Hotel Wedding Venues in New York City

3 West Club was the absolute perfect wedding venue, we could not be happier with our experience. The venue itself is beautiful, especially near the holiday season and really embodies the “old New York” feel. The people who work at 3 West Club are all incredible and extremely nice, friendly and patient. Tony at the front desk greeted all our guests with kindness and helped make their experience at the venue and their hotel rooms easy for all the out of town guests. Rachel, the venue coordinator was extremely patient with us with all our questions and helped keep things organized and helped set up the space perfectly. The staff who worked the wedding were extremely professional and made our guests feel special. Also, a special thank you to Angela who made sure the bride and groom was comfortable, fed and hydrated the entire wedding. Every room of this venue seems to have its own story and having our wedding here made us feel like we were part of history. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the space was, the convenience of the location and the beauty of its surroundings, including the incredible view of St. Patrick’s cathedral. My photographers and videographer also loved the space for the amount of photo opportunities. I would highly recommend this venue to everyone and I cannot wait to come back every anniversary and stay at the hotel.

From the minute we walked in the grand salon to look at the venue for our wedding, we knew this was the place. We were met with attentive service, wonderful staff, and a gorgeous backdrop for our special day. Jocelyn and Danny in particular took extra special care of us, especially from the tasting up through our wedding day (and even checked on us after!). Jocelyn made sure the day of went so smooth and took care of so many behind the scenes details. Danny worked with us to make signature cocktails based on our specific tastes and we were given plenty of drinks at our sweetheart table. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and the beauty of the hotel and grand salon. It was everything we could have hoped for!

We just had our wedding here over the weekend and it was the most unbelievable, magical day! From the first look in the hotels gorgeous Penthouse Rooftop to dancing the night away in the beautiful ballroom, it was a wedding day to never forget. Our family and friends cannot stop raving! You won't regret doing your wedding here!

Hotel Eventi exceeded our expectations. Everyone, (from the front desk, bellman, coordinators, chef and other staff) especially Michelle, Arturo, Jeff, Tyan and the Chef were incredibly attentive and accommodating to all of our needs. Anything we asked for was completed and in record time. They worked fluidly with every vendor and made sure everything we had scheduled was accomplished. The food was incredible. Everyone is raving about it. We have no complaints, only compliments.

The hotel and team speak for themselves. The venue is a wow factor and felt like quintessential New York. Dom, Austin, Laura and the whole team are rockstars and were hospitality-focused throughout. We had a wedding ceremony, seated luncheon + a nighttime reception that included food stations from Cafe Chelsea, El Quijote, and the catering team. Each were delicious and presented beautifully, especially the paella & steak frites. The hotel rooms are each unique, stunning, and clean. Used the gym as well, which is modern and clean. The Hotel Chelsea team took our ideas in stride, made them happen, exceeded our visions, were detail-oriented, kept their word, and were enjoyable to work with throughout. Truly an amazing team and venue with character that brought our party to life. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful event, and Wendy and her staff were extremely helpful and professional. Being New York, the prices were a bit more than we would have hoped for, but all in all I'd definitely do it over again.

We had more than 50 out of town guests stay at the Indigo, and we all—young and older alike—were exceptionally happy. The huge lobby on the 14th floor overlooking the city was the perfect spot for intimate conversations with friends and family—while the rooftop pool and bar scene satisfied many of our partying crowd. The location was lively (right next to Katz’s Deli and around the corner from Russ and Daughters.) The rooms were fresh, bright, comfortable and well –designed. Kudos to Carly, who handled our bookings and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. The brunch she arranged on the day after the wedding in the hotel lobby area was a huge success.
