Facilities and Capacity
The spacious ballroom at Deerfield Golf & Country Club can accommodate from 120 up to 250 guests, and is complete with over 5,000 sq. ft. of private outdoor space including a picture perfect ceremony location. You and your guests will enjoy exclusive access to our entire facility that evening, where we'll host you in our Courtyard Room, with tons outdoor space surrounding.
Our venue is complete with both Bride and Groom's suites on site for getting ready.

Couples will work with an event coordinator to help carry out every detail leading up to, during, and after their wedding. Wedding packages include:

Stunning venue with a spectacular staff!
Deerfield Golf & Country Club was the best venue we could have picked! Every step of the way, the wedding coordinator Courtney was there to help. She answered endless emails that my family asked without issue. From the moment we stepped onto the grounds, we knew it was the one - and we had looked at about 30 venues before that! The day of, the bridal suite attendant made my bridesmaids and I feel very comfortable. The fact that they have a grooms suite is also a major plus! All of our guests had nothing but nice things to say about the day of! I cannot say enough positive comments about this wedding venue! The grounds are spectacular and have many photo opportunities. I highly, highly recommend this for anyone looking to have an elegant yet relaxed wedding with their loved ones :)

Best Place for Your Event
My husband and I got married at Deerfield in 2024 and we just celebrated our baby shower there this past weekend. The grounds and facilities are absolutely beautiful and always very clean. So clean I would eat off the floor! Especially because the food is so good! The decor is gorgeous no matter where you are in the facility-everything is stunning. The staff is attentive and efficient-but nothing sells this place like Courtney. She is the wedding coordinator and was the coordinator for our baby shower. She is organized, responsive, insightful, helpful...I could literally go on and on! I LOVED working with her and wish I could have an event at Deerfield every year. She makes the process so smooth and will do whatever you need for your vision to come true! I recommend Deerfield for a wedding, shower, or any event.

An exceptional wedding venue ~
Exceptional service, venue, support, guidance, and execution. Just a first class establishment all the way around. They are professional, focused on making your event - just as you envisioned it and they succeeeded. Our wedding reception was well... exceptional. Their attention to detail and ensuring that our day was exceptional was so welcomed. Courtney took any anxiety we had about such a large event out of the equation. And their grounds were so perfect for our photos and guests to enjoy. Love you guys!

From the moment we first visited this venue, we knew it was something special – and it exceeded every expectation on our wedding day. The setting was stunning, everything was flawlessly organized, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect.
Courtney, our venue coordinator, was an absolute rock throughout the entire planning process. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and genuine excitement for our big day made everything feel seamless. She was always quick to respond and handled every request with grace and professionalism. Her calmness and knowledge of wedding planning made the day completely stress free. We felt as this day was as important to her as it was to us!
