Couldn't have done it without Najorda Events!

Hiring Najorda Events for day-of coordination was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

For our May 2026 wedding in San Francisco, we planned a traditional Catholic church ceremony followed by a hotel reception. While we chose not to hire a full-service wedding planner because we wanted to experience the process ourselves, we quickly realized that we needed a day-of coordinator to ensure we could fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics or unexpected issues - especially with nearly 175 guests in attendance. Our family and friends were eager to help and contribute in their own ways, but we needed an experienced, neutral third party who could provide guidance and keep everything running smoothly. We were specifically looking for a coordinator who was familiar with Filipino wedding traditions and cultural elements we wanted to incorporate throughout the ceremony and reception.

After researching several options, we came across Najorda Events through a Facebook wedding group. Seeing Tricia Najorda's passion and enthusiasm through her posts and reviews, we immediately felt she was the right fit for us. What stood out most was Tricia's commitment to communication. From the beginning, she encouraged us to reach out by text or email whenever questions came up, led productive check-in calls, and proactively connected with our vendors before the wedding. From our first conversation through the end of the wedding day, she was exceptionally responsive, organized, and supportive. During our meetings, Tricia followed up on important details we had not considered ourselves. It is easy to become overwhelmed by the countless moving pieces, and her experience helped us stay focused on what mattered most. We especially appreciated how she respected our vision and ideas while thoughtfully offering recommendations based on her experiences. The timeline she created was extremely helpful, and her guidance and patience alleviated so much stress throughout the planning process.

On the wedding day itself, we are happy to say we were able to be present and enjoy every moment because we knew we were in great hands. Tricia and her team handled the day's logistics with professionalism and care. They took excellent care of our personal belongings and gifts, ensuring everything was safely transported and placed in our hotel room and designated storage areas exactly as requested. Throughout the day, Tricia kept us on schedule while remaining flexible when adjustments were needed. Her check-ins and thoughtful reminders helped us stay present and make the most of the celebration. It may sound simple, but reminders to drink water, eat, and take a moment to enjoy the day turned out to be invaluable amid the excitement and whirlwind of events.

After the wedding, one of our first reflections was that we could not imagine the day without Tricia and her team. Thank you, Tricia, Sacha, and Brittany for helping make our wedding day so successful and memorable. We highly recommend Najorda Events to any couple looking for a coordination team they can trust to follow through and go above and beyond.

SF City Hall Wedding Ceremony, Reception, and After Party review by Kevin and Tien

Tricia was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding at SF City Hall. From the very beginning, she brought such great energy and made the entire process feel fun instead of stressful, which was exactly what we needed. She has an incredible personality, loves to joke around, and made everyone feel comfortable while still staying professional and on top of everything.

What impressed us the most was her honesty and work ethic. She shared with us that this was her first time coordinating a wedding at this scale, with a few hundred guests, 14 groomsmen, and 7 bridesmaids, but honestly, you would never have known. She handled everything so smoothly and confidently throughout the day.

Anytime we needed help with something, she was immediately on it. Everything she said she was going to do, she delivered on. She helped keep the day organized, stress-free, and enjoyable for us and everyone involved.

Overall, we had such a great experience with Tricia, and we’re truly grateful for all the hard work, energy, and care she put into making our wedding day special. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator who is fun, reliable, and genuinely cares about her clients.

Bay Area’s Best Wedding Coordinator!!!

Today marks our one month after our wedding last 10.11.2025. Tricia is the best coordinator you’ll find in the bay area, after getting quotes from a lot of vendors she is the most budget friendly BUT WORTH THE PRICE!!! We hire her as a day of coordinator but she is willing to answer any questions even before the day of the wedding, she will answer your call, email or text anytime of the day. On her website you will have a free consultation just to know you guys as a couple and to see if she is the right fit for you, after that you’ll have a first and second check-in with her and finally a last walkthrough to make sure everything is set for the wedding 😊 I am so grateful that she was referred to us by our photographer and best decision that we hired her. My family mentioned that she is on top of her game, she assures that the program flows smoothly. She does not playyyy! Tricia CARES about the couple and very professional. She even went above and beyond buying ice from Costco for my OPEN BAR! Anddddd did I mention that she is very detailed oriented, she will make sure that your wedding day will be perfect. You can hire her as a full time coordinator if you need help from the very start of the wedding planning, or same as me for just a day and I believe you can hire her as an MC as well on any kind of events. I will give Tricia 6 out of 5 stars overall and I would definitely hire her again.

Wedding Planner

We used Najorda Events for my daughters wedding in October, 2025. Tricia worked with the couple from long distance to craft a beautiful event which was ultimately held in San Francisco. She was kind and professional. I only have great things to say about this wedding planner and I would definitely use her for any future Bay Area events.

Tricia and her team were super helpful! Tricia was always super responsive and her check ins leading up to the wedding day were also super helpful. She was very thorough throughout the wedding planning process and she made our reception feel super at ease and stress free.

Highly Recommend!

My husband and I are newlyweds and often think back to our big day and we are so grateful that we hired Tricia as our day of wedding coordinator. We couldn’t have done it without her amazing organization, thorough execution and patience. Tricia had a fun and calm vibe that made our wedding stress free and a huge success. Her experience and expertise in the business made our day go seamless and we are so thankful for her!

Best of the best!

Hiring Tricia of Najorda Events as our wedding coordinator was one of our best decisions we made, to the first step to wedding planning. From the moment we hired her to the day of our wedding, she was very professional, and so kind, patient. Any questions we had, she gave us the best advise. She also gave great recommendations for other vendors along the way, such as the dessert caterer. (Everything was sold out right when they opened the dessert table.Thankfully her and her team packed us some dessert right when it did!) She made our vision come to life, but even better than we imagined! She put care into everything she did, executed everything right down to the timeline to the details of the decor. With also being our Emcee, our wedding Day went by so smoothly, we were able to feel relaxed, and still have the best time of our lives on our special day. All of our guests complimented how beautiful everything came out. We wish we could relive this day again! She was the best wedding coordinator/emcee, we cant wait hire her again for any future events! So hire her, because she is the BEST.

Tricia is the best

Picking a wedding planner should reflect your values, what you are looking for day of, and you should cast a wide net in interviewing people. For us- after searching for planners- we landed on Tricia because of her vibes. She's chill, she's relaxed while also asking all the right questions. She has a "I got this vibe" and will constantly turns towards the wedding couple in a "how can I help or make this better" type of attitude. I never felt like I was too much for her or burdening her with my wants/needs.

Tricia is amazing!

I have only good things and so many good things to say about Tricia. She is such a positive person and manages to be cheerful and fun while also being incredibly organized and on top of things! During our wedding day, things were incredibly smooth and stress free to us, although there were issues in the background (we ran out of cups and neither the guests nor us noticed)! Tricia was just solving all of them without us even knowing. Our reception went according to schedule and it worked out so well. Before the wedding, she was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. She had a five hour meeting with us to go through the timeline in detail! I really don't have any criticism for her and would wholeheartedly recommend her for your day.
