Woodcliff is the most beautiful wedding venue in Rochester. The location is prime and you just can't beat the view. The event center is massive and is a blank canvas for your imagination to go wild! The wedding coordinators are top tier and are willing to accommodate and do whatever necessary to ensure that your dream wedding becomes reality. The convenience of having the hotel right there is a great perk! The communication was easy and during a stressful time of wedding planning, this aspect was extremely important. The staff are friendly and treat you with so much kindness. It was worth every single penny!!

Outstanding wedding reception venue! A little pricey for Rochester, but well worth the price. Rooftop area and bar are great, guests can be either inside or outside with a great view of the city. Service was perfect, fed all 140 guests quickly and efficiently. IDK how they serve all of those guests strip steaks that were perfectly cooked at the same time. And the sea bass was the best I have ever had in my life! Bar is cool, outside fire pit for people to socialize around or view the sunset from the west side of the building and also the lights of the city. . Amazing! The staff was kind and efficient and very professional. Great ambience all around. Recommend this venue very highly for a wedding Hotel is clean.Recommend this venue5/5 and 100% !!!

My wedding day was perfect and everything I dreamed it would be. Laura did a wonderful job as a wedding coordinator. She was very professional, friendly, helpful and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this venue.

We chose the Chalet of Canandaigua to celebrate our wedding on 1/30/26. The owner, Melanie was very receptive and willing to meet with us the next day. We were initially impressed by the cozy atmosphere, with its grand fireplace in the living room. We then learned that each of the 3 bedrooms had their own fireplaces along with beautiful bathrooms, including large soaking tubs-perfect for relaxing from wedding stress. The rooms, along with the rest of the Chalet and the outside surroundings were impressive. The accommodations, while stunning, were just a piece of our experience. Owners, Melanie and Fernando were with us every step of the way, paying close attention to details that we had overlooked, allowing us to truly enjoy ourselves. It was apparent from the start that the owners are committed to providing services catered specifically to the needs and wants of their clientele; they were flexible with requests and their attention to detail provided for a perfect night. Despite it being extremely frigid that night, it didn’t interfere with the professionalism of service. The owners ensured that our guests were well taken care of, ranging from the meal service, entertainment, photography assistance, to an outdoor fire. I cannot forget to mention the breakfast service the following morning; the home cooked dishes were delicious, our guests loved it. Additionally, this was a budget friendly option for us. We have the utmost appreciation for Melanie and Fernando as they helped make our special day better than we envisioned. We look forward to spending many future anniversaries at the Chalet.

This venue is incredible. Jenn the catering manager went above and beyond for my husband and I during the entire planning process (she's an angel, I could rave about her all day). I knew from our first tour that the Marriott would be our venue when Jenn handed me a little welcome bag with Marriott and newly engaged goodies. Our experience at the Marriott felt so personal. The food was incredible - people are still raving about it! Their bar set up wow'd so many of our guests. They're very reasonably priced, offering a variety of packages to suit everyone's budget. And last, you cannot forget, their honeymoon on us program (as long as its still offered). The money you spend on your reception translates to varying nights of a honeymoon at a select few Marriott properties - that alone was another selling factor for us. 10/10 recommend the Marriott for your wedding!!

12/10 recommend I recently got married at hotel Lafayette on 1/24/26 with Alexa Graff our coordinator and I cannot recommend this venue enough. First, alexa was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I texted her nearly every single day for a whole year with any questions that I had. She was on top of all the timelines and the venue also offered a lot of decor if I wanted to use any (I did). I had absolutely no concerns going into the wedding. I received ENDLESS amount of compliments about how she did an incredible job. She made my day so much easier, and made sure the day went smoothly (AND IT DID, best day ever)🤍

I can't say enough good things about Geneva on the Lake - Chris Clarke and her team made the day an absolute dream. They were amazing to work with, quick to respond, and treated my guests and I like royalty. The food was delicious, the wait staff courteous, attentive, and warm. The location is gorgeous and I couldn't imagine a more perfect, beautiful, and seamless day. Chris is a pro - I knew that upon arriving at Geneva on the Lake, I could relax because she had everything under control. She also made the planning process very easy, which was much appreciated since I was planning from six hours away.

Our wedding was Sep 16 2017. Our exoerience working with Alison our sales rep, their general manager and the front desk was beyond helpful. Everyone of our guests raved about the food and the service. Each guest text me or called to say the hotel, the banquet rooms, the food and the service was not just high quality but the best they where ever at. Thank you to the Marriott for making our day the best ever wedding.

Our wedding at the Westin was simply incredible. The level of service, food, drinks, and just everything included was more than we could ask for! Lauren who coordinates most of the events is amazing. She did everything she could to make our day amazing and we are so grateful for her. The venue is beautiful, lighting options are amazing, and you and your guests will be so happy with it!

I can't say enough good things about the DoubleTree! The hotel's entire staff was so friendly and helpful as we spent much of the wedding weekend at the hotel! Wedding planning with Melissa was a breeze as she was so kind and calm throughout the process: promptly answering questions large and small, expanding the room block, coordinating with vendors, clarifying timelines, etc. She welcomed the most important member of our family (our dog) during the ceremony and helped us create a custom cocktail to include him in the reception (The Wild "Bear"y Lemonade was a HIT: lemonade, blueberry vodka, splash of Sprite, fresh blueberries). She left no stone unturned transforming the ballroom and patio into a beautiful, welcoming space for everyone to enjoy the night. We enjoyed the couples tasting at the beginning of the year and months after our wedding people still mention how delicious their meal was! We loved the ease of a one location wedding/reception and no one had to drive at the end of the night. It was so nice to just walk to your room and crash!
