I cannot believe how perfect this dress is😍😍 amazingly made and with incredibly high material. Perfect colour, exactly how I asked and size!! Thank you so much! Communication couldnt have been better from beginning to end🙏❤️ (I had so many doubts before ordering and investigated so much but I am so happy that I took the risk) This dress is more beautiful than many luxury shops dresses I tried.

As a costumer, you'd think I'd want to make my own wedding gown. But actually, I wanted - and got - the full bridal couture experience at Weddings by Debbie and couldn't be happier. They're not cheap but they are fun, and my recommendation is to do your research first on designers, costs, accessories, and alterations and budget accordingly. Although, there were dresses several times more expensive than my own I was never made to feel any the less for choosing the one I came in for, the gorgeous "Essex" from Sottero and Midgley. I knew what I wanted and am most delighted with their staff, and alterations teams for helping me realize a long-cherished dream. I may not be 25, but even for mature brides, you should definitely allow yourself this luxury. It was a blast!

First of all, whatever Debbie and her daughter have going on at WBD, KEEP IT UP! I have never been so thankful for two humans. My dress was perfect from the minute I tried it on. Also, Mrs. Jan helped me into my dress AND wrote me a thank you card for shopping with them! How kind! I will refer all friends there, and the employees were just as excited as we were for finding my dress as well as picking it up for bridals and my wedding day. I love the family here, and can't wait to go back for try-ons with my new friend!

I visited several bridal salons in the Houston area and was disappointed at every single one. Upon recommendations from MULTIPLE friends I scheduled an appointment at Weddings by Debbie! They were amazing from the start! They called me ahead of time to discuss what I was looking for and learn a bit more about me. The visit was amazing and they found the exact style of dresses that I was looking for! They were open and helpful about everything. Our appointment was amazing and I found the dress of my dreams within a reasonable budget! The staff were phenomenal in communicating any changes or questions! It was super easy to reach them as well. Loved the dress, loved the team and loved the experience! Will highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress of their dreams!

I had a great experience getting my wedding dress from Weddings by Debbie. During the initial appointment, my consultant helped me find quite a few dresses that were my style (at least 10) and was enthusiastic the entire time. They have an incredibly large selection of dresses, more than any other shop I went to. I was able to find the perfect dress for my style and body type. After my initial try on with my sized dress, I decided that I wanted to add cap sleeves to my sleeveless dress. The seamstress was able to find the perfect lace to match the rest of my dress and add the sleeves. The sleeves fit great and it looked like the dress was made that way, she did an incredible job. Weddings by Debbie was able to accomodate many of my requests with the dress and I ended up with a perfectly fitted, stunning dress!

Weddings by Debbie was the one vendor that had the "ONE" dress I wanted to try on by Stella York! The whole experience from my first step into the store was wonderful and so personal! The staff was amazing and attentive! My dress was flawless and beautiful!

Weddings by Debbie is amazing! I got my wedding dress and veil here. Lina was my consultant and she was an absolute gem to work with. I have never really tried on dresses before and had no clue where to start. She was patient with me and helped me figure out what style of dress I liked. We then found a dress that I fell in love with!
Weddings By Debbie also did all of my alterations. I could not thank them enough for all of their amazing and hard work!! They added some fabric to make the dress more modest for me, built custom sleeves, and filled in the open back. By the time all of it was done - I couldn’t help but cry with excitement. It was definitely a dress out of a fairy tale!! I highly recommend Weddings by Debbie to anyone looking for their wedding dress!!

Weddings by Debbie was the third and final stop of a day of dress-shopping. They did require a credit card when one of my matrons of honor booked our appointment, but it’s because if we hadn’t shown up it would have been a $50 fee. It was rather crowded when we got there, and we waited for about 15-20 minutes before our consultant took us back. TO BE FAIR, it was a Saturday.
My consultant was very helpful and allowed my matrons of honor and I to do the picking--she wasn’t pushy like other consultants I’d had that day. Once we went back, we were almost overwhelmed by the selection! There were specific areas that had certain price points, which was helpful. My dress ended up being the fifth or sixth one that I tried on- a Maggie Sottero gown. Though I didn’t purchase any accessories, they had plenty to choose from and I was able to try on my gown along with similar accessories to what I was already planning on wearing in order to get the entire picture.
I ordered my gown that day after getting measured, on October 27th. They told me it’d be about March before the dress came in, but they called me January 5th telling me that the dress was in whenever I’d like to come in and try it on. It was easy to make an appointment to try it on that worked with my schedule. I went in and tried it on with my accessories, and then made an appointment for alterations to begin. They were apprehensive about starting alterations so early and had me sign a waiver, but they did allow me to start alterations in March for a November wedding. My alterations were completed in April so that I could take my bridal portraits in June before I moved across the country. When I took my gown for the bridals, there was a $70ish charge for steaming prior (which was optional, I chose to have it steamed because of the style of the dress) and (because I took my bridals outdoors after it had rained) I did pay to have them clean it afterwards. However, they stored and steamed my gown free of charge before my mother picked it up the Thursday before the wedding! They also recommended a cleaning/preserving service and if I use them, I can get a certain amount off.
Overall, I was very happy with Weddings by Debbie and I absolutely ADORE my dress!

Weddings by Debbie is great! I purchased my wedding gown here and had them do all the alterations. Leena was my consultant and she was an absolute dream to work with. She called me a few days prior to my appointment to get a feel of what I was looking for (at that time I was open to anything since I hadn’t tried on dresses before) as well as my budget. Once my mom and I got to the store on my appointment day, we did a brief review of everything and then we were able to pull dresses. We were clearly told where dresses were located that were in our budget, and we were able to pull whatever we liked. Leena also grabbed a few that she thought might work for me.
The appointment flew by, and I ended up buying the first dress I tried on. The checkout process was fast, and everything was explained to us in great detail. Once the dress was delivered I was able to come back to the store to make sure it was correct and that it fit – it did! After that I scheduled my alterations appointment.
The first appointment was the longest, just because it was the appointment with the most alterations. The 2nd appointment was to try on the dress with the first set of alterations, and then to proceed with the bustle. The 3rd appointment was to check the bustle, and to show my mom how to put it up. They took their time showing her what to do and even let her do half of it so she would be familiar with the process.
Picking up the dress for my engagement photos was easy. I was able to drop it off afterwards and they cleaned and pressed it for the wedding day. They even found a few tears in the tulle from my pictures and graciously fixed them with lace appliques that matched my dress for no charge. Pickup for the wedding day was similarly easy. I would highly recommend Weddings by Debbie to anyone looking for their wedding dress!
