Amy Sedan is the absolute best choice for anyone seeking a wedding coordinator. My wife and I were delighted from the very beginning with how professional, patient, and well-equipped Amy was. She was attentive and quick to reply with any questions or inquiries we had, and was forthcoming with positive suggestions of her own. Her years of experience really showed, especially on the actual wedding day, where my wife and I could just enjoy ourselves. On our big day, Amy handled everything like a pro. She coordinated the vendors, set up our custom decorations, anticipated the needs everyone, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams. Great decision to hire Amy!
It was a pleasure to have Amy as our day-of wedding coordinator. She was very responsive and organized throughout the planning process. She was very helpful in creating a detailed timeline for the wedding day, and it was a blessing to not have to worry about communicating day-of logistics to all of our vendors. Amy took charge during the wedding rehearsal and expertly directed our large wedding party. She also went above and beyond on the day of the wedding, working with the venue staff to set up decorations and table centerpieces and making sure everything looked beautiful. Amy was a calming presence throughout the process - she has a very relaxed style while still being attentive and detail-oriented. One of the best decisions we made
Hiring Amy as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. She was great at pointing out subtle issues in our plans that we'd failed to consider, suggested an awesome band (the Lucky Devils), and helped us negotiate a couple tricky situations with the venue. During the wedding itself she was calm and decisive when, minutes before we were supposed to go out, I realized I'd left the rings in our hotel room. I was obviously in a bit of a panic, but she helped us get stand-in rings from friends and family and snapped us back to reality. She also set aside some hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour to make sure we actually had a chance to eat and otherwise just kept things running smoothly.
