The experience at Elegant Lace was much more personal than my experience at other bridal shops. When we arrived, we were given rings to identify which dresses we were interested in trying. The staff also helped identify additional dresses that may have the look I wanted. A staff member helped me try on each dress and stayed with me for the duration of the appointment. I highly recommend Elegant Lace to anyone who wants a personal dress shopping experience.

My husband rented a tuxedo from here as a groomsmen in a friends wedding. He insisted on coming here again for his wedding attire. We walked in without an appointment and were more than taken care of by the staff here. The gentleman who assisted spent over an hour with us showing color choices, tie choices, and groomsmen attire. It's a bit pricier than other rentals but it was so worth it for the personalized service.

I remember coming here, and getting fitted for a suit when I was a little kid, so I thought it would be cool to come back when it was time for my wedding. I came in here in January 2020, right before the pandemic, and Bart was a tremendous help. I didn't really have a vision on what tuxedos I wanted for my groomsmen and me to wear. He took the time to measure me and try on a few different tuxedos. I ended up finding going with black tuxedos for my groomsmen and a navy tuxedo for myself. The customer service was really personalized, and I didn't feel rushed at all. I ended up having to push my October 2020 wedding back a whole year because of the pandemic, and they were really helpful moving the reservation. I came back to pick up my tuxedo a week and a half ago, and Patrick really helped me out. I was able to get dressed again to make sure everything with the tux was perfect. Even though they were extremely busy, I never felt rushed. I still was able to receive stellar customer service! The shop was also quite helpful for one of my groomsman who lives out-of-state. He was able to provide his measurements, and the shop took care of the rest. At my wedding, I ended up getting so many compliments on the tuxedo! I highly recommend this shop if you're getting dressed up for any occasion, especially a wedding! Thanks again!

I picked Tuxedo Wearhouse for two reasons, one was their range and two was their positive ratings. I was organising a wedding with groomsmen from overseas, the team at TW were very good at walking me through the options and getting me fitted out in them. Once we had the look worked out, I gathered the measurements of the overseas groomsmen and took them back to TW. They had their outfits ready to try days before the wedding and on site tailors to make any adjustments needed on the spot. Would recommend them for anyone looking to look good for their wedding.

I used Azazie for my bridesmaids to purchase their dresses back in 2016 + was amazed by the quality AND customer service back then...fast forward 10 years and I am in a wedding where the bride gave us free reign to pick any dress that was chiffon and matched her colors. A few of the other bridesmaids were using other companies, but I came straight to Azazie because I knew I could trust the quality and that they would help me fix issues if I had any arise later on. I ended up purchasing a final sale dress + it arrived quickly, fit perfectly, was gorgeous, and was well within my budget (being a bridesmaid is expensive, so this sale deal was a huge blessing). Shortly after I found out that I am pregnant - an incredible surprise that we did not think would happen - but my perfectly fitting final sale dress is definitely not going to work when I am in the wedding later this year. I messaged Azazie to see if they had a discount code I could use and they responded very quickly with way more than I asked for - they went above and beyond to find a solution for me even though I had agreed to all of the final sale terms. I am floored, but I should not have been surprised based on everything I know about Azazie. In addition to helping refund the dress, they were so incredibly kind, thoughtful, and personable in their communication. I couldn't stop crying happy tears. I don't know why I would ever buy a bridesmaids dress from anyone else when I know that with Azazie they will always have my back if I run into any issues. 10000% recommend.

After having several wedding woes with my dress, my sister took it upon herself to gift me a veil from a highly recommended designer. My veil was and is still gorgeous; I put it on and literally felt like the belle of the ball. The veil designer was given a picture and limited details regarding my fashion taste and was able to execute a style that fit my dress and was what I imagined plus more. I was blown away with every intricate detail and hardly wanted to take it off when it came time too. I thank the designer for adding to the completion of my wedding day look. My veil will be a keepsake to pass along to generations to come; its design is a classic and I am forever grateful for this beautiful gift.
