We had our wedding reception at the gardens last October and it was a fantastic experience! In terms of the event space itself, the botanical gardens is beautiful, and our guests loved being able to see the entire space at night. We appreciated that tables and chairs were provided by the gardens, and we were glad to learn that we could provide our playlists to the event team and have them played over the speakers rather than have to bring our own sound set up. There are outdoor spaces outside of the gardens that are great for outdoor photos as well. The gardens’ event coordinators (Sally and Asher) were extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with both leading up to, and during the event. They were very accommodating, communicated with us to ensure we were on the same page about what we were going for with our event, and handled set-up for the decorations we provided, the tables, etc. Honestly, they made things really easy for us! The cost was also very reasonable. Some mostly minor things to consider that weren’t an issue for us, but might matter more to others: Lighting: while the dining areas were well lit with overhead lighting and string lights, some areas of the gardens are fairly dark at night. Temperature: we were very comfortable in October inside, but the gardens is a greenhouse essentially and can get warm (we were told typically about 10 degrees warmer than outside air), so in warmer months this may be something to consider. Time: we were allotted four hours for our reception-only event. For us this was fine, though it went quickly, but something to consider for those hoping for a longer event. Lastly, the gardens only allows a limited set of vendors for catering. Initially, we were kind of worried by this limitation, but it actually became clear that the vendors’ familiarity with the space and the event team helped the catering experience go very smoothly as everyone knew what to do/expect, and we also had a wonderful experience with the catering (we went with Buffalo Catering Co., which we also recommend!) Our experience was fantastic, everything was beautiful and went smoothly—we highly recommend the gardens!

Choosing the Beekman Arms as our wedding venue for our September 9, 2023 celebration was one of the best decisions we ever made. From the moment we stepped into this historic gem, we were transported to a world of charm and elegance that perfectly complemented our special day. The venue's rich and varied history, including its ties to George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, and President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, added an extra layer of significance to our wedding. It was an honor to join the ranks of those who have celebrated life's moments within these walls. Stephanie, the Beekman Arms' wedding coordinator, deserves a standing ovation. Her dedication and expertise made the entire journey a seamless and joyful experience. Prior to choosing the Beekman Arms as our venue, we met with and corresponded with Stephanie for five months, her patience and professionalism is unparalleled. Over an additional five months leading up to our wedding, Stephanie went above and beyond to guide us through every aspect of planning. Her recommendations for our photographer/videographer, pastry vendor, and Pastor were spot-on, making our day truly exceptional. Stephanie's meticulous attention to detail ensured that no stone was left unturned. Stephanie, despite being so busy, is very generous with her time - always accommodating a call, in-person meeting, or Zoom catch-up. She sent me helpful reminders on tasks to complete, placed orders I missed, verified the orders I placed (some needed correcting like the wedding cake!), suggested a timeline well in advance of our wedding day and kept us on time the day of! She effortlessly handled last-minute challenges, from boutonnières to floral arrangements, and even a missing Photo Booth camera charger! Stephanie is a treasure, and her years of experience in the industry shine through in her competence and grace. We cannot over emphasize how wonderful Stephanie is, she is such an amazing person and an absolute pleasure to work with. The outdoor ceremony in the charming courtyard, framed by the wisteria-covered trellis, was nothing short of enchanting. The cocktail hour in the atrium set the tone for a night of celebration, and the reception in the main hall was beautifully executed. The intimate setting was perfect for our 60 guests, and the Beekman Arms staff truly went above and beyond to make our day special. And let's not forget the food! The chef at the Beekman Arms is nothing short of phenomenal. From mouthwatering hors d'oeuvres to the delectable main entrees and the unforgettable crème brûlée, our guests raved about the culinary delights. In sum, our wedding at the Beekman Arms was a dream come true. It was a day filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories, all thanks to the Beekman Arms' historic charm, exceptional staff, and the fabulous Stephanie. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue or coordinator. Thank you for making our day absolutely magical!

Our wedding at Albany Country Club was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, Jill and Erica went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. They were incredibly organized, kind, and accommodating, anticipating our needs before we even thought of them. The entire planning process was smooth and stress-free, and on the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. The staff made us feel completely supported, and it truly felt like their top priority was ensuring our day went off without a hitch. The food and drinks were phenomenal, our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! We couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more beautiful venue. Jill, Erica, and the entire staff made our wedding unforgettable, and we are endlessly grateful. Highly recommend to any couple looking for a venue that truly cares about making your day magical.

We got so lucky finding this venue for our wedding in June 2024. The coordinator was amazing from start to finish. Our guests raved about the food we had at cocktail hour and the reception. Staff set up our decorations exactly how I envisioned for the ceremony and reception so it so I had one less thing to worry about. The price is perfect for anyone who wants a beautiful wedding without breaking the bank to make it happen.

~Where to begin? When we reached out to Adena Orchard & Vine, Alana told us that all we'd have to do to fall in love with it is to just take a trip and see it in person. Boy, was she right. Adena was the first venue we looked at, and we knew right away that it was everything we were looking for! ~Alana & Kevin feel like family, no joke. From the beginning, Alana was extremely communicative and transparent about costs, vendors, and even time. We have had such an amazing time communicating with her, that it's so hard to think that it's finally over. Jackiie and I knew from the get-go that we would be having a large, bohemian, non-traditional, DIY wedding, and Adena fully truly wholly delivered. From the GORGEOUS setting deep in the Catskills, to the STUNNING authentic barn that Kevin has put so much work into restoring, our wedding would not have been anywhere near as magical or perfect had Adena not hosted it. ~Alana's thoughtful and thorough list of vendors in the area was integral to us finding the perfect collaborators for our big day. The whole family was incredibly helpful and excited to get to help us iron out details and move tables around the day before (and of). Kevin had the best technical considerations and advice throughout the whole process. If you are looking for a transactional, cookie-cutter, wedding factory, hands-off venue, find it elsewhere. If you are looking for a human touch, endless enthusiasm, plentiful creativity, to feel cared for, look no further. This family feels like our family. ~Things we love in no particular order: stunning and thoughtful get ready rooms (for both me and Jackiie, it was so important that we both felt special as it was OUR day!); lovely vintage furniture in the barn and main house; idyllic views of the Catskills; how Alana just hopped in as our wedding fairy godmother (no joke, this is her name in my phone) when we didn't have a wedding planner; everyone's willingness to creative problem-solve and roll with the punches when our day-of timeline flew out the window; the bonfire at the end of the night (our guests have not stopped raving); all the little nooks and areas for folks to explore and disappear and contemplate (the willow bridge & the tree tunnel, to name a couple); ok I could keep going on and on and on, but there is nothing not to love. ~We cannot wait to get our photos back so that we can share more, but please enjoy these two magical images (courtesy of Rosey Red Photography, you HAVE to book them). ~Adena fam; there are no words to describe how important you are to us, and how wonderful it has been to work with you. We had our wedding at Hollow Brook Golf Club and honestly could not have asked for a better experience! From the start, everyone was so kind, helpful, and easy to work with. Gabby was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire planning process. She was always so responsive and accommodating, ensuring our day was everything we envisioned. One thing that meant a lot to us was how accommodating the team was with my husband and some of our guests who have celiac. They were incredibly thoughtful about the dietary restrictions and made sure everyone felt comfortable, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Rachel and David were amazing the day of the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. We were able to actually relax, enjoy ourselves, and take in the day knowing everything was being taken care of. We truly cannot thank the entire Hollow Brook staff enough! The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing, and we got so many compliments from our guests about how great everything was. Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be, and much more due to the Hollow Brook team. We are so happy we chose Hollow Brook for our wedding and would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with an amazing team!

Meadowlark is such a beautiful venue and we had the most AMAZING time and process for our wedding. Jennifer helped us in planning and was so easy to work with, extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the industry and the area. She has so many great partners and recommendations I would recommend meadowlark and utilizing Jenn to anyone. The day went SO smooth and was perfect in every way, all our guests loved the venue just as much as we did. It can tally up on cost, but everything was 100% worth it

Where to start? There is something to be said for an all inclusive venue. There were several menu options depending if you wanted a sit down service, buffet, or stations and then each of those options came with different selections for main course, side dishes, pastas, salads, etc. The appetizers were delectable and were both stationary and passed with the staff doing a wonderful job circulating so all our guests had the opportunity to partake. The food was delicious and plentiful and everyone was able to find plenty to eat. There was an open bar included in the price and we had a signature cocktail that was excellently prepared with their own flourish that had rave reviews and was expertly prepared by the perfect number of bartenders. We were in the smaller dining room which felt like the perfect size for the number of guests we had without feeling stuffy or crowded. The grounds are gorgeous and we liked we had the opportunity to have the ceremony and reception all in one location. We also loved that they have options for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies and the opportunity to go out onto the course for photos with a complimentary golf cart and driver. There is a gorgeous bridal suite to get ready and the grooms suite is on the bottom floor to make sure we don't accidentally run into each other ahead of time. There were snacks and drinks to munch on and enjoy while getting ready and it created such a relaxing atmosphere. All this is included in a single price per person and comes with a wedding coordinator, Rochelle. She was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, accommodating, and a wonderful problem solver whenever needed. We were able to drop off our decorations and center pieces ahead of time for her and her team to set up so on the day of the wedding we were able to relax and prepare without having to worry about all the little details. She took care of everything and was a wonderful asset to have on our team. She hired a fabulous team to work with including Ryan who was always on hand to help with anything we desired and the wait staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. We had the perfect day thanks largely to Rochelle and her team and the guests couldn't stop raving about how fabulous everything was.

Very friendly staff, the bartender girl is very nice and caring, I also recommend tomato salad with chicken - it's my favorite dish) Also, live music creates a mood almost every day. Another important thing is pleasant visitors, a contingent of educated and cultured people

Cornucopia Yachts made it possible for us to plan our wedding within a few weeks. Decorations/ DJ / Dinner menu and Cake. Everything was taken care of all we had to do was choose what we wanted for the evening. Skyline views throughout the evening were Stunning. Our guests enjoyed the cruise so much! Steven, Deisy, Ernesto, The Chef and the whole team were wonderful! I am looking forward to booking our next event with them!
