Hotel Wedding Venues in New York

We could not be happier with our choice to get married at Danfords! The grounds and views are stunning, event spaces gorgeous, and staff second to none. Our guests could not stop raving about the quality of the food, and even more so, the service. From the very beginning Annmarie L. treated us like family and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Daisy the maître d’ was unbelievable and Tara the bridal attendant was beyond anything we could have asked for. We could not imagine a better place to have a gathering of any kind than Danfords!!! You absolutely made our wedding and we are forever grateful!

Gerry and Derek were friendly, attentive, responsive, and a pleasure to work with all of the way throughout the planning process and the wedding weekend. The whole day ran perfectly smoothly, and our guests particularly loved the after party which went on until late in the evening (and which even featured karaoke!). The ballroom, food and service on the day were all first class. This is seriously the best wedding venue in NJ or NY! We would get married there again if we could!

3 West Club was the absolute perfect wedding venue, we could not be happier with our experience. The venue itself is beautiful, especially near the holiday season and really embodies the “old New York” feel. The people who work at 3 West Club are all incredible and extremely nice, friendly and patient. Tony at the front desk greeted all our guests with kindness and helped make their experience at the venue and their hotel rooms easy for all the out of town guests. Rachel, the venue coordinator was extremely patient with us with all our questions and helped keep things organized and helped set up the space perfectly. The staff who worked the wedding were extremely professional and made our guests feel special. Also, a special thank you to Angela who made sure the bride and groom was comfortable, fed and hydrated the entire wedding. Every room of this venue seems to have its own story and having our wedding here made us feel like we were part of history. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the space was, the convenience of the location and the beauty of its surroundings, including the incredible view of St. Patrick’s cathedral. My photographers and videographer also loved the space for the amount of photo opportunities. I would highly recommend this venue to everyone and I cannot wait to come back every anniversary and stay at the hotel.

My wife and I recently attended a wedding at The Kittle House. It was wonderful! The room, the setting, the service, the food - all outstanding! The opposite of cookie cutter. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Bravo to whoever it is that bought it and brought it back to life!

Gansett Green Manor is an incredible hidden gem right in the heart of Amagansett. Not only is their lawn impeccably kept and the perfect location for the tent wedding of your dreams, the cottages on site allows you to stay on site with your closest family or friends! The property is surrounded on 3 sides by farm land so you really feel like you're secluded from the real world, while at the same time just a few steps away from the very cute main street of Amagansett with shops and restaurants for guests to explore. Leslie and Jed are BEYOND responsive, were so helpful in recommending vendors in the area, helped us assign rooms for our bridal party, and are all around just really wonderful people! We could not have imagined a more perfect location for our big day!

The owners, staff and affiliates of the Perch Hotel were all very professional, extremely helpful throughout our wedding planning process and overall a joy to work with. The coordination of their team was seamless and we couldn't have asked for a better location for our wedding reception. Erika handled so much and worked out every detail with up step by step; she really ensured the timeline was structured, the setup was perfect & the day was exactly what we envisioned. Erika, Katie and Decora went above and beyond for us and we are so appreciative of everything they did to make our special day unforgettable. David's team made some unbelievably delicious dishes. The suite that we stayed in and the main event space had so much to offer; and the views alone from the property are breathtaking! The Perch is truly a hidden gem. Overall, we would recommend the Perch Hotel for outstanding views, a great & friendly staff, and an incredible time.

My husband and I got married here in June and we couldn't be happier with the day. We live out of state and had quite a few people traveling, so a hotel venue was ideal for us, and planning everything via e-mail and phone was made really simple with Christina! As others have said, she goes above and beyond to make your vision come to life which, for us, included working out the table linens and dinnerware with the rental company Shabby Sisters (we didn't have to talk to them once). It was perfect for our guest count of 65, and I wouldn't recommend weddings of 100+ guests due to the size of the reception space. The venue was extremely flexible when I went back and forth on a few of my decisions and asked if we could have a few things customized. The full open bar was totally worth it and they made our signature cocktails so delicious! We absolutely loved having the full barn suite for the weekend to house some of our wedding party, get ready in, and hang out in throughout the weekend - it was worth every penny. We were given the Paris Room to stay in which felt so peaceful and secluded. Christina and staff did an excellent job running the events all weekend and made it so I didn't have to make any more decisions upon our arrival. Many of our guests made sure to tell us how great the staff, food, and venue as a whole was. We even had a few people hike the Buttermilk Falls trail the morning of the wedding! We would have loved even more time to hang out and enjoy everything. Overall, we were so happy to see our vision come to life with the charm of the lovely La Tourelle venue as the perfect backdrop.

Debbie was great to work with, very easy going and offered guidance on particular items I needed to consider but overlooked. Alfredo was fantastic with accommodating our guests rooms and everything went off without a hitch. He has such a pleasurable demeanor, he was great welcoming our guest as they approached the front desk. Martha and all of the servers and bartenders were friendly and tentative to all of us and they worked hard to make our reception perfect. The Inn’s reception rooms, front desk, surrounding area, and ambiance were beautiful - to include the glass room for our rehearsal dinner!

Our wedding at The Historic Thayer Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way: truly the best day of our lives. It was magical and perfect. We had multiple guests tell us that this was the best wedding, with the best food, that they had ever attended. All of our servers and bartenders were incredible, everyone attending to our wedding made it feel like we were the only event happening on West Point. Our maitre d’ (Talia) could not have been more thoughtful, kind, and attentive: every detail that we had shared with Casey was executed with precision. We had our wedding at the Cadet Chapel and arranged for our guests (who opted into it) to take a West Point Tour between the ceremony and the reception, and then dropped them back to the hotel. Our Cocktail hour was on the back lawn, the Pershing Patio, and in the Pershing Room. The Thayer Hotel’s Banquet Team ensured that our custom made signage (we provided the stands as well) were put in locations that helped direct our guests, and the setup of the cocktail hour with The Hotel's beautiful gold champagne shelf next to our seating chart, was a fabulous way to ensure that our guests could quickly grab some champagne while looking at the chart. Our Reception was in the Washington Ballroom, and with the gorgeous sweeping view of the river, indoor-outdoor access, we felt like we were in a fairytale wedding surrounded by our friends, family, and a team of wedding professionals who truly cared about us and our guests. We made it a whole wedding weekend, the Rehearsal Dinner was scheduled to be on Zulu Time (it rained out, so it was moved inside to a rain back-up location), we had a bridal breakfast in the Eisenhower Bridal Suite as the bridesmaids got ready, while our guests enjoyed breakfast on their own in MacArthur’s Riverview Restaurant, and then even after the wedding, our guests continued the party at Zulu Time. We were able to directly link our private hotel room block to our wedding website, and could manage and track the reservations with our special login. From the event coordination, room reservations, to valet, check-in, to housekeeping, several incredible culinary experiences over the weekend, and the most attentive day-of wedding professionals, our wedding, and wedding weekend, was perfect. Our wedding was a dream come true at The Thayer Hotel. Our wedding was made extra special by these amazing humans who cared about our wedding like it was for one of their own family members: Casey, Talia, Alison, Jennifer, Marie, Diane, Juliette, Jamal, Victor, Chris, Samantha, Daphne, Jeff, Dan, Victor the bartender, Rosa, Chris, Ginoh, Anne and Erin. 

My wedding day was perfect and everything I dreamed it would be. Laura did a wonderful job as a wedding coordinator. She was very professional, friendly, helpful and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this venue.
