We chose the Seaside room for our ceremony (on the patio) and reception; catered by Ranch Events. The service and food is awesome, we are very pleased we choose that venue. We had Ramon as our day of coordinator and everything turned out perfect with no issues. Highly recommend!

When we visited The Lane, we knew this was the venue we wanted to get married at! The location and views are unbeatable, and the space can really be tailored to what you want. Guests loved the space—you really can't beat cocktail hour on the terrace during a San Diego sunset!

Melissa is SO easy to work with and We love her personality! Pala Mesa is such a wonderful venue and our guest was in awe of how beautiful the venue was! They were obsessed with the ceremony site! Would 10/10 recommend this venue!!!!

We got married at the Beverly Mansion side of the Grand Tradition and wow, we cannot give enough glowing reviews for our experience here. Nowadays, weddings are extremely expensive and there are so many horror stories out there for different couples and their planning process. We had quite the opposite experience with the Grand Tradition and their coordinators. After pricing out multiple venues and vendors, the Grand Tradition was definitely the best bang for your buck. They don’t nickel and dime you for every little thing. Yes, there are cheaper venues out there, but you get what you pay for. For our costs, a buffet style dinner(or plated) was included along with all the tables, chairs, place settings, etc that other venues were nickel and diming us for. This is one of the only venues that has a restaurant on site so they do all their own inhouse catering. Food is extremely important to us and having been guests at other weddings, we knew we didn’t want boring and tasteless food. The Grand Tradition actually schedules a tasting party for you months prior so that you can taste all they have to offer and make your selections which becomes a very hard decision since all of their food was delicious. We fell in love with the venue and all it had to offer, but what really sold us was the customer service.The entire process from start to finish was seamless and extremely convenient. Our coordinator Molly and her staff were so helpful in the days leading up to the wedding. Words cannot describe our gratitude for her and all of the staff on the actual day of the wedding! We were right on schedule for each event and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our guests have commented that it was definitely one of the best weddings that they have ever been to which we have to give credit to the staff for that. We chose the buffet style dinner which ensured each guest got enough to eat and were able to choose what they actually wanted to eat! The venue itself was pretty customizable to fit our needs as we were pretty unconventional with some of the vendors that we brought in. All in all, it is easy to plan an affordable wedding here because of everything that is included. Kudos to all of the staff members and an extremely well run operation! We cannot recommend this venue enough and cannot wait to come back to visit!

An absolute fairytale of a wedding. Everything we could’ve hoped for and more. The venue looked absolutely beautiful, the weather was perfect and all the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. It was truly the perfect day and I wish I could do it over again and again and again!

It was such a lovely experience at Bernardo Winery and working with Terry. She was very patient and kind with us and answered all our questions. We had a very small wedding and intimate setting, and they worked with our budget. It was a perfect setting and night for our wedding. The staff was all so wonderful and accomodating as well. I couldn’t be happier!

Couldn’t recommend this venue more. Good price, beautiful venue and area, and amazing people to work with! Pros: - base price is reasonable, and there’s plenty you can add on if you want to really splurge (but you don’t have to, their base offerings are great!) - venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. Our ceremony on the pepper tree patio was picturesque and intimate. Then the cocktail hour + dancing area was beautiful under the twinkling lights at night - we had our guests (180 of them) stay in Carlsbad Village (SpringHill suites, specifically) and they were blown away by the town. There’s so much to do there, and so much walkability. We had a ton of out of town guests, and most didn’t even rent a car since everything was so close. - staff: the Personal Touch Dining folks were incredible. They responded to all of our questions within minutes, and we felt like we were in good hands the entire time. Josie in particular was fantastic to work with! Cons: - only con I can think of is that at Leo Carrillo, the DJ is limited to playing music beyond a certain volume. It was quieter than I would have liked. We played a bunch of sing along songs so that we could basically BECOME the music… and that helped. But I wish they would have let us bump the dance floor music more. Still though, I wouldn’t worry too much. I have been to a lot of weddings and our dance floor vibes were pretty top notch regardless!

Saraya made our experience the best. We knew right away this was the venue for us. Saraya made us feel so welcomed. I love her personality. It's warm, calm and very sweet. I could visualize our wedding right off the bat with the way she exclaimed the amazing options we could do. Saraya responds very quickly with detailed information. Saraya broke down the prices for us explained in detail what it all meant so there was no confusion. I highly recommend The Handlery Hotel and work with Saraya. Thank you so much Saraya for helping us decide where our wedding is going to be. You are a major part of that decision.

We are SO happy we got married at Bali Hai and our guests absolutely loved the venue. The staff, the food, the view, the drinks, everything was perfect. We were impressed early on with the planning process and coordinators. They made the whole year leading up to our wedding stress free and so fun. But our actual wedding day was beyond our wildest dreams and the staff made sure everything was perfect. We cannot thank Bali Hai enough for giving us the best wedding experience and wish we could do it all again.
