When I say I couldn't have done it without her, I MEAN IT.

We got so many compliments about Willa specifically, from vendors to MOB and MOG and even guests who noticed her taking care of business at every turn.

I dream in spreadsheets. I am MEGA Type A and tried to do everything I could to put the pieces in place for a fun, colorful, drama-free wedding ... but my biggest fear was being able to be present on the day. I knew I was going to need someone who could pull the pieces together, problem-solve, know where things were (or find them!), wrangle family, and let me enjoy my party. And Willa DID THAT.

From our first Zoom call, Willa completely got our style (communications and esthetic). She was responsive in the month ahead, anticipated questions and problems, and came up with creative solutions at every tiny bump in the road.

I would recommend her unreservedly to any other couple I care about.

Willa is magic, pure and simple. To those of you out there wringing your hands, searching for the perfect planner to entrust with your wedding day: CONGRATULATIONS! YOU FOUND HER! YOUR SEARCH ENDS HERE!!! I promise you, you will not find anyone who possesses more insight, more creativity, or more unflappable calm than Willa Via.
 
We were lucky enough to work with Willa for partial planning and day-of coordination, which meant she met with us in the months leading up to our wedding to ensure we were on track with our planning to-dos and answer the many inevitable questions that popped up along the way. A couple things we loved in particular about working with Willa: 

- She quickly grasps your vision and makes it 10x better. Willa celebrated every idea we brought to the table and helped us put a finer point on it. She has a knack for nailing all kinds of aesthetics, offering us plentiful options for bringing each idea to life at different price points and with different vendors. She has an incredible eye for design and knows how to work with vendors to execute it flawlessly on your wedding day. 
- She thinks of *everything*. Willa's attention to detail, both before our wedding and on the day of, helped us feel confident that our day would go off without a hitch. I'm not sure what we would've done without her extremely thoughtful checklist and critical path!
- She is the definition of cool under pressure. On the day of our wedding, Willa and her wonderful assistant deftly coordinated multiple vendors, tight timelines, and surprise high winds, all while carving out thoughtful moments for me and my husband to spend time together and soak up all the magic of the day. Her sense of contented calm is contagious. 
- She is a daggum delight of a person. We always looked forward to chatting with Willa on our planning meetings: her warmth and sense of humor makes every wedding planning conversation feel like you're catching up with a friend (a friend who just casually happens to possess a ton of wedding wisdom).  

Willa is a star, and working with her will easily be the best investment you make in your wedding planning process. We'd give her 10 stars if we could! 

Willa is AMAZING. Not only did she deliver the wedding of our dreams, she made it a stress free (and fun!) experience from beginning to end. She handled all of the details, logistics, and problems so that we could focus on getting the most important decisions right, and being present with our loved ones on the big day.

Willa brings so many crucial things to the table. Just to name a few:
- She has excellent vendor relationships. She can guide you to top tier venues, caterers, DJs, flowers - whatever you need. And if you have your eye set on somebody outside of her network, she will take the time to vet them for your event.
- Her day-of event management is second to none. Watching her go to work is a sight to behold. Will and her all-star team are thorough planners, but they are also flexible enough to pivot when the unexpected comes up.
- Willa CARES. She invested an exceptional amount of time and effort into making us feel heard, giving us space to figure out what we wanted, but will also delicately push on the most important things and make sure they are done at the right time.She has an easy going and poised demeanor that makes each call feel like you're just catching up with a friend.

We loved working with Willa, and would recommend her to anybody.

Willa was absolutely FABULOUS to work with! Her can do attitude made everything possible for our wedding. My husband and I were very impressed by her attention to detail and professionalism every step of the way for our August 2023 wedding!

Our wedding day turned out perfect with the help of Willa and team. She kept us on schedule and communicated seamlessly with all of our vendors. She was a true gem to work with and overall is an amazing human being !!

I worked with Willa on a wedding and she was an absolute joy. Her attention to detail and hard work made for a seamless day. Everything looked absolutely beautiful and everything went off without a hitch.

Our wedding at the Outdoor Art Club in Marin County was everything we wanted thanks to Willa! We were initially hesitant to hire a planner as we both worked as project managers and one of us had some semblance of what was needed for a wedding. However, hiring Willa was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. Working with her was like working with a close, chill friend who is knowledgeable, resourceful and organized.

Willa was on board with us from day one and helped build out our vision, even though it was quite unconventional in the wedding industry (think nerdy fantasy). She kept us organized and on schedule, knowing when we needed to complete tasks and helping us when we felt decision fatigue. Willa also has an incredible network and gave us vendor recommendations tailored to our vision, budget and introverted personalities. We booked almost every vendor she recommended other than those we already had in mind before the planning started. Willa was accessible, answering questions over text when we felt urgency. She also was always game to brainstorm and came up with unique ideas that we implemented in our wedding. Willa was also open to different cultural traditions and made sure our wedding day timeline accommodated for the chinese tea ceremony. Most important of all, she was patient, understanding and continued to be our hype girl in times of stress.

Willa's character and work shone through during our rehearsal and wedding day, and our guests recognized it instantly. Thanks to her planning and organization, all my husband and I had to worry about was just getting dressed, traveling to our venue and getting married. We didn't have to worry about set up, vendor management or take down at all. Willa also made sure we were fed during cocktail hour and the reception, and even helped us on the fly do a private last dance. Willa came highly recommended from a friend who worked with her at other weddings, and we are so thankful that we got to see for ourselves why. We are singing her praises to every couple we know and we're excited for other couples to experience her magic as well!

Holy moly! Where do I even start? Choosing Willa as my wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Talk about attention to detail! She helped me make design decisions on table settings, welcome tables and everything was absolutely perfect. I LITERALLY worried about nothing on my wedding day. How is that even possible? She took care of everything before it became an issue and so many guests said how well organized and sweet she was. Her energy was always calm, and she helped me ease my anxiety before my toast. It felt like she wasn’t only a coordinator, but a close friend. We had spoken to a few coordinators prior to the event, and she was by far the one with the best energy and style. She even took photos for me and sent a post-wedding email how to preserve my wedding dress and last name change info. The funny part? She’s much more affordable than many of the other coordinators that I couldn’t connect with. She’s worth every penny and more, and the best thing is that she sincerely cares SO much about you and your wedding. I highly doubt you’ll be able to find a coordinator of her caliber.

Willa was incredible, really outstanding! She anticipated every need I had throughout the day, and in the month leading up to the event. I really can’t say enough nice things. She learned our working styles very quickly and knew exactly which person to ask which questions. Before the wedding, in the spreadsheet and logistic phase she and my (now) wife did great work planning, then during the event when my wife was dancing away she knew to let her have fun and ask me when she had questions about next steps. In the planning phase, things we puzzled over for months, Willa answered in seconds! And—2 weeks before our wedding—when the restaurant we planned to have our rehearsal dinner at went out of business with out notifying us!!! Willa helped us lock in an alternative right away, we had a reservation secured within 12 hours. And this was better than our original plan! I recommend her so highly for any one looking for this service. If you go with Willa you will have a day better than you can imagine! Honestly, the only thing I would have done differently is hire her sooner.
