My daughter and I spoke to a number of planners prior to hiring Cynthia. We knew from the first conversation we wanted her to help us navigate the waters in our Napa destination wedding. She was calm, always available with suggestions and was such a positive force at every turn. Her help and expertise was over the top and the way she managed every detail at Calistoga Rancy was superior. She kept both the bride and mother of the bride on track and happy. If I could give Cynthia 10 stars I would as she's an absolute GEM! I thoroughly enjoyed working with her leading up to our big day. And I'm even more grateful I had her calm and nurturing energy by my side as she made every part of the day so incredibly easy and effortless.

From our first conversation, she got to know us as a couple, our vision, our working styles and we left feeling like she cared for what we wanted (and removed all the noise in venue hunting, vendor contracting and the nitty gritty stuff). She also offered design services which we gladly took her up on it (which we recommend!)

Even more important was her calm demeanor on our special day. She was calm and collected when everything was going a lightening speed. Everyone in the wedding party found her and her team to be extremely resourceful and on top of everything.

Cynthia and her team were rockstars in the months leading up to our wedding! We had hired CFC as our Month-Of-Coordinator, but Cynthia was involved well before just the month of the wedding! We had many meetings in person, over the phone, and remained organized with an easily-accessible Google Drive folder. Cynthia always had a calming smile to her face and has a super-strong memory to be able to recall large and small details. I would highly recommend CFC to any bride and groom out there that is looking for help and expertise around the SF Bay Area!

Cynthia was a dream to work with and was a hero on our special day. We chose her day-of planning package, but she really starts helping you at least a month prior to your event. This really reduced the stress that my wife and I had which allowed us to focus on our out-of-town guests. It was convenient to know that we did not have to contact each of our vendors to make sure they area ready because she did all the work for us.

Then on the day-of she shined with her ability to adapt. We had some guests that we did not plan on attending, she quickly talked to the kitchen staff and made sure they were well fed. Also, we forgot our guest sign-in book (please don't do that) and she converted our photo-booth album book to also a sign-in remembrance. We highly recommend her for your event!
