Hotel Wedding Venues in Saratoga Springs

I got married at the Saratoga Hilton on 10/26/2024. To say the experience was great would be an understatement. Matthew was my primary point of contact for the better half of the 10 months of planning but Misty joined about a month before the wedding day. Both Matthew and Misty were so wonderful to work with. Any email I sent, had a response within a few hours - Matthew never made me feel that any question I had was silly. They truly wanted to make us feel comfortable and make sure our wedding day was exactly what we imagined. From booking the venue to our final meeting and our wedding day, everything was done seamlessly and without stress. As a stressed out bride, I truly appreciated having this calmness when speaking with Matthew and Misty. The bridal suite we were put in for the day of was beautiful and just enhanced our experience that much more. Everything was spot on and organized and I really appreciated that. I had a specific vision for our wedding day and Matthew and Misty took every thought I had and brought it to life. It was exactly how I envisioned it, down to every small detail. I would highly recommend getting married at the Saratoga Hilton. Not only were Matthew and Misty amazing to work with, all of the staff that we encountered were kind and they really made you feel like they were there to help you and help make your day as stress free as possible. It was a wonderful experience and I wouldn’t change a thing!

First and foremost I would like to say that Jennifer Petri was incredible; professional, timely, sweet, very attentive, attention to detail and most of all I would like to say that she is truly an asset to your establishment. From the day we began planning our wedding, Jenn was so helpful with every aspect of our special day. The servers and bartender were all great. I have never been to a wedding where every single person raved about the food; from the appetizer to the meals. Each meal was served hot, beautiful presentation, and all 3 entree choices were superb! We had our wedding at The Lodge earlier this month and could not recommend it more! We were able to have our ceremony on the gorgeous lawn, cocktail hour inside The Lodge with the amazing stained glass windows and bar, and reception under the massive tent! The property is so stunning that we didn’t even need much decor to make our wedding look beautiful. Holly was a dream to work with, answered all of my questions so quickly, and went above & beyond to make sure we had the perfect day! So many of our guests have raved about how delicious the food was and how kind the waitstaff was. We would 10/10 recommend hosting your wedding at The Lodge!!

Connie at The Adelphi is truly the best in every way! She is so down-to-earth, wonderful to work with, and hands down the best in the business. Throughout the planning process, she kept everything on track and was always prepared with thoughtful ideas and reminders to make sure our day flowed seamlessly. On the wedding day itself, she and her team made everything absolutely perfect — my husband and I were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing that all the details were being handled flawlessly behind the scenes. Looking back, we wouldn’t change a single thing. The Adelphi itself is stunning and first class in every way, and with Connie leading the way, it was a dream come true. We cannot recommend her and The Adelphi enough!

Start to finish having our wedding here was a great choice. We worked with Angela and she was so helpful and responsive throughout the process. The hotel is beautiful and amazing for photos (even in the rain). The staff is so helpful and attentive. The food was incredible, all of our guests were raving about it. There’s nothing I would change about the venue. They made our day unforgettable!

I celebrated my bridal shower at AWI in Saratoga Springs as a Gilmore Girls inspired event. The Inn and all the staff was very communicative and made the event a great one. They worked with us on parking as it ended up snowing the day of and made sure guests could get in and out safely. The venue was beautiful and the staff was amazing!

The Inn at Saratoga hosts the most cozy, charming and intimate space for any wedding. We had the pleasure of having our ceremony and reception here this past September. My husband and I chose the Inn for its historic charm and location. Situated right in downtown, the location is perfect and is right across from the park for stunning photos. The food and staff were wonderful. We felt so taken care of with Larissa as our point person. If you’re looking for a small venue for 95 guests or less, look no further!

We hosted our wedding at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Saratoga Springs grande ballroom, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped into the space, we knew it was the perfect setting for our special day. The ballroom itself was elegant, spacious, and beautifully maintained with the perfect blend of classic charm and modern luxury. The staff went above and beyond from start to finish. Every detail was executed flawlessly—from the layout and lighting to the food and service. Our planner Angela DiLorenzo was an absolute gem, attentive to every request and always one step ahead to ensure everything ran smoothly. We can’t thank her enough for all she did leading up to our special day! Our guests were in awe of the atmosphere and couldn’t stop complimenting the ambiance, the food, and the exceptional service. We truly felt like royalty, and our day was unforgettable because of this embassy suites and the incredible team behind it. Kim, thank you for all your hard work and dedication you put into our wedding day as well ensuring everything was done smoothly and without a single issue you are the MVP!!!⭐️ If you’re looking for a fantastic space with top-notch service and professionalism, look no further.
