From the moment we had our first tour of the venue, I fell in love! It is everything we could have wanted from the beautiful grounds, gorgeous cocktail hour set up with the tiki bar and pond, to the modern, rustic interior and tent that connects to the inside. Every detail was beautiful and the food was amazing! Our guests kept raving about how perfect everything was. Their staff is also very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire planning process, until the day of wedding. I highly recommend!

We could not have imagined a better venue than Winding Hills, and our experience was made truly exceptional thanks to Heather, the day-of coordinator and venue manager. Heather went so far above and beyond in every possible way—she was calm, attentive, proactive, and genuinely cared about every detail of our day. When I accidentally stained my dress, Heather literally helped rub chalk into it to fix the stain. That moment alone says everything about the level of care and dedication she brings. She is an absolute gem and a huge reason our day went so smoothly.

The food was outstanding. Our guests are still talking about it, especially the grilled cheese and tomato soup cocktail hour appetizers, which were a huge hit. Everything was delicious and beautifully executed.

One of the things guests loved most about Winding Hills was how well the space worked for everyone. There were fireside chats happening for quieter conversations, kids hanging out happily on the patio, older guests enjoying the indoor spaces, and the partiers out on the dance floor in the tent. The layout made it easy for everyone to enjoy the celebration in their own way, and guests raved about the different spaces all night and afterward.

Winding Hills is a beautiful, well-run, and incredibly thoughtful venue, but what truly sets it apart is the people—especially Heather. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish, and our guests were blown away. We cannot recommend Winding Hills highly enough.

My experience with Winding Hills has been absolutely amazing! Heather and Melyssa are so great to work with, I must have emailed them 100+ questions during the course of the planning process and they always responded and worked with me to make me feel at ease. The food is so great! and plentiful and the venue looks so beautiful, especially if you're going for that rustic chic minimal vibe. I'll also say this was definitely one of the more affordable venues we checked out, they offer payment plans and veteran discounts as well! Winding Hills and its staff was just a joy to work with and they'll always have a special place in my heart on making my wedding of the most fun and happiest days of my life.

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day at The Venue at Winding Hills on 7/14/23! From the moment we met Joanna on our venue tour, we knew it was meant to be. She, along with Heather and Delaney, answered all of our many prep questions along the way and did the most INCREDIBLE job setting up the space exactly as we had asked (or maybe even better) day of. They are such pros! The food was delicious, the grounds were gorgeous, and the service was amazing. Our friends and families are still raving about one of the best weddings they've been to, and my wife and I could not be happier to have thrown such a fun party for them. Thank you to the entire team for exceeding expectations on our special day, we are so grateful!

This was one of our first bookings once we got engaged. We couldn’t be happier. Nicole and her team handled all the details and the stress for us making our day wonderful! Including handling our bakery when our cake showed up fallen. If you are looking for a romantic, beautiful, stress free spot, this is it!

What a beautiful venue! Everyone was so helpful and treated me like a princess, it was picture perfect! I would reccomend them for any event. All of my guests are still talking about how beautiful they made our special day!

I cannot say enough about Winding Hills Golf Club! My husband and I had our reception there on June 18, 2016 and we could not be happier with how everything turned out! The grounds are stunning, and the staff is amazing. I searched and searched for a place, and right when I talked to Nicole and saw how organized she was I knew this was the place. From the beginning of the planning process, we felt like our dream wedding was unfolding before us, and we could not be happier. Nicole was professional, and was able to make our entire wedding experience personal and memorable! She is very accommodating and made sure everything on their end was taken care of the day of. On top of that, the food was scrumptious! Conklin Catering blew it out of the park with such delicious food. Michael and his team do amazing things in the kitchen, and I am still getting rave reviews.

Right when we got to the reception, we were immediately greeted by Nicole and her smiling staff. Her staff was AMAZING and made sure each of my guests were satisfied. I cannot stress enough how Winding Hills made every detail perfect. Along with the actual tent that is stunning, the landscaping and areas surrounding the venue gave us endless picture opportunities. We did not want our night to end, and that is due to how fantastic the staff is.

Hosted an after wedding brunch here and they were amazing! Conklin Catering at Winding Hills Golf Club blew my guests expectations of a boring bland brunch. Food was amazing, even had a french toast bar! I will absolutely try and have all of my events here !

Winding Hills was the perfect spot for our wedding! Dana and Nicole were wonderful in helping coordinate everything from initial planning to the day of. Everything went smoothly and the grounds were absolutely stunning for the ceremony and pictures. I know it was out of the control, but we also had the perfect weather (though we did have a rain plan, just in case) The reception was well organized and perfect! I got numerous compliments on the venue and the food from my guests. We had nontraditional food, ribs, BBQ chicken, pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, corn bread, etc. Everything was amazing. Plus ice cream to complete the night. Everything was truly perfect, and I could not imagine having chosen any other location for our special day. Dana and Nicole were always prepared for us, and the day of they had everything laid out perfectly for us, beer for the groomsmen when they arrived, champagne for the bridal party while waiting to start the ceremony, and food for the bridal party during the cocktail hour. Everything was just perfect!!!
