Church & Temple Wedding Venues in Buffalo

This was such a beautiful place to have gotten married. There were some management changes right after we booked and the previous manager made some promises that weren’t true. It was frustrating to be let down and then have to coordinate our own parking services and parking lot. The pastor also left and we weren’t notified until a month prior to the wedding. Communication could be better. We ended up using our DJ for the ceremony due to the lack of communication. Day of the wedding the on site coordinator was very helpful to keep things going as planned.

We loved the Interfaith Chapel. It meant a lot to us to be able to come back to where we met and get married. The coordinators were amazing. They were professional and responsive and available on the day to keep the ceremony running smoothly.

If you are looking for a ceremony venue that is run by professionals, is centrally located, AND beautiful, I highly recommend Chapel Hill. Working with Deana leading up to the wedding is easy and she responds quickly to your questions. 1 hour of ceremony rehearsal time is included with the fee, which is fair given the grandeur of the space. The venue comes with its own pews (it was originally a Catholic church that has since been deconsecrated, so it will feel more traditional) and sound system, there is a small wedding party waiting area, there is ample parking, and it's minutes away from downtown venues. Nancy, the day-of coordinator is there to assist at your rehearsal and on the day of your wedding to ensure the venue is set up properly. She is kind and experienced and well-versed in the venue. As a wedding planner, I look forward to working with them on numerous weddings in the future. (Note: as of this review, the venue is managed by Alloco, not Flower City, which was mentioned in an older review.)

Angela was amazing to work with throughout the entirety of our wedding planning. We had every and any question thoroughly answered. Any change we requested we got. A last minute seating chart change was easily fixed day of the wedding without any worry from us. The day of the wedding was awesome. We had so much fun and the event went smoothly because of Angela and her team. There’s truly nothing I would change about our day! I would also recommended renting her Airbnb next door. We were able to run back and forth if we needed anything or a quiet place to run to the bathroom! Both are lovely up kept places!

great job we loved having the wedding planner provided by the church as she was very helpfull with all of the questions that i came up with. the only complaint i had was the church sent us a letter 2 weeks before the wedding asking for more money because the fee had changed and it was a lot more money. a phone call would have been nice, but when i called i could tell she felt bad about it and we worked it out.

St. Georges was the perfect venue for our wedding. We held the ceremony & reception in the same banquet room. All of the staff were very nice & accomodating. Location & price were perfect for our 120 guest list and it was blocks from our home & Delaware Park where we traveled for pictures.
