It was a wonderful experience! Rosemarie was absolutely wonderful to work with, and she took care of every detail! The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is that we had a bit of a hiccup with the weather and weren’t sure if we could have the wedding in the courtyard, but then we decided to chance it anyways and it was the wedding of our dreams! I would definitely recommend this hotel for weddings!

Everything was exceptional from the 1st phone call, to meeting with our event specialist, leading up to our event date. The package we chose had many options to create the perfect combination for the menu we wanted. Our event was the 1st of its kind for Salvatore's, a Surprise Birthday party, turned Surprise Wedding! Our event specialist Jess K., was so thrilled to be part of planning our event, and the ideas we had. Everything was perfect! Jess went above and beyond to make our crazy idea into the most perfect day we could have ever imagined. No ask was to small.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Marriott in June of 2026 and I could not say enough good things about the entire experience. We worked with Jenn and Emily and they were beyond amazing to work with. They were so responsive, kind and helpful with everything. They made the whole process feel so easy from planning to the execution day of. I couldn't believe how affordable the wedding packages were compared to other venues in Buffalo. The food was delicious and our guests loved the signature cocktails. We also got ready in the Presidential Suite and it was so beautiful and spacious, perfect for doing hair and makeup. The team at Marriott truly made us feel like VIP's and I could not recommend this venue enough!

My now husband and I held our wedding ceremony in the Westin ballroom and it was absolutely beautiful. Lauren and her team were very helpful throughout our wedding planning process and brought attention to every detail. We would definitely recommend hosting an event at the Westin, as Lauren and her team will bring your vision to life!

We just came home from our daughter’s wonderful wedding weekend at the Hyatt! Everything was perfect from start to finish! Amy, our wedding coordinator was responsive and accommodating from our initial meeting! The waitstaff were professional and courteous! They helped make it a perfect day!

Susie was very good and what she did for helping us thru our day!! Also Jenny Cirino did a fantastic job on the food and dessert tray!!!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the Reikart Ballroom and we have zero regrets! Dan the Sales Manager came on board halfway through our planning process and he was wonderful to work. He was responsive to emails and phone calls, patient with our questions, and strived to make our day everything we wanted it to be. Our guests were amazed at the beauty of the venue and could not stop telling us about how good the food was. Debbie the Catering Manager was fabulous on the day of the wedding and made sure we got out food and drinks amidst the busy day. She and her staff got meals out to guests quickly and kept the room looking beautiful from set up to take down. We also rented rooms in the hotel and were blown away by their beauty and appreciated the convenience of being able to get ready onsite. We loved the Reikart House and Ballroom and strongly encourage others to check them out for their own special day!
