Houston Hall, a historic wedding and event space located in New York, NY, is delighted to be offering last-minute summer specials for weddings this July and August starting at $150pp (minimum 100 guests, excludes tax, gratuity and admin fee - if applicable). Constructed in 1907, this former FBI building is now a vibrant beer hall. Facilities and Capacity
Houston Hall features a large and open floor plan. Able to accommodate up to 200 seated guests, the hall is replete with details that your loved ones will surely adore. Houston Hall is a Must!
At first, searching for a wedding venue in New York City seemed overwhelming, until we discovered Houston Hall. We could not have asked for a better venue/experience.
After the initial meeting we were immediately sold. Every detail was considered and organized perfectly from start to finish. The venue is already unique, but on the day of it was transformed to capture our vision with the perfect blend of elegance and rustic charm.
Houston Hall took care of all our needs to make our day both memorable and special, providing menus, table runners, and even letting us drop off our flowers four days early so they could set everything up just as we imagined.
Carlita was a pleasure to work with. She is organized, kind, and professional. She ensured that all required tasks were completed efficiently and to standard. Isabel was also exceptionally caring and accommodating throughout the entire process. It was an absolute joy to work with both Carlita and Isabel - they were engaged and always accommodating whenever we had a request or a question. It felt like working with friends!
The entire staff was proficient, courteous, and helpful. The bartender service was masterful, and the food was presented promptly and in an orderly fashion. Our guests continue to praise the food's flavor and quality.
The event was conducted with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring everything proceeded smoothly throughout the day. We are deeply grateful to Carlita and her staff for delivering a wedding experience that exceeded our expectations. Houston Hall comes highly recommended, and we are confident it will not disappoint.

Houston Hall gave us the most magical city wedding!!
We got married June 2025 and have nothing but the most wonderful things to say about Houston Hall. Get married there!!! We had 150 folks comfortably, and did the ceremony and reception all under the same roof. Carlita and her team helped make the space uniquely ours, working alongside us every step of the way, recommending set up, working through menu and a timeline for the day. All was seamless. Our hope was to transform the space into a sort of secret garden in the city and throw a big party, and it exceeded our expectations.
I can’t tell you how beautiful the room was, how cozy and intimate it felt. And the food was delicious, served family style. If you’re looking for an upscale restaurant-style cozy wedding with space for a killer dance party, this is your venue. With 150 people for seated dinner and dancefloor, we still had space for an espresso bar, little couch lounge area and a photo booth. For the ceremony, we had 100 people seated and the rest stood. It was perfect, we felt the love.
I remember being particularly worried about the flipping of the room/chairs at the start of the cocktail hour and I can assure you, it was easy and not at all disruptive - no more than 5 minutes and no one even noticed as they were getting drinks at the stunning huge bar and tasting passed apps and chatting. We also had musicians play just during cocktail hour which fit in the space as well!
I also have to shoutout Chris and his team at Party Up Productions/Decco for the chairs, lighting, lanterns and furniture. They regularly work with Houston Hall and were a joy to work with to transform the room.
Also noting we didn’t use a wedding planner, no need with Carlita and her team, which was wildly helpful with budget.

My husband and I have no words to describe how perfect everything was for our wedding at Houston Hall. Guests would not stop talking about how beautiful the transformation of the venue was. They also said it was the best food and drinks they have ever had at any wedding.
Carlita, Isabel and team went above and beyond to make sure our day was extra special, from the food & cocktail tasting, to honoring our requests for custom food, cocktails and desserts, to allowing us to come in for several in-person meetings, to running a smooth operation the day-of.

Truly extraordinary care and service!
Houston Hall was the perfect place for our child’s wedding. The venue has such a cool vibe, with high ceilings, a rustic-industrial decor, a long attractive bar, and a little room upstairs for the bride and bridesmaids to wait in/the couple to have a little spot for a little alone time. The room layout is flexible and can accommodate lots of different wedding stiles (our couple had wildflowers).
The highlight of our amazing wedding experience, though, was extraordinary service, and specifically, the care, warmth and thoughtfulness of Carlita (as well as her assistant, Isabel). Carlita made us feel like we were her top priority from beginning to end. No matter how busy she was—even the morning of the wedding, when she was prepping the room and greeting vendors—she had a warm smile and asked what she could do to help us with the things we had brought. When I forgot to take a copy of the menus as a keepsake, she immediately offered to reprint them the next day, and fedexed them to my house. If you want a beautiful wedding, along with a very thoughtful, kind, special person who will make sure everything is just the way you want it, Houston Hall is the place, and Carlita is your person!

The perfect venue for us!
We absolutely loved our wedding at Houston Hall. The space is amazing and really needed very little to dress it up because it's so cool already! We booked in 2019 and have worked with a few different coordinators over the years due to COVID delays, but Christon worked with us in the final lead up and on the big day and she was fantastic! She went out of her way to be flexible with us on dropping off/collecting decor, offered extra details like menu cards and signature cocktail signs, and she was responsive and easy to work with. Our friends and family absolutely loved the space and the food!

Houston Hall is the best NYC Venue
I can't highly recommend Houston Hall enough. Brenda the manager was super responsive and helpful in the planning process. Her and her team were incredibly helpful and professional. I had hundreds of emails back and forth her and she answered all my questions and took care of so much for us. The venue vibes are absolutely gorgeous doesn't need much decoration and the little decoration we Brought in Brenda and her team put up the decorations and place cards for us! And the food! their menu is absolutely to die for. I received numerous compliments about the cocktail hour food and dinner food!! Everyone was so obsessed with food. And when I wanted to bring in all my dessert spreads to the table Brenda was super accommodating to what were hoping to do. The only misunderstanding we had was about how many people would be able to sit during the ceremony. We had 90 people and the chairs were set to about 60 ish people which I think is the max amount they can fit to set up for a ceremony. But other than that small detail everything ran so smoothly. The waitstaff was amazing there our wine glasses were full and myself and my now husband were always asked if needed a drink or anything. We felt super special and taken care of. My family raved it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. Highly recommend Houston Hall for your NY wedding!!

Best Venue Ever!
Houston Hall was my absolute dream venue! It only took me a year to find and it was a place my husband had frequented throughout our relationship!! Amanda was incredible to work with from our walk through to our tasting, leading up to our actual wedding day. The food was incredible!! Our friends and family raved about the cocktail hour appetizers and couldn’t say enough great things about dinner! We went with a family style dinner and everyone loved how much food their was to choose from. Our guests danced the night away and raved about how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to!
