Nicole is hands-down the best coordinator/planner I've ever worked with. I interviewed 15 day-of planners before choosing Nicole. From the beginning, I knew she would understand my vision. Her system truly set her apart from others. Most notably, her personality beams.
Closer to the wedding, tons of things went wrong (of course). Nicole gladly handled everything calmly and professionally. I felt confident that everything would run smoothly, and it sure did. I feel so grateful that I got to work with her. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her! -

Nicole is truly the best wedding planner out there! I came in not knowing what I wanted and she took the time to get to know me and had a vision! She gave me the dream wedding I didn't know I wanted and throughout it all, was a steadfast and level headed planner where I can bounce literally anything off of her. I would recommend Nicole over and over!!

Nicole is truly the absolute best!! Throughout our entire wedding planning process and the day of, she was organized, efficient, and always cool, calm, and collected. She really helped me put all of my millions of scattered ideas for the aesthetic of our wedding into actual words that our vendors would understand and be able to create. On my wedding day, she brought questions and ideas to me that I would never have even thought of but was so grateful that she brought up- like shortening my dance with my dad to not go through the whooooole five minute song :). I also genuinely enjoyed getting to speak with her so often- she is such a kind and wonderful human being!! 100/100 would recommend hiring Nicole! -

I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for Nicole and everything she did for our wedding! From start to finish, she made our day absolutely perfect, and I wouldn’t change a single thing. Every detail was beautifully coordinated, and her support and care made the entire experience beyond amazing.
Nicole is such a kind and genuine person, and we’re truly lucky to have had her by our side on our big day! Nicole came highly recommended from a friend of ours whose wedding we’d attended. We had our initial meeting with her over zoom and she followed up the next day with a fully personalized proposal based on what she had learned about us as a couple and our dreams for our wedding. The way she listened to and understood our vision so early in the process was indicative of the care and attention to detail we received throughout the entire process.
One question we asked her during our interview was, “What is your wedding planning superpower?” Nicole told us about how on the day of the wedding, people would often remark on how calm she was while managing a complex event. We did end up with a fairly complex wedding, yet Nicole’s presence was so calming and helped reassure us that everything would be okay.
In the 15 month process planning with Nicole, we found her responsive, easy to work with, and adaptable to the specific ways we wanted to divide responsibilities for the different parts of the process. For some items, we chose to take the lead, whereas for others we delegated them almost entirely to Nicole and she was extremely helpful in each scenario.
Nicole was also able to draw from her experience to give us vendor suggestions that we absolutely loved and fit our vision, as well as noting blind spots that would have been easy for us to overlook. It’s a testament to her skill as a planner that our wedding felt authentically personal to us and went off without a hitch.
We could tell from the beginning that Nicole was capable, a great listener, and extremely sweet, which went a long way in making our many meetings enjoyable and smooth. So much gratitude to you, Nicole! -

Nicole Taylor was an absolute delight to work with! She is detail-oriented, diligent, responsive, and friendly. She brought a wealth of experience as our planner, and our special day would have been impossible without her. For instance, although we only paid for month-of coordinating services, she regularly checked in with my husband and I to ensure we were on track, and provided handy worksheets to support our planning efforts. -

Nicole was an amazing wedding planner from start to finish. We had an unusually long engagement due to COVID, but Nicole stuck with us for every bit of our 2 year planning process! She provided excellent insight into the wedding process, and always was available through email or video calls whenever we had questions or updates.
On the wedding day, Nicole and her team did an amazing job executing a very tightly-packed schedule starting from the night before, where she led us through the rehearsal and even picked up a last minute request to help us mark our name cards for food service the next day. Nicole and her team made it feel like a seamless transition from the first look venue to our actual wedding ceremony venue, and they did an amazing job at flipping the room from the ceremony to reception setup while the guests were at the cocktail hour.
Nicole made the planning experience a bit more manageable with her expertise and knowledge of the process and industry, and you won’t go wrong in choosing her to help with your special day!

Spectacular Wedding Planner!
My husband and I are so fortunate that we found Nicole to be our wedding planner! She’s blew all of our expectations out of the water. Nicole wore so many hats throughout the year of planning; she was my go-to girl, advisor, confidant, and friend.
Nicole was there for me through every little detail. Her guidance and expertise did not go unnoticed. We had monthly, weekly (and whenever I needed) check ins which were so helpful when you don’t even know where to start planning a wedding.
Nicole is truly remarkable and I know there is no one quite like her out there, with the heart, passion, and drive to do a such stellar job every time! She is such a gem, and we are so lucky we were able to have her by our side through this whole process. We are so so immensely grateful for Nicole and her work!
Nicole not only is exceptional at her job, she also has an amazing list of vendors who are top notch.
Wedding can be challenging, but with Nicole and her assistant’s help your wedding will be the best day of your life. I highly recommend Nicole Taylor Events! -

When it came time to plan our wedding my fiance and I knew that we were going to need to find someone trusted to help guide us through the wedding process because of our busy schedules, no prior wedding planning experience, and input coming in from family left and right.
The single most impactful decision we made that resulted in our perfect wedding was our decision to work with Nicole as our wedding planner.
From our first phone call with Nicole, we could tell how genuine she was about her business. Nicole is welcoming, approachable, understanding, and worked well with our tendency to get overwhelmed and need some encouragement. We looked forward to our calls with Nicole because she clearly laid out each step of the planning process and how best to accomplish it. Outside of our calls, Nicole would respond promptly in a detailed and understandable way to each part of our emails. She often checked in on us and kept us on track. Nicole is the exact personality of someone who can handle the million tiny details of a wedding and make it look easy. We especially appreciated her assistance organizing everything in her online program Aisle Planner. She worked closely with us to build a minute-by-minute schedule we could use and send to our families and wedding party. She contacted our vendors beforehand and made sure everyone knew the timeline.
Nicole came out to tour our venue at the Berkeley Brazilian Room. She took charge and asked all the right questions to confirm we would have what we needed the day of our wedding. She took down details about the floor plans to help make mock ups of the room. She was a confident and prepared presence. She led our wedding rehearsal and efficiently and painlessly prepared everyone in our wedding party.
The day of the wedding, Nicole came and checked in on the wedding party in their getting ready rooms. She made sure the wedding party was ready to go. She even pinned on the groomsmen’s boutonnieres!
Nicole orchestrated over a dozen vendors to ensure our venue was perfectly set up like we discussed. It was so incredibly beautiful! We were so grateful that she had all of the vendors’ contact information, knew when they would arrive, and she handled any last minute challenges that popped up. Everyone was so appreciative of that! Both sides of our families said that they were able to relax during our wedding thanks to Nicole. She and her day-of assistant Mary even came with an earpiece com-system so they could talk back and forth to coordinate things without disturbing the event. It was each little thing, down to her “just in case” kit that I needed in the getting ready room that made me feel so taken care of. I just knew no one else could have been who Nicole was for us throughout this entire process.
Thanks to Nicole’s excellent work, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our beautiful dream-come-true wedding. I wholeheartedly recommend Nicole to my friends and family! You won’t regret working with Nicole, she’ll forever be a friend of the family! -

We told her our vision and she made my daughters dream come true
I know what a busy and bossy person I am and wanted to enjoy my daughters day so I went in search of a wedding planner for her. When we first met Nicole I asked her all the hard questions and she made us right at ease. We hired her immediately for a wedding that originally was supposed to be 6 months away (June 2020). When Covid started Nicole was on it. She knew just how to guide us to make the right decisions. We ended up rescheduling the wedding for October and she took care of it. We still wanted to be hands on on some things but I will tell you if we could do it again, we would turn everything over to her.
Nicole was always available whether it was to just to ask an opinion or need help finding something. She knows everyone :)
As I stated, we told her our vision and she made my daughters dream come true. Nicole is amazing. The day came and went without a hitch. Don't look any further - hire Nicole for your event. She will not disappoint. -

One of the best decisions we made when planning our big day was hiring a wedding planner and Nicole was the perfect fit.
From the moment we hired Nicole she answered all of our questions and alleviated any concerns we had. Throughout the planning process she provided great vendor selections along with her expert opinion. This resulted in the wedding we both dreamed of and was executed flawlessly. Nicole was always flexible in meeting with us and was ALWAYS available through phone or text. Nicole is very organized and meticulous, thinking of even the smallest detail which took so much stress away from planning such a momentous occasion.
We are beyond thankful to have found Nicole and we know that our special day would not have been as wonderful as it was if not for her.

A True Wedding Professional!
I hired Nicole Taylor to help coordinate my 120 person wedding in August of 2019, in Oakland, CA. Nicole had a variety of packages to pick from tailored to any budget, I choose the "Day of Coordination" package and got so much more than day of coordination; she helped me with themes, ideas, event flow and vendor correspondence. Nicole was an excellent point of contact for my vendors, and gave me a referral for my photograph. On the big day she was wonderful to my family and guests while still keeping the event running smoothly. I would definitely recommend Nicole to all my friends & family! -

We were initially hesitant about hiring a coordinator, but Nicole made it all so easy. She listened, was easy to reach, and aware of our needs, even if we weren't. If we ever had a question or concern, we knew we could count on Nicole for an honest and reasonable answer at almost any time. She helped guide our creative energy in a productive and affordable way. She was always, always willing to go the extra mile and make sure we felt taken care of. We felt very organized leading up to our event, which helped to relieve a lot of stress.
Our big day ran smoothly and our guests all had an amazing time, and a huge part of that was thanks to the work Nicole put in. If we had to do it again, the only change I would make would be to hire Nicole Day 1. We will definitely be recommending her to our friends and family in the area. -
