We hosted our wedding at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Saratoga Springs grande ballroom, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped into the space, we knew it was the perfect setting for our special day. The ballroom itself was elegant, spacious, and beautifully maintained with the perfect blend of classic charm and modern luxury.

The staff went above and beyond from start to finish. Every detail was executed flawlessly—from the layout and lighting to the food and service. Our planner Angela DiLorenzo was an absolute gem, attentive to every request and always one step ahead to ensure everything ran smoothly. We can’t thank her enough for all she did leading up to our special day!

Our guests were in awe of the atmosphere and couldn’t stop complimenting the ambiance, the food, and the exceptional service. We truly felt like royalty, and our day was unforgettable because of this embassy suites and the incredible team behind it.

My daughter had her ceremony as well as reception at Embassy....she and her fiance also hosted their rehearsal dinner there in the Skidmore Room. The entire weekend was awesome. Shelly Lindsay was wonderful to work with as was Karen the banquet manager!

Shelly and Karen did an amazing job in helping to plan and create a wedding one only dreams about. They were accommodating, professional and very personable. They went above and beyond what we would have ever expected from a wedding venue. Embassy Suites I'm sure already knows how lucky they are to have these individuals along with the amazing cooking and bar staff as well. We will be recommending our friend for events, especially weddings. The staff made it easy and a fun experience, whenever we felted stressed, they were there to calm us down and bring to together anything we could think of. We plan to stay her on our one year anniversary to help re-live the our wedding day!

Amazing atmosphere! Shelly and everyone involved in the wedding reception process are fabulous. They made sure everything was set the way I wanted. The food was also amazing! Everyone raved about the venue. Our guests were mostly from out of town and loved that their rooms were right upstairs. Embassy also has a gorgeous fireplace in its front lobby that looks amazing in pictures!

We stayed here for the wedding weekend (ceremony and reception were held at other venues). We also had our wedding after-party at the bar here, called the Diamond Club Grill. The hotel and the suite were a beautiful setting for getting ready photos, and we actually did the first look photo right in the lobby. The Embassy Suites has great breakfast which we enjoyed on the day of the wedding as the girls were getting ready, and the morning after the wedding with our friends. The only downside was the fact that the bartenders at the after party had us move aside as another wedding party was coming in. We made the catering sales manager aware in the days following the wedding and we were fully refunded for our food we had ordered for the after party that night. The bartenders were fired. SO, if you are looking for somewhere to stay for your Saratoga Springs wedding, I believe this would be a great location. Everything other than the after party was great, and honestly, it wasn't that bad. We were just annoyed as they had poured drinks out in front of guests, and had kicked us over to the side. Hopefully these problems have been resolved!
