Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill

I have nothing but positive things to say about Costa Vida Mexican Grill! They were very easy to work with when planning, and were very professional. They made sure everything was taken care of so we had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. The food blew us away. We did not even try the food ahead of time, and let me tell you, we could not have asked for better. It was so flavorful, with so many different options for guests to choose from. There was something for everyone! They came with a large, friendly staff to help. They all seemed so happy to be there, and were so helpful throughout the evening. We had plenty of food with no concern of running out, and the buffet line moved very quickly. I was in the bridal suite after pictures, and they made sure to deliver some appetizers and drinks to me which I thought was very thoughtful. Overall, we were so happy with our choice to have Costa Vida cater our wedding, and they exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely choose them as a caterer for a future event! I was looking for a caterer for our rehearsal dinner for our son. I had initially thought that I would try to find someone who would prep and cook the food and we would pick up and serve. I reached out for information from Costa Vida and received a prompt call back. Khurram was so helpful. He explained every item and detail that they provided and opened my eyes to Costa Vida providing a full serve meal at our location. I had no idea. Their prices were comparable from the onset but when you saw what they included and the other guys upcharged for it was a great deal. They met me out at the venue and we went thru all the details. They answered questions promptly and did everything they said they were going to do. They were on time, dressed professionally and served us a wonderfully delicious meal. I didn't have to worry about a thing. It was wonderful having the peace of mind that everything was well taken care of while we were busy attending to last minute wedding details. Our guests were impressed and left with full bellies. They even packaged up and left us all the remaining food! I would highly recommend Costa Vida Full Service catering for your next event.

Costa Vida catered our rehearsal dinner and exceeded our expectations! Khurram and his team did everything and went over exactly what we wanted beforehand so we didn’t have to worry about anything day of. The food was excellent and we received a ton of compliments from guests on both the food and the set up! Plus they were very reasonable in pricing! I highly recommend them for any event you might need catered!

My sister used them last year as her caterer. I ended up using them to the customer service and prompt response. Dinner was so good and reasonably priced the amount of guests. We ended up with less guests and more food leftover. Deserts are amazing and I enjoyed the fruit table. Overall I would use them again if I ever needed a event catered. We had a hiccup with payment but that ended up working out just fine. Costa Vida wanted us to have a lovely evening and not to worry about payment. Food was amazing and everyone enjoyed the wedding.

Planning went well, with well done tasting meeting. Contracts were specific and clear. Food was yummy, hot, well presented, well served. Leftover food left behind as requested, consolidated in to trays, unfortunately without lids. Ziplock bags had to be purchased at store to pack food and get it home. At meeting, Costa Vida said they would pack up food to go and put in refrigerator. That is my only issue. Everything else was great.
