Triton Charters is a boat venue based out of San Diego, California that hosts weddings and other special events in San Diego Bay and beyond. The management of this venue invites couples to take their wedding festivities onto the water with a luxurious catamaran. Aboard this marital maritime craft, you can set sail towards the next amazing chapter of your personal love story.
Facilities and Capacity
The Triton is one of the largest catamarans in San Diego Bay, with space on board to host events for up to 100 passengers. The Triton can comfortably seat up to 60 guests and features contemporary decor, trampoline netting, a built-in slide, and a 13-seat bar. This 75-foot-long luxury yacht was originally located in the waters of Lake Lewisville in Galveston, Texas. The Triton team spent a year planning and rebuilding this vessel, then made a 38-day voyage to San Diego, arriving in August 2020. This catamaran is docked in Shelter Island, offering panoramic views of downtown San Diego.
Services Offered
Wedding events hosted by Triton Charters include proposals, engagement parties, bridal showers, pre-wedding parties, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. This ship’s team of dedicated professionals will assist you in planning your event, and will coordinate with your vendors. Your private charter will include the services of a Coast Guard-certified captain and crew to help you on your way. You and your guests can make a splash with the running water slide and enjoy the sizable dance floor with a crisp sound system. The peak season for this unique experience stretches from May through October.
Cuisine
Triton Charters offers a licensed bar service for your special celebration. You may order an open bar or allow guests to enjoy a cash bar. Personable bartenders will be ready to mix cocktails and serve draft beers to you and your guests. Upon prior request, this bartending team will create a signature drink to help mark your occasion. This friendly staff strives to serve, from the first poured beverage to the farewell champagne toast.
