Run, don't walk, to hire Courtney
Courtney is hands down the best decision my husband and I made in our wedding planning process. We hired her with about six months out from our wedding and after we had hired all of our vendors. Up until that point I had been enjoying the wedding planning process (with a few stressful moments here and there), but could tell we were about to enter into a phase of planning that was out of my depth and I didn't have the bandwidth to pull off while working full time. While we were getting married in Sacramento, we lived across the country on the east coast, and I was growing nervous that so many details would be overlooked by us not being in town. Courtney was exactly what we needed to bring all the little pieces together and ensure that the week of the wedding we could be fully present and enjoy time with our guests. She is extremely organized, thinks of every little detail before it would have even crossed our minds, and is very responsive. Her professionalism and ability to navigate last minute changes with grace and thoughtfulness is something that my husband and I truly appreciated. There were many times in the weeks leading up to our wedding when one of us would say "I cannot imagine us trying to navigate all of this without Courtney." Friends noted to me more than once on the wedding day that I didn't appear stressed and I would just say "I'm honestly not worried because I know Courtney has it all covered." My husband and I knew we could trust her with all the inevitable questions on the wedding day from family and friends and we could simply enjoy the day after spending so long planning it. Despite being in a different time zone than California, Courtney was extremely adaptable to our early morning or late night texts and/or emails. She is also extremely kind and someone you want in your corner for the life milestone that is your wedding. We are so grateful she is part of our wedding story!
