I worked with Heidi and Abby S. on my wedding day. Heidi was my Bridal Image Consultant, and Abby S. glammed a few of my Bridesmaids, Nanna, and Flower Girl. At my trial, Heidi took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered her expertise, and we discussed options. I was torn between two hairstyles, but Heidi blended the two styles seamlessly to capture my vision. She made sure that I was happy with my look and was respectful of any changes that I wanted.

Abby S. was also a delight to have. My girls and I absolutely adored her and Heidi. They both captured everything my girls wanted for their looks. Honestly, I thought that Abby and Heidi did a better job than the Pinterest hairstyles my girls showed them. They are both extremely talented and professional. Heidi and Abby provided excellent customer service. I could not have asked for two BICs for my wedding day.

Lastly, I cannot end this review without giving remarks on the owner, Jennifer. Throughout the process, she answered all of my questions, in a timely manner, and made sure that I was well-informed of each step of the process. It was a pleasure to work with her and the Formal Faces team.

Emily was such a sweetheart 💕 we had so much fun during the trail run and wedding day. My daughters and sister loved their makeup as much as I did! It was such a treat for all of us. Beyond the that, everyone was professional and accommodating.

Heidi and Tori truly did an amazing job on my wedding day! Heidi was so welcoming and easy to talk to during my trial. She took the time during the trial to make sure my hair and makeup was exactly what I wanted, and on the day of she lifted me up and made me feel so beautiful with her amazing work and kind words! All my girls were stunning and we were done with ample time in the schedule. Also for all my type A girlies, she created a timeline so I knew exactly what to expect. Overall, Heidi and Tori were amazing and I definitely recommend!!
