafts welcome signs and other fabulous accent pieces to flare up venue areas, her table designs are carefully customized reflections of her clients’ personalities and stories, and her timelines run smooth as butter, all the time.

Her ‘firefighting’ skills are top notch (one story that stands out is her having to do spontaneous MC work to cover for a DJ who didn’t have a first dance prepared. Don’t worry, it wasn’t me hahaha.) But if and when things don’t go as planned during the wedding day, Jenell is the exact kind of calm, cool, collected, and reassuring that you need.

So, when you combine Jenell’s competence with her 1-in-a-million service philosophy, you’d expect to be paying north of $10,000 for the Jenell experience. But her full-service package is barely half of that.

If you made it this far, I’ll end with this: there is no other deal you’re going to find if you’re getting married in the NorCal area. Jenell is the one who cares about your day like you do, and she’ll do everything under the sun to bring your vision to life. So do yourself a favor, save a couple grand, and make the decision that will immortalize your wedding day as it ought to be: the best day of your life.

P.S. Her one weakness is asking couples for follow-up reviews after their weddings lol.

Jenell was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was responsive over text and consistently offered thoughtful advice and creative suggestions for every part of the wedding. I came in with a lot of ideas about what we wanted, and she helped bring every single one of them to life. She handled all vendor communication seamlessly and created the most beautiful setup on the day of. Our wedding truly was the best day ever, and it wouldn’t have been the same without Jenell supporting us every step of the way.

We hired Jenelle for our wedding in October 2024, and I don't even know where to start at how incredible she was with planning our wedding, there are so many amazing things she did for our special day!

She was truly incredible. Her positivity, energy, and love for planning weddings truly radiates through in her personality, and we are so grateful we found her! From the start, she was super warm and welcoming, and was so knowledgable about all the ins and outs of wedding planning and what to expect and prepare for.

She was so detail oriented and wanted to be involved with all of the wedding designs and details, so leading up to the event, she was checking in weekly to ensure we were on track and had our things prepared and ready to go. Things from the center pieces, custom welcome mirror that she made for us, seating chart, bar design that she brought, the glassware details, table and chair rentals...wedding planning is a beast in itself and she was there every step of the way to help navigate!

When it came to the day before the wedding, she came for the rehearsal and helped prepare our wedding florals. Being an interior designer in San Francisco, I was very hands on with the designs I envisioned for the wedding, and she was willing to help out with it all, no questions asked. She is truly, truly incredible and goes above and beyond for her clients.

The day of the wedding, she was there bright and early to help set up the ceremony, reception, all of our decor, and hand made our florals. Again, above and beyond and we were blown away by her efforts.

The end result was the most beautiful, whimsical, effortlessly chic wedding we could have ever hoped for, and we could not have done it without Jenelle and her wonderful team.

I truly adore her and her work ethic, and see so much success ahead for her and her team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my dream wedding come true - you are simply incredible and we are forever grateful we met you!!

She brought our story of how we met into the ceremony, and was so thoughtful, articulate, and really amazing when giving her speeches and walking us and the guests through our wedding ceremony. The outcome was a beautiful, short and sweet, ceremony that we'll remember forever. We are truly so lucky to have had her be in our wedding, and highly recommend her!!

Wildflower Event Company was hired last minute for an elopement on 11.11.23.

The owner took it upon herself to take care of this challenge that fell through someone else’s hands with no warning. Her personality alone clicked with us so well. She is perfect! She amazed both myself and my husband. We felt so relaxed and was able to enjoy the whole process leading to our wedding and the day of!

She was able to put my wedding together in 3 weeks time AND put together my wedding ceremony site and my 2 reception sites which was 20 minutes down a mountain! She stayed with us even afterwards and joined us for the whole thing to ensure EVERYTHING went smooth! And the Jacobs’ wedding day was MAGICAL!

From initially just needing help with an elopement, she was walked me through all the little things to let me see all the possibilities we can do in our time frame of a day and the planning time we had.

We made the MOST of it. And both my husband and I couldn’t have been any happier!!!!! Our guests were in awe. The best thing about the wedding, was that it was a beautiful reflection of myself and my groom! EVERY DETAIL of our wedding showcased both of us. It’s all thanks to Wildflower Event Company!

I cannot speak enough good things about Jenell and her team. Jenell absolutely blew us away with attention to detail and helping us feel at ease and taken care of during the planning process. Our site was completely DIY, including rentals, catering, florals, etc. Jenell thinks of everything and ran around all weekend making our wedding day look and feel beyond our dreams.

From the very early planning stages all the way through the big day, Jenell and her team did an amazing job!! They were able to execute our day exactly as we had hoped and took all of the stress off of our shoulders with set-up, decorations, dealing with vendors, guests, etc. so that we could enjoy our day. Jenell has a wonderful eye for decor and attention to detail and the tables and venue looked absolutely stunning! I know that couldn't have been possible without her! There were several important items and details that I had forgotten to do and even though it was last minute she took control and handled it for me. From the dessert table labels and signs that she printed up and framed herself, to the napkins that she folded to perfection. I felt like she cared about my wedding day as though it was her wedding day! Her support and help throughout the whole process was invaluable and she really made our day more special than we could have ever imagined.

Jenell was absolutely a pleasure to work with - very professional, great attention to detail, able to anticipate needs, flexible, responsive, reliable and was consistent with following through with my requests. I felt that I was in good hands and didn't need to worry about anything during my rehearsal dinner and wedding day. I was able to enjoy my special day and be in the moment as I knew that everything would run smoothly. I highly recommend working with Jenell and her team.
