I would recommend this hotel to EVERYONE! Working with Bridget was a breeze from the day we went to look at the venue, up until the night of our reception. She answered ALL of my emails either the same day or the day after. She was so helpful and patient! The venue was just renovated and it is GORGEOUS! It made for such an elegant evening. All our guests have complimented us on our venue choice - the atmosphere was beautiful, and the food was delicious. Nothing went wrong, and I owe that to the staff who took care of everything for our special day.

Our DREAM Wedding Reception Came True!!

We couldn’t be happier in choosing the Rochester Airport Marriott for our wedding venue reception. The staff is incredible and the service is over the top!

What a special touch to have full use of the Images Restaurant for our cocktail hour with hand-passed hors d’oeuvres and signature drinks. We can’t say enough about the food. Chef Matt is amazing! Our guests are still raving about the presentation and deliciousness of everything they ate that evening.

The ballroom was beautiful and the service was excellent. Christine, the banquet manager, went above and beyond to assure such perfection. Kaylin, our Events Manager through the DelMonte Group, was absolutely always on top of our needs and requests – our reserved block of rooms, our bridal suite, our Meet & Greet cocktail hour the night before, the ballroom and band setup, and the breakfast vouchers - yes, everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful and their staff is top notch!

We had a portion of our hotel rooms blocked at the Marriott - what a beautiful hotel! Recently renovated, this offered the airport shuttle option for our guests flying in from out of town and and also offers a restaurant/bar for guests. We weren't able to stay in their suites as they were booked already in January (for our September wedding) so if you need a suite I recommend booking earlier - this is a popular place for special occasion guests!

I loved everything about the Marriott. We had our cocktail hour and reception here and it was AMAZING. Austyn (our wedding coordinator) was there with us every step of the way, INCLUDING the night of our wedding. She was so helpful at answering all of our questions and responded to my emails/phone calls within hours. She was so professional and knowledgeable, we were totally impressed. The food at our reception was by far the best I have ever had. I still get compliments on it, thank you to the Chef! The service, the staff, the whole event was perfect, truly my dream wedding. Thank you so much for making our day perfect!

We worked with Austyn, Christine, Adem, and all of the people at the Marriott provided excellent service. They were extremely responsive to our requests, questions, and planning of the entire event. We could not have been more pleased with the way we were treated and all of our guests. We highly recommend anyone wanting to have a great event use the Marriott and their highly skilled team!

We had our wedding reception with approximately 165 people at the Marriott in July 2014. We absolutely loved it there and so did our guests! We had many out of town guests stay at the hotel for the weekend of the wedding which is one reason we selected it as our venue. The Marriott has undergone many renovations and updates in recent years (the completely renovated the Images Cocktail lounge as recent as Spring 2014). With these updates it gives it a completely luxurious feel inside! Since they only have 1 wedding a night, we were able to start and end the reception whenever we pleased. At the end of the night, they packed everything up for us so we did not have to worry about anything. They also brought all of cards/gifts to our room during the night. We worked with Noelle and she was fantastic! Even though she is busy doing many weddings and events, she always remembered us and did not forget about our details. The entire staff is very professional and friendly! We highly recommend the Marriott to anyone!

The venue is beautiful and the food is amazing. We worked with Noelle and I would recommend her to everyone. She was fun and friendly and worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted. Everything was smooth and perfect on our wedding day!!!

We chose the Marriott Rochester Airport for our wedding reception and rehearsal dinner for the value and other positive recommendations. Our experience from start to finish with the hotel was great. Noelle Santiago was our wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond to meet our needs and help us through the planning process. They were very flexible with their timeline and worked with us through the last minute changes. The event staff was very professional and very responsive to our guests. All in all it was a very positive experience working with the Marriott team. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a wedding reception venue or any other similar event.

They were excellent to work with and very flexible to meet my needs. The overall value for cost was excellent. You had the option to go very expensive with a lot of enhancements or just go basic.

The process of planning the wedding with the Marriott was a bit frustrating. We had to fight to get a lot of what we wanted even thought we were bringing in a lot of business with holding the wedding at the hotel and also having over 20 guest rooms booked. But the wedding was executed flawlessly. The food was outstanding and the staff was happy and extremely accommodating from room services all the way through the coordinator and service staff. We made the right decision going with the Rochester Airport Marriott for our wedding!
