    The measurement chart was wrong for size I had ordered even though that was the size they suggested. I had to return the dress (via 2 day priority mail due to time limits for return process) and it has been 2 weeks since the dress was returned. The company repeately ignores my emails and has not even responded to my requests for an update or a refund. If they only way to get money is to steal it from a customer for fake refund guarantees, they will not be in business for much longer. They are horrible for customer service and guarantees are worthless.

However, if we are not able to respond via email right away, we recommend that our customer contact us via live chat or by calling the hotline. Our customers are very important to us and so we provide all means for them to reach us and get the assistance they needed. Regarding the item you returned and claim to have incorrect measurement from the size chart, we can have it re-measured. If indeed the size chart measurement is incorrect, we will not hesitate to refund the money you paid for the dress including the shipping fee you'd paid for returning the dress back to us.
