Kendra is an amazing coordinator and person. She provided full coordination for us, it was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. She assisted us with every detail at anytime. I appreciated having her input on styling as well as logistics of our big day. She is always there to remind what the day is truly about. Day of she was an all star, put in so much time and effort to insure every detail was as perfect as we had dreamed it to be. If you choose Kendra as your coordinator you’ll be blessed with her experience and a friend. Her love of weddings and love stories shines through her work!

We were referred to Kendra by one of our good friends who used her for their own wedding. Kendra was wonderful! I especially loved her calm, collected energy and foresight for unforeseen situations. I felt like she just "got it" and understood the vibe we were going for. Would 10/10 recommend her!

Kendra was worth 10 times what we paid. She handled things we didn't even know happened -- great example was that our chef randomly cut the entire serving staff without telling her or us or anyone and she just picked up the slack entirely. She was bussing dishes and serving cake and neither the groom nor I even knew anything was amiss until later on she told us what happened. She came to our rehearsal and got us all set for that, she helped us thought partner the entire time leading up to the wedding, basically she was just a blessing and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made in the whole process.

Kendra was absolutely wonderful - she was so easy to work with, so helpful, and day of she was nothing short of amazing. If you have the opportunity to work with Kendra for your wedding day, do it, she will not disappoint!

Kendra was great at coordinating lots of moving parts with multiple vendors throughout the month leading up to our wedding.

On the day before, she helped us with ceremony timing during rehearsal, then went to the otherside of SF during rush hour to setup decor at the reception venue.

On the day of, she put signage around our Golden Gate Park site to make it private (we had a permit), oversaw ceremony rental chairs setup and clean up, string quartet setup, and a surprise ice cream taco cart during our reception.

We spent the entire day having fun while Kendra took care of whatever issues might've come up. By the end of the night we were plastered and shoved into an uber by friends. Kendra took home our decor and cake then dropped it off at our place a few days later.

Kendra was nothing short of AMAZING! Kendra helped keep my family from taking over and helped us realize our vision for the wedding day. She created a thorough timeline and helped us keep to it, photos went seamlessly, any rogue family members were handled with care and respect, all vendor issues were filtered through her and handled without me even knowing there were any, and I knew I could trust her to create a beautiful space for our ceremony and reception. I don't think my wedding would've been so stress-free without her!

I originally intended to take care of all wedding planning on my own, but realized I would be overwhelmed. When I started searching for day of wedding coordinators, it seemed most were overpriced. I then decided to go on thumbtack and was pleasantly surprised when I decided to hire Kendra. She went above and beyond and for more than a reasonable price. Not only did she help coordinate the day of, she made the effort to meet with me when she was in town, responded quickly to my messages/emails, helped me create and borrow half of my décor, took care of a missed wedding cake order the day of my wedding, bought groceries for us for a various events and dropped them off at the appropriate locations, and the reception set up was beautiful! She was very organized and respectful. And her calm demeanor and willingness to help and empathize with a bride was her best quality. I truly appreciate all that she did for me and my now husband and can't thank her enough. If I ever had to plan another event, I would hire her in a heartbeat. I know she will be a success, and the only downside to that is she will have too large a clientele!

Kendra (Nomad Nixon) played such a major role in putting together our magical wedding weekend. She is so organized and efficient in gathering and designing decor, and she was also very helpful in keeping us on our planning timeline. Kendra did such a fabulous job of turning our vision into a reality. Her eye for aesthetics is outstanding. We cannot thank Kendra enough for make our big day so magical.

Kendra's creativity and personalization made the wedding - period. She arranged benches, beautiful candles, altars, pillows, created unique seating and suggested thoughtful and playful ideas to make the wedding better than we could've imagined. It was like a stunning, live Pinterest setting -- Kendra is amazing .... if you want to have a magical wedding -- you need this little fairy with her golden dust to sprinkle her enchantment!
