Matthew at The Saratoga Hilton was AMAZING to work with! He helped us with every little detail when it came to our wedding. He was so kind and answered all of my questions throughout the planning process. If you’re debating on whether or not to hold your wedding here, debate no longer! I got married at the Saratoga Hilton on 10/26/2024. To say the experience was great would be an understatement. Matthew was my primary point of contact for the better half of the 10 months of planning but Misty joined about a month before the wedding day. Both Matthew and Misty were so wonderful to work with. Any email I sent, had a response within a few hours - Matthew never made me feel that any question I had was silly. They truly wanted to make us feel comfortable and make sure our wedding day was exactly what we imagined. From booking the venue to our final meeting and our wedding day, everything was done seamlessly and without stress. As a stressed out bride, I truly appreciated having this calmness when speaking with Matthew and Misty. The bridal suite we were put in for the day of was beautiful and just enhanced our experience that much more. Everything was spot on and organized and I really appreciated that. I had a specific vision for our wedding day and Matthew and Misty took every thought I had and brought it to life. It was exactly how I envisioned it, down to every small detail. I would highly recommend getting married at the Saratoga Hilton. Not only were Matthew and Misty amazing to work with, all of the staff that we encountered were kind and they really made you feel like they were there to help you and help make your day as stress free as possible. It was a wonderful experience and I wouldn’t change a thing!

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about The Saratoga Hilton. From the planning process to the actual execution of the event, Mary, Matthew, Kayla and their team were nothing short of excellent. They helped with the entire planning process, allowed a food tasting, answered any and all questions that my husband and I had, as well as put the entire night together seamlessly.
Our guests mentioned that our wedding was not only stunning, but how organized and efficient it was! Not to mention, the food was some of the best wedding food they had ever tasted! The open bar was superb, the staff were so kind and helpful, and the venue in general was so beautiful and clean!
The price was a huge advantage to us. With venues, food, bars, and everything that comes with a wedding, things can quickly become overpriced. The Hilton was able to work with our budget and provide several options that met our needs and didn’t break our bank!
Overall, I would suggest this venue and team to anyone getting married in the capital region. Again, I cannot say enough amazing things about the team that helped to put our special day altogether. If you’re even considering the Saratoga Hilton for your wedding, please let this be your sign to commit!

When we were planning our wedding 2.5 years ago we knew we needed a venue that could hold our large wedding. As soon as we saw the ballroom at the Hilton we knew it was the place we wanted! The Hilton’s saratoga ballroom is newly renovated and a gorgeous, large space! It fit 235 guests comfortably. The food was incredible. We had our cocktail hour in the foyer and hallway of the ballroom and it was so nicely spaced out. Our guests are still talking about our appetizers and entrees. The service at our reception was phenomenal. For having a huge wedding we were worried about how quickly our three courses would be served, but the team was so quick. Even the bar tenders were so nice and quick with serving our guests all night. Everyone was so kind, fun, professional, and very accommodating! My husband and I never imagined the ballroom would be as beautiful as it was. All our guests danced all night comfortably. The location of the Hilton is awesome right downtown and the majority of our guests stayed overnight which was great. We even had a little after party at the hotel bars bistro—which was also incredible! In regards to planning—We had to change our plans many times because of COVID and anytime we needed to make changes or had questions Matt was right there to answer them. He helped us feel comfortable with our change of plans and did everything he could to make our wedding the most perfect day. By the time we were done with the wedding we felt like Matt was a part of the family. Matt helped ease all of our anxieties around planning such a big event., especially during a pandemic! Thanks to him our wedding was everything we dreamed of. If you’re looking for seamless wedding planning at a gorgeous venue, Matt and the Saratoga Hilton are it.

We are absolutely blown away at the job that the Saratoga Hilton did for our wedding. The venue was beautiful, the room was setup perfectly, and the staff was amazing. The food was described by many guests as the best food they have had at a wedding (especially the ribeye steak). The hard work that Angela, Shannon and all the staff put in was highly evident. The bartenders were great and there was rarely a line at any of the bars (amazing since we had a large wedding). The dinner service was out on time and was executed flawlessly. The entire ambiance was perfect and it led to a great night. Angela was available for questions for months leading up to our wedding which helped to put our minds at ease. She really did a great job in preparing to make it such a smooth and stress-free day for us. Thank you for all of your hard work!

The Saratoga Hilton helped us execute our wedding perfectly! We had a large wedding and they had the space to accommodate us. Nearly everyone (including us) were coming from out of town since we chose Saratoga for our midpoint as to not have either side of the family have to travel more than a couple of hours. We had our ceremony, reception, after party, sleeping arrangements, and recovery breakfast all in one place for a convienent “one stop shop” which our guests LOVED. The food was delicious throughout the entire weekend, which our guests are still talking about months later. It was a beautiful place and the bridal suite was huge, which was perfect for 10+ girls getting ready with multiple hair and make up artists. Every single person I worked with was helpful, friendly, and kind. Angela was there to get an answer for any, every, and many questions that any bride might have. They even had someone specifically dedicated to me (the bride!) for the whole event from ceremony to breakfast the next morning to get anything, keep everything going smoothly, and keep me happy! I mean really, who needs a wedding planner when you have the team at the Saratoga Hilton?!

We stayed at the Saratoga Hilton and got ready there over the weekend for our recent Saratoga wedding. We had the pleasure of staying in one of their suites. I have been in quite a few weddings, during many of which we stayed in hotel suites, but none of them compared to this one. I had a very large bridal party, plus many family members and 3 hair/make up people, and was concerned there may not be enough space for everyone in the room. Let me tell you, there was more than enough space!
Angela put together our room block and she was incredible helpful! People were able to book in the room block through an online link!
I'd also link to thank Zane, the bellman, who helped us out so much with our welcome bags, and bringing things to our room as soon as we needed them. They even gave us a couple of bottles of champagne to celebrate!
GREAT place to get ready, and so convenient to everything in Saratoga.
