So happy to have found Lisa and Jason and had the pleasure of working with them for what turned out to be three smaller events, including a birthday party and then an elopement, which took shape after booking them for a large wedding and then cancelling it. They very kindly let us change the parameters and dates as needed. We were impressed not just with their flexibility but the food quality, over-and-above, professional demeanor that included little things like suggesting we turn on more lights, their warmth, and how easily they fit in to each party setting. Loved all the great appetizers, salads, entrees, assorted desserts, and custom-designed cakes. Highly recommend!

OMG it went wonderful. This is my first time with them and they did wonderful. Everything I wanted I was able to get. Super sweet people and amazing food. I would definitely hire them again. Absolutely wonderful experience!!

Planning went well, with well done tasting meeting. Contracts were specific and clear. Food was yummy, hot, well presented, well served. Leftover food left behind as requested, consolidated in to trays, unfortunately without lids. Ziplock bags had to be purchased at store to pack food and get it home. At meeting, Costa Vida said they would pack up food to go and put in refrigerator. That is my only issue. Everything else was great. E

Loui is the best in every aspect, he's team worked hard to create wonderful experience, food was great - the brisket!!! Wonderful experience for wedding in remote location!!! Thank you!

If I can say one thing about Authentic Street Taco (AST), it would be that THEY DELIVERED. Literally and figuratively. We absolutely over ordered and we could not be happier about it. AST was our end of the night caterer. We chose to have the food dropped off & set it up in buffet style. There were no unhappy guests & bonus, what we took home, we enjoyed the next night! As a matter of fact, we had some leftover quesadillas (don't know how that happened), so we froze them & later threw into an air fryer & OMG it was amazing. Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend. Excellent food, excellent communication, & excellent service. Thank you, Authentic Street Taco!!

10/10 Chef’s Kiss! To start off, when we first met Chef Alex at our wedding food tasting prior to booking a caterer, WE WERE IMPRESSED. Our food tasting was like a 20 course meal! At that moment we knew we had to pick Chef Alex to make our wedding food because he is generous with his proportions at the wedding tasting and on our wedding day. Chef Alex is very accommodating with dietary restrictions as well. Chef Alex’s and his staff were professional. We had so much food left over after the wedding too! Our wedding guests LOVED LOVED LOVED the food. They especially raved about his honey teriyaki salmon and the chicken avocado mango salad. Everyone said the beef in the beef stroganoff was tender. EVERYTHING was delicious. The guests who we knew are picky eaters told us that they loved the food. That is a huge compliment to us and to Chef Alex. Our wedding guest did not starve. We did buffet style and we saw plates STACKED with food. We still had so much left overs! I am telling you, Chef Alex is the way to go. Multiple wedding guests told us, “This is the best wedding food I ever had!” If you are looking for a chef who is professional, generous, and a great cook: pick Chef Alex. If you DON'T want your guests to starve on your wedding day pick Grill & Fire Kitchen because they are so generous with their proportions. We’ve been to weddings where there was not enough food and we were starving. This was not the case at our wedding. If you want to be told, “This is the best wedding food I’ve tasted” book with them! If you read through this whole review, this is your sign to book with Grill & Fire Kitchen as your caterer for your wedding.

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Hunter Drake Catering. Geoffrey and his team were an absolute dream to work with—so kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day special. Every step of the planning process was easy and enjoyable thanks to their warmth, flexibility, and clear communication. The food was incredible. Our guests are still talking about how fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented everything was. You could truly taste the care and quality in every bite. Hunter Drake Catering had so many amazing options to choose from and were so open to collaborating with us to bring our vision to life. On the day of our wedding, Geoffrey and his team helped everything feel calm, smooth, and effortless for us and truly went above and beyond. We are so grateful for them and cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone looking for an exceptional catering experience.

We were surprised by our closest friends with an anniversary dinner and Chatcuterie Grazing catered it. They are amazing! They have the most beautiful displays and it looked beautiful! They are professional and they really cared to make my event special!

Excellent Service...Excellent Food...Great company to work with! The staff was very efficient and attentive to our guests. The food was fantastic and the presentation of the food on the buffet table was exquisite!
