During the planning process, we were especially impressed by their attention to detail. They thoroughly reviewed all of our contracts, made sure we received every benefit we were entitled to, and helped ensure there were no misunderstandings between any of the vendors or venues. They also took over all communications with our vendors—florals, venue, transportation, and more—which was a huge relief. Their expertise in both contracts and coordination gave us so much peace of mind.

The team at Sister’s Keeper was so incredible. At 3 months out from my event, we started to have biweekly meetings that turned into weekly meetings as we got closer to the event to ensure that our wedding day would be as smooth as possible. They paid attention to detail and even went above and beyond by ensuring that someone from their team that spoke Spanish was present as we had guests that were solely Spanish speaking.
There was someone there from the very beginning to the end ensuring that we had anything that we needed. Important to note that we started getting ready at 7am. If there were any major issues during the wedding day, I did not know about it. We could not believe how amazing the day felt and a huge reason for that was the lack of stress I felt as the wedding day went on.
We met Neph at a wedding fair and we loved her energy off the bat. I am already recommending her to my friends that are planning their own events because no matter how small, or big, Neph and her team can ensure that things go great. They truly go above and beyond. We first leaned about Wed with Sister's Keeper after they worked on my sister's wedding. They did a fantastic job and knew we wanted her and her team to do the day of coordination for our wedding. From the moment we signed with them Nephthali was there to help with any questions we had. She helped put me at ease and lessened my anxiety with certain aspects of planning I wasn't quite sure how to pull together. The day of the wedding went smoothly, Nephthali was able to make sure my husband and I were taken care of and that our guest had a great time, even though she had to work our wedding without the assistance of her team there in person.
