If you are looking for a ceremony venue that is run by professionals, is centrally located, AND beautiful, I highly recommend Chapel Hill. Working with Deana leading up to the wedding is easy and she responds quickly to your questions. 1 hour of ceremony rehearsal time is included with the fee, which is fair given the grandeur of the space. The venue comes with its own pews (it was originally a Catholic church that has since been deconsecrated, so it will feel more traditional) and sound system, there is a small wedding party waiting area, there is ample parking, and it's minutes away from downtown venues. Nancy, the day-of coordinator is there to assist at your rehearsal and on the day of your wedding to ensure the venue is set up properly. She is kind and experienced and well-versed in the venue. As a wedding planner, I look forward to working with them on numerous weddings in the future. (Note: as of this review, the venue is managed by Alloco, not Flower City, which was mentioned in an older review.)

Chapel Hill was a breathtaking ceremony venue. While the price was a bit high, we know that it was the exact look we wanted for our pictures, and was the perfect environment for our wedding ceremony. I wish they were more flexible in giving more time for the rehearsal, as we were only allotted an hour, but I was thankful for the wedding coordinator keeping us on task and helping the day progress smoothly.

My low review scores are a reflection on the management company Flower City Management and not at all a reflection on the day of wedding coordinator. The cost to use the chapel is quite expensive and when you call the management company to try to get questions answered or to come back and view the chapel, they seem quite put off and inconvenienced by you.
However, if I were to review only Shelley, the day of wedding coordinator, she is exceptional. She is the saving grace of booking at Chapel Hill, because she takes care of your every need at both the rehearsal and on the wedding day.
This is a beautiful chapel and all of our guests commented on how gorgeous it was. All that said, I would book the chapel again, because the day of the wedding and the rehearsal were stress free thanks to Shelley and the chapel is beautiful. Too bad the management company is stressful to work with.
