The Allegria Hotel can accommodate up to 200 wedding guests in its indoor and outdoor event spaces. Couples who choose the Allegria Hotel will do so in style in Long Island’s only oceanfront hotel, sitting on the iconic Long Beach Boardwalk. Lavish ceremonies can be held in one of the two Grand Ballrooms overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Meanwhile, cocktail receptions may be held on Jack’s Rooftop, the Atlantica Restaurant, or the L’Ondo Lounge. Couples and their guests can dance the night away after enjoying an elegant banquet dinner in the hotel’s Grand Ballroom, which comprises 3,182 square feet of flexible event space and features floor-to-ceiling windows looking onto the ocean.

A perfect day
Dreamy Desi Wedding at the Allegria Hotel
First, Randi Fox, was an angel. As our Wedding Events/Catering Manager, she was incomparably dedicated and invaluable. She was always responsive and accessible via email and phone, if not picking up right away, always calling or email me right back. She remembered every detail, was incredible attentive to all of our special circumstances, i.e. Halal specifications for the menu, consideration of my mother's limited mobility and special accommodations for her, and anticipating certain needs for me and my bridal party as well as our guests. Most importantly, she has the kindest and sweetest demeanor that was always genuine and inviting! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made my wedding planning seem effortless.
Along the same lines, Jessie Whitman, was equally indispensable in helping me set up a wedding block of hotel rooms for my guests and in taking care of my chief guests, i.e. my in-laws. She was amazingly attentive, addressed all of my questions, was always accessible and unfalteringly responsive to my requests. Her persona exudes happiness and it was so evident in her approach to her work.
We had picture perfect day to get married on the rooftop's pool deck, overlooking the ocean. Immediately following our marriage ceremony, the cocktail hour began, which took place in the rooftop bar lounge. While my husband and I didn't get to personally experience cocktail hour ourselves (we were off with our photographer taking wedding photos on the beach during sunset!), per our guests, the cocktail hour was spectacular!!! Friends and family have continuously regaled my husband and I with stories of the how blown away they were with the quantity of food available during the cocktail hour, the presentation of the food stations and the servers, the fun mocktails, and most importantly, how mouthwateringly delicious it all was.
Of course, the cocktail hour served as a prelude to the incredible dinner and dessert courses - all compliments going to the exquisite efforts of the Allegria's chefs, Chef Frank and Chef Justin. Again, every wedding guest with whom I have spoken stated (with the highest degree of enthusiam and excitement) that they had never eaten better at a wedding! The vegetables and fruits were crisp and fresh. the entrees were prepared flawlessly and were simply scrumptious: the chateaubriand with mushrooms was delectably tender, the herb-roasted chicken piccata was perfectly seasoned and juicy, the roasted salmon impeccably flaky and light with a teriyaki sauce that had an exacting balance of savory umami and sweetness. The plates looked as delicious as they tasted. Dessert was out-of-this world with a Smores station that rocked and pastries galore!
I could not have been more thrilled with the Allegria in hosting my wedding weekend. While the venue's location directly on the boardwalk with the beautiful Atlantic Ocean is its backdrop are unbeatable on Long Island, the staff and the service were the most memorable. I cannot say enough to say how happy they made us and how stunningly they carried out my wedding. I hope to return to it again for future events!!!
