Willa Via Wedding Co. is a full-service wedding planning company based in San Francisco, California. We’re in it for the “can't eat, can't sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, World Series kind of love,” and believe it’s our job to bring you a wedding that is just as unique and beautiful as your story.

Our weddings are colorful, joyful, creative, a little bit off-beat and uniquely catered to each couple that we work with. While we’re often found hiking through the high Sierras, looking for inspiration in the tiny mountain towns of Northern California, we know how to drop the hiking boots and get a little glam. We work with you every step of the way: from sourcing vendors to creating the dreamiest mood board, to budget management and crafting the perfect email to remind your wedding party to choose a bridesmaid dress, we’re there to make wedding planning a stress-free, amazing experience.

We dig late night texts gushing about your wedding dress and love sharing ideas over cinnamon rolls and a hot drink. We believe the greatest team of wedding vendors are the ones you feel jazzed about meeting with.
