If you want to have your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and hotel rooms for guests to stay all in the same building so you don't spend half your time and budget transporting people around, this is the place. Even your after-party can stay on site with their Recovery Room Sports Bar connected to the hotel.
Their staff is amazing, the food was wonderful, the coordinator Kailee Marafito is insanely patient and very responsive, even when she's not in the office. I've sat with dozens of other venue coordinators looking for the right place, and Kailee was the ONLY person to actually get excited about my Batman themed wedding idea, the rest looked at me like I was crazy. I can't say enough good things about this venue and the people there. Whether your ideal wedding is indoors, outdoors, big or small, they have multiple spaces to match what you're looking for. And the best part ... they have NO PEAK SEASON. You will not pay more for a wedding in June than you would in December!

One Amazing Night!
Our daughter and now son-in-law had their wedding here last weekend! Everything was perfect! Kailee was so calm, informative, organized and easy to work with throughout the whole process. We had just about 300 guests and we were not crowed at all. The food was outstanding and we are still hearing from guests how good it was and how quickly they were able to serve themselves from the stations that were spread out in the main room and attached entry way/room. People did not wait in line for more than a minute and chatted with others while getting their meal. And the desserts, which were included in the package were delicious! The staff were all friendly and efficient. We looked many places, the Garden Hilton being our final appointment before making any decisions and as soon as we met Kailee and saw the rooms we were hooked and we couldn't be happier with the choice we made. Our guests booked over 40 rooms at a special price and not one complaint. The suite for the happy couple was just remodeled and it is beautiful and very spacious. Additionally, we did not have to shuttle guests to and from the church or venue which made it so convenient for everyone. The perfect garden for an intimate reception
The event planner, Kailee, walked us through every option and space available at the Hilton. We chose to have our reception in the library and garden spaces - absolutely perfect. Kailee was wonderful to work with, kept us up to date, and made sure we kept her up to date. The staff for our event was outstanding - John, the bar manager, and Kara, our event supervisor, were the BEST. Beginning with our tour of the spaces, to an individual dinner tasting to help us select our menu, to the delicious and beautiful reception and our amazing cake, to the wedding night suite which was part of the package, everything was perfectly suite for us and our guests. I love working with Kimberly Ryan and have for many years. If you haven't considered the Hilton Garden Inn (in Troy) for your wedding ceremony and reception you're missing out on an amazing location. Everything is first-class with all the bells and whistles!! Service is 5-star from the moment you step inside. Plus, there are amazing options for pictures insider and out. Not to mention Frear Park just around the corner is brilliant for pictures!! A huge recommendation for Kim and all her top staff!!!

I love the Hilton Garden Inn in Troy! The venue itself is great (a giant, beautiful ballroom and a fantastic outdoor ceremony site), but it's the staff that makes it. Everyone works well together at HGI, and they work hard to make sure everyone is on the same page on a wedding day. Love it!
