Everything was absolutely perfect! Courtney is amazing to work with and the day of the wedding made sure everything went perfect and that my husband and I had everything we could want or need!

Getting married at Deerfield was truly an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect.

First and foremost, the venue was stunning. With its beautiful decor and beautiful surroundings, it provided the ideal setting for a ceremony. With the ballroom/reception, every corner of the space was thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The food was another highlight of the evening! Each dish was delicious, showcasing a wonderful variety that catered to all tastes. Guests couldn't stop raving about the food, and it was clear that a lot of care went into the menu selection.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a great time. From the seamless flow of the evening to their willingness to accommodate special requests, they made sure everything ran smoothly. Courtney in particular, was extremely transparent and attentive to our needs to ensure everything ran as smooth as possible.

Overall, we could not have asked for a better venue!

Deerfield met our expectation and exceeded them! From the very beginning Courtney (event coordinator) was very helpful and was there from beginning to end to answer all questions and very timely. The food was delicious from taste to temperature and the whole team that assisted that day was very kind and helpful! The scenery and picture opportunities are endless. I would highly recommend Deerfield for your wedding event. The day went smoothly and perfect and would 10/10 recommend booking the venue, you won't regret it!

We are so happy we found this venue and chose it for our wedding day. We've received so many compliments from wedding guests about the venue aesthetic and the food. The venue has an amazing rustic garden vibe which doesn't need a ton of additional decor to make it beautiful, which was important to us since we were planning this from out of state.

The staff was so helpful and friendly during the event, we never had to ask for help. At one point, I noticed someone had very carefully folded my veil on to the back of my chair which I had previously balled up and thrown over the chair during cocktail hour.

Courtney was very thorough during planning and helped make sure we had all the details covered during our planning meeting. She helped keep our schedule on track for the wedding day and directed our vendors on where to go so we didn't have to worry about them. I loved that the venue had an A, B, and C plan for any weather. I would definitely recommend Deerfield for your event!

Deerfield is the most beautiful wedding venue and was everything we wanted and more. Courtney (our event coordinator) was so extremely helpful every step of the way and her team did a fantastic job with our wedding. The food was amazing and everyone is still talking about how good it was and how beautiful the venue is. The bridal suites and groom suites are an awesome addition as well. I cannot say enough good things about Deerfield and would recommend anyone to get married there.

I was supposed to attend a wedding for my brother and my husband was in the wedding. I was refused entry after being given direct permission from the general manager, who was the same person to tell me to get out with my ADA service dog. Very aggressive. Very rude, avoid this place at all cost. It’s not worth your time.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here 10 years ago and we went back to celebrate and have dinner. It looks absolutely amazing!! The decor, floors, color of paint and lights make it an enchanting place to be!! We couldn't believe how gorgeous it looked and how much it has changed. Our waitress Sierra was great and took pictures of us outside next to the tree we had a wedding picture taken. Our food was delicious!! The manager, Jackie was so friendly and we enjoyed talking to her! We would highly recommend the Deerfield Country Club!!

Deerfield was the absolute best venue we could have chosen for our wedding. From the moment we stepped in the building and grounds, we were stuck with how beautiful every detail was. The wrap around patio and porch had tons of areas for photos, space to mingle, and was filled with gorgeous flowers and greenery. The inside was spacious, clean, bright, with natural decor. Courtney, the wedding planner, was on top of every detail, kept us on track the year leading up to the wedding, and on the day of was extremely supportive, helpful, kind, and attentive. We are beyond pleased with all of the staff, and would highly recommend to anyone who asks!

Courtney Moriarty is a friendly, organized and very knowledgeable wedding planner. She made our experience at Deerfield a 100% class act. She reminded us of details we had not considered. Food and service fantastic, venue is beautiful. We could not have asked for better.

Courtney was our event coordinator at Deerfield and was so helpful from start to finish. The venue and grounds are beautiful and all of the staff are wonderful. Courtney's assistance with customizing the decor, adjusting the schedule, and picking food options (as well as answering any questions that came up) was invaluable. Our family and friends are still raving about the staff, the atmosphere, and the food 6 months later.

I don't even know where to start with Deerfield! From the day we walked into the venue in 2020, up until our wedding day, you cannot find a more perfect venue. Courtney was absolutely AMAZING. Her attention to detail and organizational skills made the wedding planning process fun and go smoothly. The bride and groom suites are a perfect way to start your morning and the morning suite food is delicious! The suites make this venue stand out since it's so easy to do everything on-site on your wedding day. The venue is flawless in the way they run weddings and the grounds and ballroom are absolutely beautiful. We had so many guests compliment the venue, staff and food. There isn't a high enough rating for Deerfield and we would never have picked anywhere else to have our wedding. Courtney and the Deerfield team certainly care about making your day the most perfect and magical day ever!

Deerfield is the most beautiful venue ever. It rained our entire wedding day, but everything was still so perfect. The staff is excellent and took care of everything for us and really ensured that we were happy and taken care of the entire day. I couldn't possibly imagine our wedding being any more perfect than it was!

My husband and I had the best experience with Deerfield and especially with Courtney! We rescheduled our wedding a couple times and they were so understanding and flexible! Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue is and how amazing the food was! It was truly the best day!!

We had our dream wedding at Deerfield on 7.22! We received SO many compliments on the venue, food, and flow of the wedding. Courtney and staff were amazing. I didn't have to lift a finger and I felt like my parents actually got to enjoy the wedding and not have to host. Everything was done so well. I couldn't be more gratful.

We looked at multiple venues in the Rochester and Buffalo area before deciding to celebrate one of the most important days of our lives at Deerfield Country Club. Courtney, our coordinator, far exceeded our expectations with her professionalism and organization, especially when we had to postpone a year due to COVID restrictions. Deerfield is beautiful and allows for so much natural light. It is well decorated throughout, making it easier to take a less is more approach with centerpieces, florals, etc. We were worried about the quality of the food with a buffet style meal, but our guests were blown away with our tasty selections. Courtney was incredibly knowledgable and guided us through any questions or concerns that came up. We were overall so impressed and couldn’t have been happier with the way our day came together. 10/10 venue.

Everything about Deerfield is top notch - from the moment you walk in it is stunning, to the food, the bridal suites, the grounds, to the staff. We could not have asked for a more perfect location for our wedding. With our families coming from Buffalo and Syracuse, we decided to meet in the middle since we could do everything - getting ready, photos, ceremony and reception - in one spot. Courtney is very organized and touches base with you frequently making sure all details are accounted for to make your day run smoothly. We loved Deerfield so much we took the earliest date they had which meant planning a wedding in 100 days! Courtney was a superstar through it all! Our guests haven't stopped complimenting the food and how beautiful the venue was. We noted that we didn't see a single negative review when we were looking and after our wedding we know why - there isn't one!

I recently had my wedding at Deerfield. When I say everything from start to finish was an 11/10 that is no exaggeration. They go above and beyond, pay attention to every detail, and don’t miss a beat. The bridal suites are absolutely beautiful and very spacious. I had 9 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls and both of our moms getting ready, so the bridal suite was very important to me. They even recently just added a groomsmen suite which was an awesome spot for all the men to hang out! The ceremony space is BREATHTAKING. The grounds were beautiful, the decor is flawless. The food was unmatched as well. I’ve had so many guests tell us how amazing their dinners were! They clean up so well and you don’t even realize how efficient they are until you look around and see how quickly everything is done, and done perfectly. I came back the next morning to grab some leftover things and they already had the place spotless again. If you want an unforgettable, stress free wedding where you know NOTHING will go wrong- book Deerfield. Courtney Moriarty our event coordinator was a superstar. Answered every question, had everything organized. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Majority of our guests were from out of town and were just blown away by everything.
