Robin is the right partner for your wedding!

I had the pleasure of working with Robin on my recent Sept 2023 wedding in San Francisco. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, do yourself a big favor and hire her! I had already found my venue and most of my vendors, and am comfortable doing a fair bit of project management on my own, but was looking for the right professional to help me in the weeks leading up to and on the day of my event. Right during our first call, I knew Robin was an excellent fit. She is an excellent listener with straight-forward expertise, and will take your cues on what you want and need. She asks good clarifying questions - but never in a pushy way. Her responsiveness is top notch and I greatly appreciated her thoughtful emails and attention to detail. She handled communication with all my vendors in an effective, positive way and really shone when I was having issues with my venue - she took care of it seamlessly, politely, and without a hitch.

I wanted my wedding planning to be as low stress and effort as possible, and Robin was an integral part of that. Even if your situation is not the same as mine - even if you don’t think you need a coordinator! - I encourage you to Robin about your special day. She has worked with so many different brides and events and venues that she is well-versed in handling just about everything. Robin is also just an all around kind, funny person - a real pleasure to work with. You won’t regret it!

A million times yes!

Robin was an amazing wedding planner - almost wish I had more weddings just so I could continue working with her! From start to finish, she was an integral part of keeping our wedding organized. She helped me think of things I never would have thought of. Not only that, but she was truly a source of support and was always ready to help me with anything and would even volunteer for things I wouldn't have thought to offload to someone else. Her services were worth every penny and I am so happy she took us on as a client. We got married on 4/25/2020 and had to drastically modify our 200 person wedding to 10 people due to the pandemic, but she worked and went above and beyond by helping me coordinate our updates with vendors and was very understanding about what we were going through. Do yourself a favor and hire her!!!

Day of Wedding Coordinator

If I had to choose one word to describe Robin it would be AMAZING!! My husband and I were so blessed to have her for our day of wedding coordinator. We were busy working and trying to squeeze in wedding planning when I reached out to Robin. From the moment I spoke to her I knew she was an experienced professional and she did not disappoint.

During the entire planning process, she was timely in her responses and understanding when we had tons of questions or concerns. To help with the planning process, she crafted a detailed wedding timeline that was essential with coordinating the logistics. As our wedding day approached, she gently pushed us without being overbearing to finalize details, as we both were planning fatigued. She suggested wonderful vendors such as our outstanding florist, Victoria’s Floral. Further, our rehearsal was seamless and professional resulting in a beautiful wedding that was stress free. We received so many compliments on everything. If you’re on the fence, don’t be; I promise you will not be disappointed! Working with Robin was an absolute pleasure and she has our highest recommendation.

Don't Wait! Hire Robin Right Now

Hiring Robin will be the best decision you make during the entire wedding planning process. We promise. Why? Because Robin is knowledgable, experienced, proactive, organized, thoughtful, responsive, supportive, kind, and creative. She knows the ins and outs of planning complex events, which means that she asks all the right questions of venues and vendors, and helps you make good decisions as you move through the planning process. Her expertise is evident every step of the way. On a personal note, we truly enjoyed getting to know Robin over the year we've worked together.

In a sad twist of fate, we had to cancel our wedding, planned for 3/21/20, because of COVID-19. Robin was right there with us every step of the way as we went through this heartbreaking process. She helped us contact vendors, deal with the insurance, and formulate a plan for rescheduling in the future. It was uncharted territory for all involved, and she went above and beyond for us during this difficult time. We are forever grateful, and look forward to working with Robin again for our wedding, take 2!

Robin did a great job helping us plan our wedding!

Robin did an amazing job and was a joy to work with throughout the year we spent planning our wedding. She has years of experience in San Francisco and the bay area which allowed her to recommend an amazing group of vendors (florist, photographer, photo booth, etc) who all worked together seamlessly. Robin is very organized and worked quickly and expertly behind the scenes. I didn’t need to think about any of the logistics or tiny details the day of our wedding.. Because of her, my husband and I were able to enjoy the time with our family and friends. We highly recommend her!

Awesome Wedding Planner

Working with Robin is wonderful! She has so much experience and knows everyone in the wedding industry in the SF Bay Area. If you hire a vendor, chances are, she has worked with them before. She is super knowledgeable and responsive to questions no matter how trivial they may seem. She is always super responsive even when she says she's out of office. She will help you plan the perfect wedding and make it happen!

The one and only wedding planner you will ever need!

Robin is amazing. She was extremely helpful for our wedding. At first, we were unsure if we needed a planner, but after speaking to her, we knew that she was exactly the person we needed. She listened to our concerns and addressed our every need – even when we didn’t know we needed them! My wife is a planner, who loves planning all our events. After meeting Robin, she trusted some of the details away for Robin to plan, and she couldn’t have been happier! Robin is very responsive, even when she’s busy, she’ll respond back with a timeline on when she’ll get back to us and most importantly, she follows through! In all the swirling chaos and hurry that was our wedding day, she got things done: from herding our wedding party to the right spots at the right times, to praying the rain away, even to making sure our dessert table is fully stocked. Each time I saw glimpses of her during our day, I felt relieved and at ease knowing that everything is taken care of. She made every effort to make sure that neither my wife nor I would feel stressed during the wedding – a momentous task! Thank you so much Robin for taking good care of us!

Adapts well to last minute changes!

We chose Robin for planning and executing out wedding day at Charles Krug Winery in Napa, CA. First and foremost, she is professional, responds immediately to emails, and is extremely organized. Our event was a complicated one that included a Baraat, Hindu ceremony, and Christian ceremony. There were a lot of moving parts that would push any planner and day-of coordinator to their limits, but she handled it flawlessly and with flexibility. To make things more complicated, we were hosting a predominantly outdoor wedding when a rare rainstorm was forecasted for Napa. Last minute, with Robin's help, we were able to source, deliver, and construct a tent to keep our guests dry and my wife's dream of an outdoor, Napa vineyard wedding alive. We asked a lot of Robin and she responded in-kind, so my wife and I wholeheartedly recommend her for your wedding/event!

Great wedding planner!

Robin and Make it Happen weddings was a great partner from the start. She is very knowledgable and well informed and provided us great recommendations on vendors. She was very responsive to any and all questions (even when she claimed she'd be out of the office!). She was an advocate for us when there were any issues with vendors. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes day (more than we saw) and everything turned out wonderfully!

Life Savior!

Robin was a life savior! When we first met I really like Robin because she made me feel very comfortable. My wedding was a traditional wedding but with a lot of complications, but thank god for Robin because she dealt with everything and made sure everything was going great. Thanks to her, I had the pleasure of working with people that I really like and most importantly that their work quality is beyond amazing. I thought I could of done it by myself but I got very overwhelmed by all the planning and Robin stepped in just at the right time. As a wedding planner, Robin did all that was expected and even more. She always made herself available and was on top of everything and so detail oriented which I love!! If it wasn't for her, I don't think I would of had the wedding of my dreams. Her professionalism and ability to work with other people is very impressive, she truly knows what she's doing! Robin was not only my wedding planner but she became someone very special to me.

Robin was an absolute joy to work with - incredibly nice, incredibly organized, and on top of everything. In advance of the wedding we worked together at, she had sent me clear instructions for loading in/out and I knew exactly when and where I needed to be. While I was setting up, before I even had time to realize I needed additional tables for my photo booth props, she had someone bringing them by. The whole day went like clockwork and it made for such a fun and relaxing event; she made everyone's day so much easier, from the bride to the vendors, what a pro!
