Brick and Bower

We are so excited to have found Brick and Bower (as well as Epic Events) and can't wait for our wedding next March. The team has been amazing to work with so far, Julie and Christian were very thorough and knowledgeable when giving us a tour of the space and Mary has been very communicative since officially booking Brick and Bower as our venue! The venue itself is exactly what we were looking for, a New York feel in downtown San Diego. We love the overall modern industrial vibe mixed with lush greenery, and the hotel bar speaks for itself! It is truly a unique venue, unlike any others we toured and we left knowing this would be our venue. Their partnership with The Beau is also an amazing addition as guests will be able to stay right on site, making wedding festivities with everyone that much easier! Wedding planning can be stressful, but it has truly put my mind at ease knowing we are in such good hands with Epic Events.

Julie and the Epic Events team have been a pleasure to work with so far in our wedding process. Choosing and researching a venue can be stressful, as we all know, but through her and her team's communication, it has been a tremendous help. They have answered every question or concern promptly and enthusiastically. They were clear and thorough when touring the venue and detailing the timeline leading up to the wedding and wedding day, and we can't wait to see the final result for ourselves. Highly recommend the Epic Events team for all your wedding needs!

Julie and Christian have been amazing to work with from the beginning. From originally touring the venue while in construction, to returning for a sneak peak at the finished product, they have been extremely communicative and transparent. We were blown away by the execution of their vision. The space itself has been transformed to a very warm, beautifully intimidate venue. We were extremely impressed by the styling of the greenery. The hotel itself has so much character, and we especially can’t wait for cocktail hour at the bar. The process with the Epic Events team has been so smooth; we feel so excited to keep working with the team to create our dream wedding.

Julie, Christian and the Epic team have been awesome to work with and I would highly recommend booking and planning your wedding with them and choosing Brick and Bower. They're experience in the wedding industry truly shows when you start planning your special day with them. They know exactly what they're doing.


We originally reached out when Brick and Bower was still under construction, Julie & Christian were quick to respond and gave us an in person tour while the space and hotel were not completed. They laid out their vision for what the completed venue would look like and 3 months later when we got to see the completed venue it was exactly as they had told us it would be and more.

They have been very professional throughout the entire process, quick to respond via email with any questions we have and willing to work with us on any concerns or changes we have or want to make.

The process so far has been much easier than expected and my partner and I feel we can trust the Epic team with making our dream wedding come true. Their vision is consistently aligned with ours and we look forward to getting married at Brick and Bower.

Absolutely amazing venue and company to work with for your wedding! We got so many compliments on our wedding for it being one of the most beautiful, fun, and best weddings people have been to. I couldn't have done it without Epic Events and their amazing team! I can't thank Julie enough for showing us this beautiful venue. I can't thank Laura enough for being on top of literally everything! My husband and I lost track of time and Laura was amazing keeping us on track with cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, mom dances, etc. Shout out the DJ Shy for keeping the vibes up the whole day. He had everyone on the dance floor!! Thank you to our amazing photographer Maria! We cant wait to see our photos 💛 The photo booth is a must too! It was a big hit and I was so happy to look through the photos of everyone having an amazing time! Overall an amazing day and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful space with staff that will have your wedding flow!
