My husband rented a tuxedo from here as a groomsmen in a friends wedding. He insisted on coming here again for his wedding attire. We walked in without an appointment and were more than taken care of by the staff here. The gentleman who assisted spent over an hour with us showing color choices, tie choices, and groomsmen attire. It's a bit pricier than other rentals but it was so worth it for the personalized service.

SOOOOOoooo much nicer than Mens Wearhouse! We were able to order the exact tuxedo style well in advance to be shipped to the store in order to try on and THEN decide which style we wanted. They were willing to do this as much as we needed in order to be happy with what would be selected for the big day. Mens Wearhouse had no such policy. You can't try anything on at the stores...you just have to pick something from a set of pictures and it will only arrive at the store a few days before your event, so you have no opportunity to decide on a different style of tux if you don't like what you've selected. The cost at Eli Thomas was not significantly higher than Mens Wearhouse, and the service was MUCH more professional and courteous. It's definitely worth a few more bucks and parking at Santana Row for this level of service.
