Team
Stephanie is a Jill-of-all-trades. She has worked as a truck bed installer in the Port of Benicia, was an armed bodyguard in San Francisco (yes, it's true!), and most recently, a professional chef who developed ready-to-eat products for Trader Joe's.
When she was laid off from her chef job of 11 years due to Covid, she decided to take the plunge and take her part-time side biz full time. She was appalled at retail wedding dress prices, and has always believed in buying secondhand, recycling, and trying to lead a more sustainable lifestyle.
The clothing manufacturing industry is a huge polluter. Toxic chemicals and dyes are regularly used, and continue to pollute the planet. By buying a secondhand dress (even the new with tag dresses are bought secondhand), you are helping the environment. Every small action counts!
