My fiancé and I have just booked our wedding at the Richardson Hotel and we could not be more excited! After seeing multiple other venues, we had a vision for how we wanted our big day to look, and the Richardson Hotel crossed off everything and more.

Scheduling a tour of the venue was a quick and seamless process. We met with Erin and she was incredibly positive, thorough, and accommodating. The thing that stood out to us the most was the team's care, organization, and thought that goes into making our day special. It is apparent that they are passionate about what they do and they are here to support us throughout the entire process.

While we are still early on in the process, we are so happy that we have decided to host our wedding with the Richardson Hotel and we would highly recommend it to others!

We looked at several venues - all attractive, all well-staffed, all with amenities - but we chose the Richardson, as their accommodating nature, incredibly personable staff, and eye-catching renovations made this out top choice.

Erin was our guide, and she brought her knowledge of the history of the hotel along with her empathy to a new couple and what they are going through. Her expertise really helped ease our stress over the gravity of our choice, and she handled our tour around another event with seeming ease. We loved how we were the focus of her attention, while she still made our families feel not just included, but important.

We could actually picture our wedding set among the ambiance and architecture, and the Richardson stood out above the others in that regard. We can't wait to work with the professionals here in the months ahead and we have absolute faith that our wedding's venue could not be better.

Our daughter got married at The Richardson in May 2025. We could not have been more thrilled with the entire experience holding her ceremony and reception at The Richardson! Our point of contact from beginning to end was Hannah, and she was spectacular in every way…her attention to detail, her professionalism, her communication, her attendance the day of the wedding from beginning to end, and so much more. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the ballroom was above and beyond! The food was phenomenal, and the service at each table was stellar. All of the staff, the waiters, waitresses, and bartenders were the best. It rained the day of the wedding, so we held our ceremony indoors, and the location for the ceremony was perfect, because after the ceremony, our guests simply walked up the beautiful wooden staircase into the grand ballroom. Hannah worked with all of the vendors to make sure everything was in place for the reception. The ballroom was so lovely, and the bar, dessert table, gift table, seating card table, and DJ were all spaced out beautifully within the ballroom without any crowding. Also, the restrooms were just outside the ballroom, which was very convenient for guests. The ballroom was recently renovated and was so bright and gorgeous. Finally, several guests stayed in the hotel and raved about the beautiful accommodations and rooms. A continental breakfast is offered each morning, which was a plus, and the bar within The Richardson offered many options for dinners for the guests. We just can’t say enough about how thrilled we were at the way our daughter’s wedding went down at The Richardson. Incredibly, we did not have a single disappointment or complaint. It was fantastic in every way!!
