Nicole is hands-down the best coordinator/planner I've ever worked with. I interviewed 15 day-of planners before choosing Nicole. From the beginning, I knew she would understand my vision. Her system truly set her apart from others. Most notably, her personality beams.
Closer to the wedding, tons of things went wrong (of course). Nicole gladly handled everything calmly and professionally. I felt confident that everything would run smoothly, and it sure did. She really helped me put all of my millions of scattered ideas for the aesthetic of our wedding into actual words that our vendors would understand and be able to create. Nicole came highly recommended from a friend of ours whose wedding we’d attended. We had our initial meeting with her over zoom and she followed up the next day with a fully personalized proposal based on what she had learned about us as a couple and our dreams for our wedding. The way she listened to and understood our vision so early in the process was indicative of the care and attention to detail we received throughout the entire process.

One question we asked her during our interview was, “What is your wedding planning superpower?” Nicole told us about how on the day of the wedding, people would often remark on how calm she was while managing a complex event. We did end up with a fairly complex wedding, yet Nicole’s presence was so calming and helped reassure us that everything would be okay.

In the 15 month process planning with Nicole, we found her responsive, easy to work with, and adaptable to the specific ways we wanted to divide responsibilities for the different parts of the process. For some items, we chose to take the lead, whereas for others we delegated them almost entirely to Nicole and she was extremely helpful in each scenario.

Nicole was also able to draw from her experience to give us vendor suggestions that we absolutely loved and fit our vision, as well as noting blind spots that would have been easy for us to overlook. It’s a testament to her skill as a planner that our wedding felt authentically personal to us and went off without a hitch.

Nicole Taylor was an absolute delight to work with! She is detail-oriented, diligent, responsive, and friendly. She brought a wealth of experience as our planner, and our special day would have been impossible without her. Nicole was a great partner from Day 1. Operating in a coordinator role, she added a ton of value with organizational tools and advice. From all the prep work in the lead-up, to troubleshooting some difficult vendors (and doing so discreetly!), to coordinating all of the puzzle pieces of the day, we truly could not have had such a special day without Nicole (and her awesome assistant). Where to start?! Nicole was a critical part of a wedding weekend that has been described as "perfect" by more people than I can count! Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and grace under pressure made her truly invaluable.

We hired Nicole for two major events, our welcome dinner (buyout of a major restaurant with ~140 guests) and our wedding (160 guests at a private residence). She came in as our month-of coordinator and was worth every penny. In the months leading into the wedding she was available to gut check terms of our contracts, help us navigate complicated transportation, and just keep us sane through the planning process.

On the days of, Nicole and her assistant were consummate professionals and handled every detail beautifully. In one instance there was a miscommunication that resulted in one detail not being how I'd expected. I told Mary (Nicole's asst - worth her weight in gold) and she had it fixed in minutes. Weddings aren't about everything being perfect, they're about having people around you who make sh*t happen when things go wrong.
