Jessica at the Hyatt was great to work with! She helped us figure out all the details of the wedding and she coordinated between the vendors to make the process as smooth as possible! Our wedding was a hit and she played a huge role in that! Highly recommend Jessica and the Hyatt! 😊😊

Outstanding wedding reception venue! A little pricey for Rochester, but well worth the price. Rooftop area and bar are great, guests can be either inside or outside with a great view of the city. Service was perfect, fed all 140 guests quickly and efficiently. IDK how they serve all of those guests strip steaks that were perfectly cooked at the same time. And the sea bass was the best I have ever had in my life! Bar is cool, outside fire pit for people to socialize around or view the sunset from the west side of the building and also the lights of the city. . Amazing! The staff was kind and efficient and very professional. Great ambience all around. Recommend this venue very highly for a wedding Hotel is clean.Recommend this venue5/5 and 100% !!!

I cannot stop raving about the Holiday Inn Downtown. From the very first email I received after inquiring to the day after our wedding- they were very responsive, flexible and amazing. Shannon, who gives you her all and doubles as your event coordinator- responded to all of my emails throughout, within hours, sometimes minutes. I cannot speak highly enough of her. We had booked pre-covid and rescheduled multiple times. Each time they worked with us with no problems. Finally, this past July we were able to hold our wedding. It was nothing short of perfect and beautiful. The large ballroom was absolutely stunning with a little up lighting. We used in house centerpieces (which most places do not include) and the tables looked gorgeous. We didn't spend much on any extras, besides the up lighting and a couple sequin table clothes for the desserts and cake.... and the room still took our breath away. All of our guests have told us the food was the best (which we agree) and the servers were very friendly and fast. A good chunk of our guest list stayed in rooms at the hotel and had nothing but positive things to say and loved the convenience (parking is also on site and steps away from the front door, a huge plus in the city). The quality you get for the reasonable price makes this a perfect wedding venue. DO NOT overlook this venue! It is recently updated, the staff goes above and beyond and honestly, you cannot beat their pricing. We had both our ceremony and reception here and couldn't have been happier with everything.

This ambiance, history, and food from Tournados paired with the staff is a 10/10. Thank you to the Inn staff for the best day ever!!!

I knew I picked the right venue when I first met Sharon. She instantly put my mind at ease and was always professional and accommodating. The staff are wonderful and do everything in their power to make you feel like the Queen or King of the day. The food is absolutely delicious. It's not your typical hotel food. Overall, my experience with the Doubletree has been an excellent experience. I would highly recommend them.

We couldn’t be happier in choosing the Rochester Airport Marriott for our wedding venue reception. The staff is incredible and the service is over the top! What a special touch to have full use of the Images Restaurant for our cocktail hour with hand-passed hors d’oeuvres and signature drinks. We can’t say enough about the food. Chef Matt is amazing! Our guests are still raving about the presentation and deliciousness of everything they ate that evening. The ballroom was beautiful and the service was excellent. Christine, the banquet manager, went above and beyond to assure such perfection. Kaylin, our Events Manager through the DelMonte Group, was absolutely always on top of our needs and requests – our reserved block of rooms, our bridal suite, our Meet & Greet cocktail hour the night before, the ballroom and band setup, and the breakfast vouchers - yes, everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful and their staff is top notch!

My mother recommended this place from past event her sorority have held here. From the beginning Bonnie was helpful and informative. She told us what was included and what wasn't - which was nice because other places didn't. Some of the extra items (linens, chair covers, etc.) that one would think are included were at the Staybridge but other places it cost $10 more per person! This place by far had the best price in town for what we wanted and the food was amazing. Any concerns we had Bonnie was sure to take care of them! We initially were only going to have our reception here but decided last minute to have the ceremony here also and we're glad we did! It was outdoors overlooking the river with the UofR as a backdrop. The scenery was beautiful and the decor she added was just perfect. The reception area was beautifully decorated and intimate. Bonnie and her team were exceptional and I would recommend any bride to have her special day here. If you're looking to book with her do it fast because she's already booked well into the Summer 2016

The woman assigned to our case wasn't as detail oriented as I wished. She would call me asking about details we had already discussed, which made me feel like she didn't listen to me. However the day went off without a hitch. It was beautiful, the food was amazing (everyone tells us that) and there were absolutely no issues with the venue. Thank you!!!!
