From the moment we toured Houston Hall to the end of our wedding night, Carlita, Isabel, and the entire Houston Hall team were an absolute dream to work with. They strike the perfect balance between being incredibly organized and wonderfully calming. Their expertise and attention to detail are unmatched, and they know exactly how to transform this historic space into the wedding venue of any couple’s dreams. The team is responsive, creative, and genuinely fun to work with. They are so much more than day-of coordinators—they become true partners throughout the wedding planning process, offering guidance and support every step of the way. The Space: Absolutely gorgeous. Houston Hall somehow manages to feel rustic and urban, cool and warm, spacious and intimate all at once. It was breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The Food: Outstanding. From the tasting to the wedding day itself, every bite was delicious. The menu is unique, memorable, and genuinely excellent—not just “good wedding food.” The Wedding Day: Perfect. No notes. I truly cannot recommend Houston Hall highly enough. It’s an iconic venue, and our entire wedding weekend was shaped around this choice. Looking back, I am beyond thrilled that we chose Houston Hall and would make the same decision again in a heartbeat.

Where to start? There is something to be said for an all inclusive venue. There were several menu options depending if you wanted a sit down service, buffet, or stations and then each of those options came with different selections for main course, side dishes, pastas, salads, etc. The appetizers were delectable and were both stationary and passed with the staff doing a wonderful job circulating so all our guests had the opportunity to partake. The food was delicious and plentiful and everyone was able to find plenty to eat. There was an open bar included in the price and we had a signature cocktail that was excellently prepared with their own flourish that had rave reviews and was expertly prepared by the perfect number of bartenders. We were in the smaller dining room which felt like the perfect size for the number of guests we had without feeling stuffy or crowded. The grounds are gorgeous and we liked we had the opportunity to have the ceremony and reception all in one location. We also loved that they have options for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies and the opportunity to go out onto the course for photos with a complimentary golf cart and driver. There is a gorgeous bridal suite to get ready and the grooms suite is on the bottom floor to make sure we don't accidentally run into each other ahead of time. There were snacks and drinks to munch on and enjoy while getting ready and it created such a relaxing atmosphere. All this is included in a single price per person and comes with a wedding coordinator, Rochelle. She was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, accommodating, and a wonderful problem solver whenever needed. We were able to drop off our decorations and center pieces ahead of time for her and her team to set up so on the day of the wedding we were able to relax and prepare without having to worry about all the little details. She took care of everything and was a wonderful asset to have on our team. She hired a fabulous team to work with including Ryan who was always on hand to help with anything we desired and the wait staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. We had the perfect day thanks largely to Rochelle and her team and the guests couldn't stop raving about how fabulous everything was.

My wife and I recently celebrated our wedding at The Edge in Long Island City, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we began planning until the very last guest left, the entire team exceeded our expectations. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, offering stunning views and a setting that created the perfect backdrop for one of the most important days of our lives. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, were General Manager, John and Assistant General Manager, Melissa. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were evident every step of the way. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but John and Melissa consistently made us feel supported, welcomed, and confident that everything was under control. They were responsive, attentive to details, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our vision became a reality. What stood out most was how much they truly cared about us as a couple. They treated us like family rather than just another event booking. Their kindness, patience, and dedication helped make our wedding day seamless and memorable. If you are considering The Edge for your wedding or special event, I highly recommend it without hesitation. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did and will always look back on our wedding day with wonderful memories because of their efforts. We got married at Waters Edge on July 3, 2026, and it exceeded every expectation. The venue itself is stunning. Modern, clean, waterfront design at a level you rarely find on Long Island, and our guests would not stop complimenting it all night. But what really set Waters Edge apart was the team. Our maitre d, Luis, was exceptional. He was on top of every detail from start to finish and it genuinely felt like we had someone on our side fighting to make sure everything was executed perfectly. More than that, he made sure we actually enjoyed our own wedding. He carved out moments for us to step back and take it in, and even politely asked guests to give us time to eat during the reception. Small things like that are the difference between a good venue and a great one. Our bridal attendant, Shaye, went above and beyond all night. She was there for anything my wife needed, walking around with lipstick and makeup for touch-ups and quietly making things happen before anyone had to ask. If you want a modern, elevated waterfront venue with a team that treats your wedding like it's their own, book Waters Edge. We could not recommend it more.

We had the most perfect wedding weekend at Hotel Canandaigua. From start to finish of the weekend, everything exceeded our expectations. We hosted our rehearsal dinner there the night before, celebrated our wedding day onsite, and even enjoyed the pool with our wedding party the next day—it truly felt like a full weekend celebration all in one place. The venue itself is stunning, both indoors and outdoors. We were the first to try a new ceremony setup that I came up with, with chairs arranged on the upper cement patio overlooking the water, and it could not have been more perfect. The serene lakefront setting created the most beautiful backdrop for our vows. The ballroom was equally amazing—spacious, elegant, and flawless for our reception. The getting ready rooms on site are great for convenience and beautiful. The added perk of the Presidential Suite the night of the wedding is great and allows for perfect balcony photos. Kristen, who runs the new ownership team from Nolan’s Catering, is absolutely incredible. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I planned a lot of personal details for our day, and the staff didn’t miss a single one. The service team was attentive, kind, and quick to respond to anything we or our guests needed. The food deserves its own special mention—under Nolan’s catering, it is AMAZING. We lost count of how many guests told us this was the best wedding food they had ever had, and several even said it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. From cocktail hour to dinner, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We had three bars set up throughout the evening, and not once was there a line for drinks—something guests appreciated so much. If you’re looking for a venue that combines breathtaking views, modern and elegant event spaces, incredible food, and a team that genuinely cares about your day, Hotel Canandaigua is the place. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more, and we couldn’t recommend this venue highly enough.

Our wedding day was absolutely fantastic due largely to the help of everyone at The Lannin. Emma helped from the start with all my crazy questions! Moe was there day of to assist with each unique request we had! There was not a single moment where I had to worry or think about anything. They handled it all. Thank you Team!!

We had an amazing experience at Atlantis Hall! From the beginning, the team was flexible, understanding, and worked with our budget without making us feel pressured. The manager explained everything thoroughly and made the entire process easy. The location was convenient for all of our guests, and we loved that we were able to customize the hall to fit our vision. They even let us set up early, which made a huge difference. The venue was beautiful, the staff was great, and everyone had a wonderful time. My favorite part was the courtyard it was spacious, looked amazing, and having the tent gave us peace of mind in case of bad weather. I would definitely recommend Atlantis Hall to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with great service.

Recently, I attended an event at this vegan, eco-conscious venue, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The space itself is both modern and inviting, with thoughtful touches that reflect its commitment to sustainability. The courtyard was the highlight—an intimate yet spacious area with a lively bar that made for the perfect gathering spot. The craft cocktails were outstanding, each one creative, balanced, and beautifully presented. The bartenders clearly take pride in their work and offer thoughtful recommendations. Service throughout the event was top-notch: attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely warm.

I may be a little late writing this review, but there’s no way I could skip sharing how incredible our experience was! From start to finish, the service for my daughter’s Sweet 16 was absolutely amazing. Our maître d’, Marcelo, was exceptional, attentive, organized, and made sure every detail ran smoothly throughout the night. Ana, our bridal attendant, went above and beyond to make sure my daughter felt special and cared for every moment. And Jeffrey, our sales representative, was fantastic from the very beginning, helping us plan everything perfectly and making the entire process effortless. The team worked seamlessly together, creating a night that my daughter, and all of us, will remember forever. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, warmth, and dedication. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish! 💫💖

We got so lucky finding this venue for our wedding in June 2024. The coordinator was amazing from start to finish. Our guests raved about the food we had at cocktail hour and the reception. Staff set up our decorations exactly how I envisioned for the ceremony and reception so it so I had one less thing to worry about. The price is perfect for anyone who wants a beautiful wedding without breaking the bank to make it happen.
