Deerfield Golf & Country Club was the best venue we could have picked! Every step of the way, the wedding coordinator Courtney was there to help. She answered endless emails that my family asked without issue. From the moment we stepped onto the grounds, we knew it was the one - and we had looked at about 30 venues before that! The day of, the bridal suite attendant made my bridesmaids and I feel very comfortable. The fact that they have a grooms suite is also a major plus! All of our guests had nothing but nice things to say about the day of! I cannot say enough positive comments about this wedding venue! The grounds are spectacular and have many photo opportunities. I highly, highly recommend this for anyone looking to have an elegant yet relaxed wedding with their loved ones :)

Best Place for Your Event
My husband and I got married at Deerfield in 2024 and we just celebrated our baby shower there this past weekend. The grounds and facilities are absolutely beautiful and always very clean. So clean I would eat off the floor! Especially because the food is so good! The decor is gorgeous no matter where you are in the facility-everything is stunning. The staff is attentive and efficient-but nothing sells this place like Courtney. She is the wedding coordinator and was the coordinator for our baby shower. She is organized, responsive, insightful, helpful...I could literally go on and on! I LOVED working with her and wish I could have an event at Deerfield every year. She makes the process so smooth and will do whatever you need for your vision to come true! I recommend Deerfield for a wedding, shower, or any event.

Deerfield Wedding Review
Deerfield was amazing! The outside ceremony area was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the staff was so great! Everything who attended still talks about the ceremony area and the food. Deerfield was great in communicating with us about all the details for our day to make sure it went as smooth as possible. They were very accommodating with any ideas we had. They seemed like they really cared about us as a couple rather than nickel and diming everything, which stood out from other venues. I highly recommend having a wedding here, everything was amazing.

Exceptional service, venue, support, guidance, and execution. Just a first class establishment all the way around. Deerfield was AMAZING- we would recommend this venue to anyone. Courtney was very responsive and flexible with us the entire planning process and Ryanne was amazing the day of our wedding- always asking if we needed anything and all of our decor was set up perfect. The venue itself was also perfect- we wanted lots of pretty fall trees and that's exactly what we got! And the food of course was so yummy. We got so many compliments on how nice of a venue Deerfield was and how great the food was. Praying I get invited to another wedding here!!

My Daughter and I planned her wedding for May of 2025

Courtney, our venue coordinator, was an absolute rock throughout the entire planning process. Getting married at Deerfield was truly an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect.
First and foremost, the venue was stunning. With its beautiful decor and beautiful surroundings, it provided the ideal setting for a ceremony. With the ballroom/reception, every corner of the space was thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The food was another highlight of the evening! Each dish was delicious, showcasing a wonderful variety that catered to all tastes. Guests couldn't stop raving about the food, and it was clear that a lot of care went into the menu selection.
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a great time. From the seamless flow of the evening to their willingness to accommodate special requests, they made sure everything ran smoothly. Courtney in particular, was extremely transparent and attentive to our needs to ensure everything ran as smooth as possible.
Overall, we could not have asked for a better venue!

A flawless day at a beautiful venue!
Deerfield met our expectation and exceeded them! From the very beginning Courtney (event coordinator) was very helpful and was there from beginning to end to answer all questions and very timely. The food was delicious from taste to temperature and the whole team that assisted that day was very kind and helpful! The scenery and picture opportunities are endless. I would highly recommend Deerfield for your wedding event. The day went smoothly and perfect and would 10/10 recommend booking the venue, you won't regret it!

Deerfield is the most beautiful wedding venue and was everything we wanted and more. My husband and I had our wedding reception here 10 years ago and we went back to celebrate and have dinner. It looks absolutely amazing!! The decor, floors, color of paint and lights make it an enchanting place to be!! We couldn't believe how gorgeous it looked and how much it has changed. Our waitress Sierra was great and took pictures of us outside next to the tree we had a wedding picture taken. Our food was delicious!! The manager, Jackie was so friendly and we enjoyed talking to her! We would highly recommend the Deerfield Country Club!!

Beyond Perfect
Deerfield was the absolute best venue we could have chosen for our wedding. From the moment we stepped in the building and grounds, we were stuck with how beautiful every detail was. The wrap around patio and porch had tons of areas for photos, space to mingle, and was filled with gorgeous flowers and greenery. The inside was spacious, clean, bright, with natural decor. Courtney, the wedding planner, was on top of every detail, kept us on track the year leading up to the wedding, and on the day of was extremely supportive, helpful, kind, and attentive. We are beyond pleased with all of the staff, and would highly recommend to anyone who asks!

Courtney was our event coordinator at Deerfield and was so helpful from start to finish. The venue and grounds are beautiful and all of the staff are wonderful. I don't even know where to start with Deerfield! From the day we walked into the venue in 2020, up until our wedding day, you cannot find a more perfect venue. Courtney was absolutely AMAZING. Her attention to detail and organizational skills made the wedding planning process fun and go smoothly. The bride and groom suites are a perfect way to start your morning and the morning suite food is delicious! The suites make this venue stand out since it's so easy to do everything on-site on your wedding day. The venue is flawless in the way they run weddings and the grounds and ballroom are absolutely beautiful. We had so many guests compliment the venue, staff and food. There isn't a high enough rating for Deerfield and we would never have picked anywhere else to have our wedding. Courtney and the Deerfield team certainly care about making your day the most perfect and magical day ever!

Deerfield is the most beautiful venue ever. It rained our entire wedding day, but everything was still so perfect. We looked at multiple venues in the Rochester and Buffalo area before deciding to celebrate one of the most important days of our lives at Deerfield Country Club. Courtney, our coordinator, far exceeded our expectations with her professionalism and organization, especially when we had to postpone a year due to COVID restrictions. Deerfield is beautiful and allows for so much natural light. It is well decorated throughout, making it easier to take a less is more approach with centerpieces, florals, etc. We were worried about the quality of the food with a buffet style meal, but our guests were blown away with our tasty selections. Courtney was incredibly knowledgable and guided us through any questions or concerns that came up. We were overall so impressed and couldn’t have been happier with the way our day came together. 10/10 venue.

11/10 wedding day
I recently had my wedding at Deerfield. When I say everything from start to finish was an 11/10 that is no exaggeration. They go above and beyond, pay attention to every detail, and don’t miss a beat. The bridal suites are absolutely beautiful and very spacious. I had 9 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls and both of our moms getting ready, so the bridal suite was very important to me. They even recently just added a groomsmen suite which was an awesome spot for all the men to hang out! The ceremony space is BREATHTAKING. The grounds were beautiful, the decor is flawless. The food was unmatched as well. I’ve had so many guests tell us how amazing their dinners were! They clean up so well and you don’t even realize how efficient they are until you look around and see how quickly everything is done, and done perfectly. I came back the next morning to grab some leftover things and they already had the place spotless again. If you want an unforgettable, stress free wedding where you know NOTHING will go wrong- book Deerfield. Courtney Moriarty our event coordinator was a superstar. Answered every question, had everything organized. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Majority of our guests were from out of town and were just blown away by everything. I want to relive this day!
My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Deerfield in September, and it was a dream. Our event manager, Courtney, was everything we needed and more to help us feel at ease during the planning process. She is knowledgeable, responsive, accessible, friendly, etc., I could go on about her! Everything from the grounds to the bridal suite, were stunning and elegant. You can turn the reception rooms into the feel and look you most desire, which is not always common at other places. The updated chandeliers, the light and airy white walls with large windows overlooking the views of the course are so complimentary to a classic wedding theme. There are ceremony and reception items you can rent from Deerfield as well in case the stress of buying all the décor feels too overwhelming. I’d have to say, the buffet was the star of the show; most of our guests told us that it was some of the best food they have ever tasted, and my husband and I completely agree! Courtney and the wonderful Deerfield staff helped set everything up, and to our surprise they completely packed up the room neatly and gently after the wedding ended and had everything ready in boxes to be picked up the next day. Overall, my husband and I had such a smooth and stress free day and we were able to thoroughly enjoy our wedding. We received so many compliments that the venue was beautiful. Before I forget as this is one of the most important factors of a wedding facility, the photo opportunities are INSANE, everywhere you walk both inside and outside, an effortless picture is waiting to be taken. Perfect Wedding Venue!
Our wedding at Deerfield was beyond perfect! Courtney was a dream to work with from the moment we stepped foot in the venue for our tour to the end of our wedding. Everything, from the planning process, to the bridal suites, to the venue set up, food, drinks, staff, etc was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Our wedding was 2 months ago and we keep hearing such wonderful feedback from all of our guests! I would HIGHLY recommend Deerfield to any couple.

Perfect Wedding
Deerfield Country Club is by far the best local venue to hold a reception. It all starts with the wonderful pre planning with Courtney. She was able to guide us through the wedding process by presenting choices that would make every bride happy.
The venue was recently decorated and absolutely beautiful. The bride’s room was spacious and comfortable for even the largest of bridal parties.
You can’t go wrong with this venue.
It was a perfect day.

Choosing Deerfield for our wedding venue was easily the BEST decision we could have made. After our tour on Day 1 we fell in love with the venue and I knew it was perfect. But when my wedding day came, Courtney and her team BLEW our expectations our of the water. Courtney is the sweetest, most organized, and professional wedding venue coordinator. From start to finish she assured me she would take care of us. I don't know many venues that make it a point to provide their couples with regular check ins and quality planning meetings to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of. She answered ALL of my phone calls, texts, and emails quickly, and whenever I was stressed she reminded me not to worry. She made me feel that I could confide in her as not just another business transaction - but a friend!
I am pretty type A when it comes to organization, and I can say with complete confidence that the planning process with Deerfield was seamless. Courtney had my vendors written down and we worked together to lay out a full timeline beforehand. When wedding day came, she coordinated with all vendors, and kept us organized and on that schedule ALL DAY so I could be fully present. I had ZERO stress knowing Courtney was going to executive it, and she crushed it. It hasn't even been a week and I've already received so many compliments on the venue, layout, decor, staff and food, and that it was one of the most beautiful weddings that they've ever been to. The perfect day at Deerfield
Deerfield was the first venue we looked at and instantly fell in love. From day one, we worked with Courtney and she made sure to answer every question we had and continued to reach out to ensure all of our needs were met. The day of our wedding couldn’t have been more perfect. The entire staff throughout the day was absolutely incredible and worked so hard to keep things going smoothly and guarantee our happiness. The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing and the atmosphere had us and our guests not wanting to leave. We were so sad after it ended and since then we’ve been told how perfect the entire day had been. Our guests were extremely pleased and complimented the venue saying it was the “most beautiful wedding” they had been to. My guests could not say enough good things about the staff, food, decor, and venue itself.
I am BEYOND thankful to have been given the opportunity to have my wedding here and could not be more pleased with the way it turned out.
I’m extremely appreciative of Courtney who went above and beyond to make sure we had the most perfect day. It certainly was!!

Perfect Venue Summer Venue!
After we saw Deerfield and met with Courtney it was a no brainer! She was so detailed, patient and responsive. Everything was absolutely perfect. Courtney thought of al the things we did not think of, she was so accommodating when we wanted to move our cocktail hour to the bar area within a few weeks of the reception, the food was perfect, the transition with all of our vendors and the venue was flawless and it is absolutely beautiful. The outdoor patio was absolutely perfect for the summer weather & for all of our photos!

Highly Recommend!
We just had our ceremony and reception at Deerfield this July. We were so impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to make our vision come to life. We selected the most expensive meal choice and were very satisfied with all of food, family and friends were talking about it for days! Of course the late night snack (we chose the garbage plates) were a great/fun addition as well. We worked exclusively with Courtney M. and have nothing but great things to say about her! We booked a year prior and she maintained communication throughout, helped with details to keep us on track, and ran the show on the day of! Would absolutely recommend.

The best day ever
We got married on July 24th, 2021 at Deerfield Golf and Country Club. From the start I knew I wanted to have our wedding at Deerfield. Courtney, the wedding coordinator, was always available to schedule meetings and phone calls to help answer our questions, especially the covid related ones. Deerfield was the 3rd venue we decided to look at. After our tour, Courtney sat us down and explained all the prices and package options. The fact that she sat us down and explained what we would receive really told me that they cared and wanted us to know what we would receive from working with them. Anthony and I both agreed as soon as we the wedding packages they offered we couldn’t wait to put down a deposit to save our date, because even just the basic package was exactly what we were looking for, just wait until you see the upgrade options!! Every area of Deerfield, is beautiful. The staff is phenomenal, and so great to work with. After our big day, our guests couldn’t stop telling us about how amazing their dinner and drinks were, and again, just how beautiful, elegant, and classy the venue is. Plus, there’s so much space for photo opportunities. We highly recommend Deerfield Golf and Country Club to our friends and family!

Perfect Day!
Our wedding was on 11/16/19. We decided to check out Deerfield because of their good reputation, location on the west side and gorgeous atmosphere. We had both our ceremony and reception there. Our experience really exceeded our expectations! Decisions were easy to make & Courtney was very accommodating to our requests. Our guests really enjoyed themselves and we received many compliments on the food and over all experience. We had a beautiful day! We would highly recommend Deerfield for a wedding and have already held our recent baby shower there. The breakfast brunch is great too!

Me and my husbands wedding was on 07/05/19. Deerfield went above and beyond my expectations. Courtney our event coordinator was a huge help from start to finish. The staff was just simply amazing they definitely know there stuff. We also did our ceremony right there. The bridal suit was just beautiful and the right size to fit my whole bridal party in. The ceremony was just breath taking. I would not change a thing about our day. My guests still brag about the food and the venue we picked. Best wedding location we have been to. Real life fairy tale
I recently married my now-husband, Kyle at Deerfield Golf and Country Club on October 4th, 2019. From the moment I stepped into Deerfield, I instantly knew “this is where I want to get married.” I loved everything this venue had to offer from the rustic interior ambiance to the breathtaking view of the greens. I could see myself getting ready downstairs in the bridal suite with my girls (which was to die for!) and walking down the aisle outside with my Dad to marry the love of my life. The ceremony space was stunning and little décor needed to be added. We were able to capture beautiful photo/video both in the venue and outside. There were so many hidden gems throughout the golf course to stop and get great shots. Our wedding coordinator- Courtney was absolutely amazing! She was so on top of things and always made us feel at ease. We were able to text, call or email her anytime with questions and or concerns. She always had an answer! Our day definitely wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it did without her by our side. The bridal suite attendants, as well as all the other Deerfield staff, were so friendly and attentive. Our guests raved about the buffet and were very impressed with the presentation and layout of the ballroom. It fit our guest count perfectly. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day to call our own and will remember our wedding for the rest of our lives. Thank you Deerfield for all you did for us! Amazing and magical!
Deerfield Country Club was fantastic, from day one to the wedding day. We had a long engagement (about two years) and Courtney from Deerfield was amazing the whole time and kept in touch throughout the process. The day of my wedding was more than I ever could have imagined, Courtney continued to check in with myself, husband and our families throughout the night to see if we needed anything and all the staff that night were on top of it and great. It was magical, beautiful, stress free and honestly the best day. I recommend this venue to EVERYONE. We loved them.

The perfect day at Deerfield!
While thinking about this past year, one of the biggest highlights of the year would definitely be our son and daughter in law’s wedding at Deerfield Country Club! Tom and Heather Cocilova! I would highly recommend anyone having an upcoming wedding in the planning to check them out. From our first steps in Deerfield for the tastings to our meetings with Courtney, I must say pure perfection. The food was delicious and we sure did enjoy he WHOLE day there having been able to utilize the Bridal Suite for hair and makeup. I actually did the flowers for the wedding and everyone was so helpful and accommodating to any of my needs or concerns. Then about 2 hours before the wedding came the torrential rain. Of course with an outdoor wedding , you will always run the risk of this and they are always prepared for making your wedding equally beautiful if the rain were to continue BUT this again is where they excel in customer service and professionalism. Extremely calm they prepared the other site placing chairs and setting up the undercover location while another crew were continuously cleaning blowing and sweeping away the rain at every let up of the rain STORMS. Never giving up on the possibility that the wedding could indeed be outside,.... the clouds parted, the seats where dried and the place was immaculate. Unbelievable ! All I can say is that there was nothing that they did not think of and that everyone went out of here way to make the day absolutely perfect! We worked with Courtney and Ryanne! Both were extremely PROFESSIONAL and went above and beyond to make for everyone the BEST DAY EVER!

We loved Deerfield!
Deerfield Golf & Country Club Deerfield was AMAZING. They were accommodating and helpful all throughout the process. The minute we walked in, we knew we wanted to have our reception there. The staff was not only amazing the day of, but all of the days leading up to it. All night, the staff came up to me and asked if we needed anything at all and it stuck out to us! We wanted to do alot of the set up but they were right there if we needed it. They packed everything up after and it was totally hassle free. The food was incredible and the staff wouldnt even let my husband and I get up to get our own dinner plates. They got each of us a plate with every food option available and it was just so sweet. They went above and beyond and it was a night we will NEVER forget! I would recommend Deerfield a million times over and over!
I CAN NOT FORGET our bartender. Irene Thompson. We had two amazing bartenders all night long but one stuck out. When we sat at the bar at Deerfield to pick our food, Irene was bartending. We were going over options and Irene kept walking over and helped us pick every option there was to pick. She got us yummy drinks to sip on as we chose everything and made it fun. Fast forward to the night of, she was just as excited to see us and we were her. We requested her as a bartender and am so glad we did! She went above and beyond all night and even walked my dad some Coors Light out to the dance floor. Love Irene.
Last but not least!!!! Ryanne Johnston. Our Deerfield coordinator. Where to begin! Late night texts and annoying requests and she answered without hesitation. I would call her at all hours, and I mean all hours and she made sure we were happy. She was personable and fun during the whole process. The day before, she came in early and was outside helping us drag all of the boxes inside and helped with everything we could have ever imagined. She even had a specific "brides list" of "special requests" that I had. (she will understand this😂) The night of, she came out and danced with us at the way end of the night (I asked her too) and she was just so fun. She came up to us several times during the night to make sure we were happy and those are the things that stood out. Happy to of made a friend!
We had such an amazing day and we hope that you all do too! Congrats to the newly engaged and newly married couples! I will highly recommend Deerfield Golf and Country Club and hope to host events there for years to come!!!

Deerfield Country Club Wedding Review
My husband and I had the pleasure of getting married at Deerfield Country Club exactly a month ago. The whole day ran so smoothly and perfectly, we could not have asked for anything better. Courtney was so attentive and so helpful throughout the whole wedding day and the whole planning process leading up to the wedding. All of the staff, from the morning Bridal suite staff to the evening servers and bartenders, were so professional and made sure our day was perfect. All of our guests raved about the venue and the food. We were in the larger room and were also able to utilize the outdoor patio space for both our ceremony and for guests to hangout in afterwards. I cannot recommend Deerfield Country Club enough, we had the best wedding day and are so happy with how everything turned out!

The Perfect Venue!
My husband and I only had to look at one place to know that Deerfield was the place for us. It was everything we could have ever dreamed of and more. The food was amazing and the space is to die for! My bridesmaids and I used the bridal suite to get ready before the offsite church ceremony which was convenient because we could leave all of our belongings for the rest of the night securely. Not to mention, the bridal suite is AMAZING. Our Wedding Coordinator Amanda handled everything for the reception and we did not have to worry about a single thing, including set up and take down. She made sure everything ran smoothly and was prompt! She answered all our questions along the way and was always so sweet and helpful. She checked in on us throughout the night and always made sure we had a drink in our hand! Hands down best venue. I cannot rave enough about Deerfield.

40th Wedding Anniversary/Vow Renewal Celebration
Deerfield Country Club did an absolutely amazing job as the perfect venue for our vow renewal celebration celebrated with 160 family members and friends! Amanda B. and her team was meticulous with the details , creating an atmosphere above and beyond our dreams as we celebrated 40 years of marriage. Courtney made the wedding of our dreams! My husband and I are originally from the Rochester, NY area and we now live in Baltimore, MD. Deerfield is such a perfect venue if you are looking for a place that has both indoor and outdoor beauty. The trees, pond, and greens of the golf course make for great photos, as well as the unbelievable flowers, lights, and shrubs on the patio. The indoor decor is unique, warm, and inviting. The day-off and day-after service was on point and the food was fantastic. Ryanne was our helpful and sweet wedding coordinator who was very helpful and supportive for the whole year we worked with her.

From the minute we walked in we knew this was our place. The outdoor ceremony area was beautiful and the ballroom was amazing. Our coordinator Ryanne was amazing to work with! Deerfield is by far the most sophisticated, classy “rustic” venue in the Upstate NY area. I wouldn’t look anywhere else but here to get married and host your wedding. They are geared towards making sure you have the best wedding experience possible. Check out the bridal sweet!! Not many other locations even have a place for you to store your items for the day- let alone get ready there with beautiful picture opportunities for your photographer! Ever one of my 150 guests said how delicious the food was- most going back for seconds!! The staff was top notch and very hospitable and I could not thank our wedding coordinator, Ryanne Johnston enough for the attention to detail that she gave to me and my wedding. Any request that I had was done, without judgement and without hesitation. Ryanne made me feel like we have been friends forever and she treated me like the perfect maid of honor should. I absolutely loved everything about Deerfield. Not only is the facility itself beyond beautiful, the coordinators are amazing, the food is delish and I never once worried that my day would turn out anything but perfect. Absolutely AMAZING!!
I got married in September of 2019 and had both the Ceremony and Reception at Deerfield! I can't express to you enough how wonderful the wedding turned out! All of our guest still talk about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the facility is. The bridal suite was stunning and such a perfect space to get ready in as well.
I'm also so thankful for Amanda, our coordinator since she was on top of everything! She is wonderful to work with and made sure everything that day went smoothly. Deerfield did an amazing job with making sure we were happy most importantly! I highly recommend checking out Deerfield for your future wedding or hosting any special event! I wish I could rank them more than 5 Stars since they really deserve it!! They go above and beyond! I'm so happy we went with them for our venue!!

They are the best!
I can't say enough about Deerfield. They cater to every need imaginable. Leading up to it they answered every question quickly and helped put my nerves at ease. Amanda is a true gem. The day of she was always asking if we needed anything and if we were happy. The servers were spot on. The food was out of this world. The place is amazing. Every corner is picture ready.

Best day ever!
We could not have been more impressed with Courtney and the entire staff at Deerfield. Courtney made our experience everything we could have ever imagined. The venue is beautiful and the food was incredible! I even forgot to seat two people (oops) and Courtney wasn't even phased and took care of it with such ease. Courtney and her team were very impressive. They even helped us pack up everything at the end of the night. I would recommend Deerfield to anyone looking for the best night of their lives!

Beautiful venue!
We had our wedding at Deerfield at the end of June. We could not be more impressed with the planning and execution of our wedding day. We specifically worked with Courtney who was so easy to communicate with. Anytime I had questions or concerns she was able to assist and respond timely. As for the actual wedding day the staff at Deerfield were amazing! They helped us scope out beautiful photo locations, setup and decorated the room for us as well as just being on hand for anything we needed that day. The venue is so beautiful inside and out! I HIGHLY recommend having your wedding or event at Deerfield. We had the most amazing day!

A Day to Remember!
My wife and I looked at various venues in the Rochester area, and Deerfield was where our hearts drew us to. From the start we worked with Kayleigh, who helped us begin our planning process. She parted ways with Deerfield, and we were assigned Amanda. She has been wonderful to work with from where we picked up, all the way to the altar. Amanda was patient with us and waited when my parents got stuck in traffic and were late to our rehearsal. She was very attentive on our day-of and always made sure that both my wife and I were always taken care of! We received many compliments from our guests that the staff were great, especially during cocktail hour, with food and drink always being replenished. All of our selected food was delicious and also received many compliments. The decor and the whole atmosphere was just gorgeous, and from a 10 minute meeting explaining how we'd like our room setup for the reception, they turned the room into everything we'd imagined. We would recommend this venue to anyone who was looking for an amazing location with a great staff for your day to remember forever.

With our daughter and future son-in-law living out of town, it was up to us parents to find the perfect venue. After our first meeting with Courtney, it was evident that no other venue would measure up! She is so professional, courteous, thorough and attentive! Every last detail was taken care of so that we had no worries from the signing of the initial contract to the end of the reception! Wedding of our dreams!!!
Deerfield Country Club completely blew us away! They are highly experienced in hosting weddings. Everything went smoothly and as planned. We had multiple compliments on how amazing the food was. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The golf course was very well kept to provide amazing scenery and the gardens were simply breathtaking. We were lucky enough to have Ryanne as our wedding coordinator. She was with us every single step of the way, and answered any questions we had. She was always very responsive and respectful and kept us fully informed. Ryanne made us feel very comfortable day of and kept everything within the planned schedule of events. She communicated with all our vendors leading up to the wedding and day of and we truly had no issues. She made the wedding planning process easy. She was very friendly, easy to work with, and we enjoyed going to Deerfield for meetings with her, we’re sad they are over! She and the Deerfield staff take great pride in going above and beyond to make our day perfect and we couldn’t thank them enough. We were involved in every decision from start to finish, and our day was simply perfect (or #spurrfect as we like to say). We hope to attend more weddings at Deerfield, and we highly recommend them for your wedding!!

Deerfield is an absolutely stunning venue with the perfect vibe for any size wedding!! We had a small wedding of 50 guests and a full service venue like this is hard to find!!! Our wedding coordinator, Courtney was professional and very easy to work with. She presented great ideas to make the day go smoothly. Her attention to detail was also excellent!! The ceremony and reception set up was beautiful. The excellent service provided by the wait staff and bartender was prompt, very pleasant and on spot. Our guests raved over the dinner/appetizers and the bridal room food was so delicious!! We are so thankful we chose this venue!!!!

From the initial venue walk through to the wedding, Deerfield Country Club showed the most professionalism, quality, and elegance.
John and I were so humbled by the kindness and organization our event planner, Courtney, had shown us.
Me and my bridesmaids spent the morning getting ready right at the onsite bridal suite, not only was the suite equivalent to a Pottery Barn catalog the service for our brunch was impeccable.
The amazing memories that we have from our perfect wedding day stem back to the Deerfield staff and the most beautiful outdoor setup and ballroom.

Breathtaking!
The moment my husband and I saw Deerfield we thought it was perfect! The bridal suite is just priceless and creates a great time to spend with the ladies before the ceremony. After a several month venue-search, we immediately knew upon setting our eyes on Deerfield that we had found the perfect place. It's simple, yet classy elegance was exactly what we were looking for. Our event coordinator, Ryanne Johnston, was warm, attentive, detail-oriented, and professional. She was key to making the entire event flow smoothly and stress-free. Our friends and family commented on the beautiful and meticulously cared for grounds and facility, the delicious food, and the friendliness and professionalism displayed by the entire staff. The pre-wedding food tasting was extremely helpful in determining our wedding day menu. The bridal suite was AMAZING!!! (The Groom and Best Man would have liked a similar space to get dressed.) A dream to work with!
Courtney and Ryanne were amazing to work with! Long distance brides are never easy, but they made the whole process a breeze, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect! The food was great, the bridal suites were gorgeous, and it's great that a country club would have dedicated ceremony spaces outdoors. All of my guests said this was the smoothest wedding they'd ever been to. Ryanne was our rock the day of the wedding, she made sure nothing was forgotten and that everything ran on time. AMAZING! Getting married at Deerfield was a dream. Courtney is extremely responsive, and accommodated our every need. We are so lucky to have worked with her. Not only is the venue gorgeous but the service was excellent. Courtney checked in with us and our parents several times throughout the night to make sure our food and everything was too our liking. Getting ready in the bridal suites, we had our own attendant to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed. It was an absolutely beautiful and perfect wedding because of Deerfield!

Absolutely Incredible!!
If you’re looking for a wedding venue, I cannot say enough amazing things about Deerfield Country Club Weddings & Events. Seriously- they were incredible from start to finish. When we visited them a year and a half ago, they invited us to a private tasting event and we fell in love with the food, the space, and the staff.
We were assigned to Ryanne Johnston who coordinated all of the details for our big day. She is BEYOND amazing!! She kept in contact with me for the next 18 months and made me feel so at ease. At the events leading up to our wedding, and particularly on the day of, she was so kind, so professional, and so on top of everything. She went above and beyond in every way possible! I told her at the end of the night that I’ll actually miss talking to her after everything is done!
The entire staff at Deerfield was top notch - every single one of them. Every time I passed a staff member, they not only greeted me with a big smile, but asked if there was anything that I needed. Bartenders had our drink orders ready immediately, servers had plates waiting for us, Ryanne made sure everything looked beautiful the entire time, and one attendant even asked if I needed help with my dress as I headed to the restroom... At the end of the night, all of our stuff was packed and the staff had a to-go bag of food waiting for us. From start to finish, we were blown away. My parents could not stop talking about how attentive, polite, and genuinely nice everyone at Deerfield was. There was nothing that they didn’t think of ahead of time and nothing that they weren’t willing to do to make everything perfect.
Lastly, as I’m sure you can tell from photos, the space itself is breathtaking. The ceremony was perfection and I couldn’t believe how beautiful the reception space was. The lights in the trees, the sunset views... even the bathrooms were pretty!! There is not one inch of that entire venue that wouldn’t make for a good photo! If you’re looking for a place to hold your wedding or event, do yourself a favor and consider Deerfield Golf & Country Club!!!

Deerfield exceeded all of my expectations for our big day!
Ryanne was our event coordinator. Planning a wedding can be very confusing and overwhelming. Ryanne was so helpful and patient with all of the questions we had. It was great to have her help throughout the whole process and on the day of! We had a sit down dinner, every meal was amazing as was the food we ordered to the bridal suite the morning of the wedding. We had a great bridal suite attendant, Lorraine I believe, she did everything to help us from steaming our dresses to helping my MOH bustle my dress. I recommend Deerfield 100%, they will make sure you and all of your guests have an amazing time!

Perfect place that made our day the best ever!
My husband and I had our wedding at Deerfield. Everything was handled expertly, the food was AMAZING, and the aesthetics of the place really made our day truly special. The staff took care of us every step of the way. Angela fielded my 20 million questions and patiently dealt with all the changes to the plan that popped up. The staff that worked the event were friendly, responsive, and handled every little thing. If there were any hiccups with the vendors or event, we definitely did not know about them! It was a dream come true for us!

Every time you walk thru the wooden doors, you're greeted with a smile and champagne. From the food tasting, to planning with your coordinator, to the rehearsal and final days before you say "I Do", Deerfield went above and beyond to make our day perfect.

We knew Deerfield was it the second we walked through the doors. It’s rustic but still so elegant. The food is AMAZING, our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. The bridal suites are a great amenity, the morning went so smooth being in one location the whole day. Our attendant, Lorraine, was so sweet, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Deerfield has so much to offer for your big day. We rented the ceremony isle decor giving us one less thing to worry about and the neutral colors allowed the pieces to tie in to our theme and color scheme. Our coordinator Ryanne was the best! We booked 19 months ahead and Ryanne never made me feel like I wasn’t a priority. She was always there to answer all my crazy emails and was always willing to meet with us. I would 100% recommend Deerfield!

Our son was married at Deerfield on 6/16/18 and our daughter was married at another venue in October. It was hard not to compare the two since they were fairly close together. Although both were beautiful and amazing, I would have to definitely say Ryanne and the staff at Deerfield went way above and beyond in every category. From the bridal suite to the food and the venue to the incredible bartending staff, they all really seem to love their jobs and treated our guests and wedding party like royalty. There wasn't one thing we could come up with that we would change with the exception of closer hotel options. I did recently hear that Deerfield was planning to build accommodations on site and that would put the icing on the cake. Ask for Ryanne and you won't be disappointed. Will definitely be planning another event here. Thank you.

Our wedding day went perfectly! We got married on a Sunday and had a reception of roughly 110 guests. Courtney was our wedding coordinator, she had an established rapport with our photographers, officiant, and DJ. Our guests enjoyed the food and open bar selection. We opted for one of the buffet options with additional hors d’oeuvres and a late night snack. The dance floor was full all night. We got married on a Sunday and we’re the only wedding at Deerfield that day so it was quiet and peaceful during our ceremony. We had several quirky requests pertaining to the bar and they figured out how to get what we wanted without charging an arm and a leg! We rented lawn games, center pieces, aisle decor, arbor decor, bar decor, and they even spruce up the dessert table to make it extra cute! Aaron the club manager and Courtney our coordinator were truly wonderful, if you are planning your wedding and want it to be stress free give them a call!

I cannot say enough great things about Deerfield! We got married on 9/8/18, everything was wonderful. The staff knows exactly how to execute a perfect wedding. Working with Courtney was amazing, she offered great suggestions and advice from our ceremony to our reception! Courtney was ahead of the game on everything the day of the wedding and super responsive during the planning stages. The bridal suites were a gorgeous place to get ready in the morning of. Lorianne, our bridal suite attendant was so sweet and was right there with anything we needed all morning. The grounds are gorgeous, there was many beautiful spots for our pictures. Deerfield was the first venue my fiance and I looked at when we got engaged. We visited other venues but ultimately we loved Deerfield from the moment we saw it. The venue is absolutely beautiful - both inside and outside. We had our ceremony at a Church so we did not use the ceremony space but our reception was beautiful and looked exactly like I wanted it to. The team at Deerfield did a great job setting everything up and was wonderful throughout the event. Our coordinator was Ryanne and she was amazing. In the weeks leading up to the wedding I emailed her all the time and she was so patient and helpful. She had great ideas and made my ideas come true as well! The food was fantastic, including the late night, and everything ran perfectly. Our guests raved about how wonderful everything was and I could not have been happier!

Courtney was professional, responsive and friendly throughout the planning process and was two steps ahead the entire night to ensure the night went perfectly. Having access to the bridal suites the day of made everything easier and stress-free. The food was delicious, the staff was attentive and everything went as planned. The venue/grounds are so beautiful. We had our wedding on August 11th and it was everything we could have ever imagined it to be and more. The staff at Deerfield is so professional and you get the feeling that they genuinely care about all of the details of your special day. We had the pleasure of having Kayleigh as our coordinator. She not only went above and beyond in making sure that we felt comfortable with all of our decisions but she even put her own personal touch on everything. Our guests and our wedding party spoke highly of the staff at Deerfield but they all had something extra positive and special to say about Kayleigh. It was the perfect day and the weather was absolutely gorgeous. Deerfield is a naturally beautiful venue and that is truly reflected in every photo from that day. The food was also delicious! As we made our rounds to each table to greet our guests they all had complimented our food choices. The Deerfield staff is professional, caring, hardworking, and overall absolutely incredible! I hope to return to Deerfield for other special occasions in the future. Thank you all so much for making our wedding day so memorable!

If I could rate Deerfield any higher, I would! I've never in my life experienced such amazing customer service!
I was married 8/4/18 and my husband and I worked with Kayleigh. Since day 1, Kayleigh was there for every question along the way. She answered every email, was available to meet immediately at our earliest convenience and went above and beyond for us.
The morning of my wedding, we found out that our officiant needed emergency surgery. We had already paid the officiant and they also had our marriage license from the rehearsal. We were absolutely devastated and clueless on what to do so we called Kayleigh at 7am! Not only did she answer our phone call, she took it upon herself to drive out to our officiant, gather all the money back along with our marriage license and find us a new officiant within minutes!
Kayleigh, along with her team, are simply incredible to say the least! We can never thank them enough for all they did for us during our year of planning until the end of the most amazing day/night of our lives.
If anyone is looking for the most beautiful venue, outstanding service, delicious food and value, I urge you to meet with Kayleigh or another coordinator at Deerfield!
Thank you again Deerfield for making our dream wedding come true!!!

My son and daughter in law got married and had their reception at Deerfield this past weekend. Everything I experienced with them from their planning experience, to our time spent in the bridal suite the day of the wedding, to the ceremony, through the reception was absolutely amazing to me! Kayleigh was professional yet added just enough of a personal touch to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Everyone at Deerfield was responsive and helpful with any need that arose. There seemed to always be someone available us but you never seemed to know they were there. The food was amazing, the venue was beautiful and clean. I feel like I can't write enough to do our experience at Deerfield justice! I would highly recommend Deerfield Country Club without any hesitation! Thank you to Kayleigh and the entire staff!!

I had my wedding at Deerfield Golf & County Club on August 3, 2018 and everything was absolutely PERFECT! My wedding planner was Courtney and she sold me from day one when we toured the venue. I looked for 4 other venues and no other venue came close to their professionalism. Everything was organized, if I had a question, it was answered promptly. My ceremony was outside, the reception took place in the large ballroom and we had access to the large bridal suite starting at 9am, which both are SO stunning. The food was spot on (we received so many compliments), staff was attentive, and everything went exactly as planned. The venue and grounds are so beautiful and well taken care of- pictures are amazing!! I can not thank Courtney and Deerfield staff enough for making my big day perfect!

Ryanne and the staff at Deerfield truly made our wedding day special and memorable! They went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly and we were spoiled with their service! From the start, planning our wedding with Ryanne was a fantastic experience! She literally thought of everything and gave her own personal touch. By the end of wedding planning with her, she felt more like family attending the wedding! The bridal suite is something out of Pinterest! The morning of our wedding, we were able to enjoy mimosas and snacks while getting ready. Also having a suite attendant was great throughout our morning- she even steamed our bridesmaid dresses!! The wedding area outside was gorgeous and it was the perfect set up with the gorgeous weather. Our reception was exceptional and the food here was sooo delicious! The staff was amazing the entire day and they made our day!!! Thank you to the Deerfield staff and especially Ryanne for truly creating our wedding vision and the day we will always remember!

Deerfield is absolutely amazing. Hands down one of the top places to get married in upstate NY. I can not say enough about Deerfield. I was recently married there June 16, 2018. Everything was outstanding and exceptional. The place is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and down right amazing. From the first time we visited to even after the wedding was over. Deerfield goes out of there way above and beyond to make sure you truly have a magical day. Your guest will not forget your wedding. Also the bridal suit is AMAZING. Lorianne went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of in the bridal suit. She even steamed all of our dresses love her. Our coordinator Ryanne knows her stuff. She's very easy to work with and great at her job. I highly recommend Deerfield you won't be disappointed.

My Husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Deerfield Country Club on June 23, 2018. We were both so impressed with everyone who worked there. Everyone was so wonderful and helpful. We felt very comfortable there. From the moment my girls and I arrived at Deerfield, we headed to the Bridal Suite where we finished getting ready. We were well catered to in the suite. It was beautiful! Our wedding coordinator Ryanne, was awesome to work with. She was there by our side with everything and answered our questions and concerns on a timely matter. The staff also took the time to take care of us as well as our wedding party and our guests. Even when the weather didn't cooperate, they were able to accommodate the guests and us. They moved the ceremony to a covered location. We highly recommend Deerfield for any wedding or special occasions.

Having our wedding at Deerfield Country Club was the best decision my husband and I made during our wedding planning process. All the other venues we looked at paled in comparison to Deerfield. The moment we drove up to Deerfield we knew we had found something special. Deerfield is absolutely beautiful. The ballrooms, ceremony spaces, bridal suites, and even the bathrooms are gorgeous. We immediately knew that this was where we needed to have our wedding.
The day of our wedding was perfect largely due to the staff at Deerfield. They did not leave one detail untouched. Everyone was very attentive and accommodating to our guests and us. The food was cooked very well. We had so many guests comment on how the food was excellent.
We also had the incredible pleasure of working with Courtney Moriarty, one of the event coordinators at Deerfield. Working with her was amazing. It is obvious that she is very knowledgeable when it comes to coordinating a wedding. Courtney always quickly responded to our emails and was readily available to meet with us when needed. She was also very patient with us in our times of indecision. Courtney ran the show the day of our wedding, making sure everything started on time and that we got everything we asked for. She was there the entire night to make sure everything ran as smoothly as it did. We cannot thank Courtney enough for the incredible job she did to make our wedding into the day we dreamed it would be.
I strongly urge any bride or groom looking for a venue to seriously consider Deerfield for their wedding. So many of our guests told us our wedding was the best wedding they've ever been to, and we know that Deerfield was a huge part of it.

I could not have asked for a better wedding day, it was beyond perfect, and a huge reason for that was the people at Deerfield. When my now husband and I first starting searching for a venue and saw the pictures of Deerfield we thought the venue was beautiful and decided to go for a visit. After visiting and seeing how even more stunning the place was in person and meeting some of the people that work there we feel in LOVE (in love the point that they were the only wedding venue we visited)! Your wedding is not just about the pictures and the party, it is about celebrating your promise of forever to your best friend, and celebrating that promise with your closest family and friends! And i can tell you with 100% certainty that the staff at Deefield will not only work their tails off to make your day perfect, but will also become those friends that are celebrating with you! I cannot thank them enough for Making our Wedding day as perfect and special as it was - seriously if you do not go for visit while venue searching you are missing out!!!

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and 90% of that was because of Deerfield (the other 10% was because I got to marry my best friend!) Our wedding coordinator Alyssa was patient, professional and truly cared about my husband and I's day and making it exactly what we wanted. She knew how much I wanted to get married outside and of course it rained all day, she watched the weather radar like a hawk and updated me throughout the day and we had just the right window of time to make it happen and she did! the food was excellent, the wait staff was attentive and the bartenders were wonderful. We highly recommend Deerfield Golf & Country Club for your big day, they are 5 stars all the way around.

DCC thinks of everything! I never had to worry or stress. Courtney always responded to my emails and was always on top of her game as to what needed to be done next. Everything about our wedding was perfect, they even went above and beyond to ask our wedding party what they wanted to drink when we were finishing up some last minute photos during cocktail hour. We highly recommend DCC!!!
