I used Azazie for my bridesmaids to purchase their dresses back in 2016 + was amazed by the quality AND customer service back then...fast forward 10 years and I am in a wedding where the bride gave us free reign to pick any dress that was chiffon and matched her colors. A few of the other bridesmaids were using other companies, but I came straight to Azazie because I knew I could trust the quality and that they would help me fix issues if I had any arise later on.

I ended up purchasing a final sale dress + it arrived quickly, fit perfectly, was gorgeous, and was well within my budget (being a bridesmaid is expensive, so this sale deal was a huge blessing). Shortly after I found out that I am pregnant - an incredible surprise that we did not think would happen - but my perfectly fitting final sale dress is definitely not going to work when I am in the wedding later this year.

I messaged Azazie to see if they had a discount code I could use and they responded very quickly with way more than I asked for - they went above and beyond to find a solution for me even though I had agreed to all of the final sale terms. I am floored, but I should not have been surprised based on everything I know about Azazie. In addition to helping refund the dress, they were so incredibly kind, thoughtful, and personable in their communication. I couldn't stop crying happy tears. I don't know why I would ever buy a bridesmaids dress from anyone else when I know that with Azazie they will always have my back if I run into any issues. 10000% recommend.

I ordered a dress from Azazie for my wedding and wedding rehearsal. It hadn’t arrived a week after the expected delivery so I reached out to customer service and they promptly responded and informed me that there had been an issue with my order. They were super helpful when it came to resolving the issue and offered me multiple options to resolve the issue and were very easy to work with. I had questions regarding the ordering procedures so I emailed Azazie. A customer service representative, Jane, contacted me very quickly. She was knowledgeable regarding the ordering process and the Azazie inventory so all of my questions were answered which helped me tremendously. Jane was also kind and professional. I have my mother-of-the-bride dress picked out now and will be ordering it very soon. I already received the “rhinestone strap” shoes that I ordered from Azazie and I love them. Thank you Jane. I was able to get some try on dresses to figure out my size and which style I wanted. Getting to return the items that don’t work out is so helpful. The text chat got me my return label when I was having some tech issues and they were very friendly and helpful.

I have ordered a couple dresses from Azazie. First off, the dresses were exactly as pictured, and the quality was outstanding. I will say one of the dresses did not fit me as well in the shoulder and hip area so I called customer service looking for help. . I am not saying this lightly, their customer service hands-down is the best I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend this company and I will forever be a loyal customer.

Their customer service representative helped me via email and she was wonderful!! She got back to me quickly and was very understanding. I had made a mistake with a purchase and was left with two dresses I’d paid for that didn’t fit but I was unable to return because of policy. I reached out to their customer service because I was so stressed about the cost and she talked with upper management and was able to help me with the return. It was so refreshing to talk with someone who was a human and not a bot on the other end of a customer service email. Their customer service is amazing and I’d recommend to anyone needing to buy bridesmaid/wedding dresses.

I'm getting married this summer. I first order a bunch of swatches from various companies and Azazie's were definitely one of the best quality. So I planned a home try-on party with my bridesmaids and it was perfect. The customer service was able to help me get the dresses on time for the event perfectly, thanks to them. We'll soo order the real dresses for the wedding and I'm so happy with the service I got from them so far! :)
