The owners, staff and affiliates of the Perch Hotel were all very professional, extremely helpful throughout our wedding planning process and overall a joy to work with. The coordination of their team was seamless and we couldn't have asked for a better location for our wedding reception. Erika handled so much and worked out every detail with up step by step; she really ensured the timeline was structured, the setup was perfect & the day was exactly what we envisioned. Erika, Katie and Decora went above and beyond for us and we are so appreciative of everything they did to make our special day unforgettable. David's team made some unbelievably delicious dishes. The suite that we stayed in and the main event space had so much to offer; and the views alone from the property are breathtaking! The Perch is truly a hidden gem. Overall, we would recommend the Perch Hotel for outstanding views, a great & friendly staff, and an incredible time.

From the very beginning of our wedding planning process, the team at Birch Hill was exceptional. Molly, Catherine, and William were incredible to work with and helped ease so much of the stress that comes with planning a wedding. The value you receive when booking Birch Hill is truly unmatched, and the amount of support and perks included made the entire experience so much easier. From the moment we took our first tour, I knew Birch Hill was where I wanted to get married. It was obvious that their team genuinely cared about giving us the wedding day we had always envisioned. They wanted us to be happy, supported, and able to enjoy every moment—and that’s exactly what they delivered. Having a coordinator throughout the planning process was invaluable. Molly and Catherine were my rocks from start to finish. This was the biggest and most expensive event I have ever planned, and I had no idea where to begin. Their expertise, guidance, and attention to detail were priceless, not only leading up to the wedding but on the wedding day itself. I always felt like a priority, and on my wedding day I truly felt like a princess. I also want to give a special shout-out to William and the entire Birch Hill team for accommodating a last-minute change to our plans. We had always envisioned an outdoor wedding, but a sudden forecast of cold temperatures, wind, and rain made us decide that moving indoors would be the best option. William and his team made the transition happen almost instantly. I was genuinely amazed at how quickly and seamlessly they rearranged everything. We ended up having our reception in the Conservatory, and it was absolutely stunning. When I walked in and saw all of my décor perfectly arranged and my vision brought to life, I literally cried tears of joy. It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The entire Birch Hill team went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Between the breathtaking scenery, outstanding service, and unwavering support throughout the planning process, our wedding day was nothing short of magical. Everything went flawlessly, and I could not be happier that we chose Birch Hill for our dream wedding. If you’re considering Birch Hill as your wedding venue, book it, you will not regret it.

Old Daley on Crooked Lake exceeded every expectation we had, and we had high ones. From the moment you arrive, the venue speaks for itself, the waterfront ceremony set against a stunning sunset was an absolutely perfect backdrop for our vows, and the rustic, homey interior gave us a warm and intimate feel even with 220+ guests. The space is gorgeous and needed minimal decoration because it already has so much natural charm. The food and bar service were excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout the entire night. But what truly made the difference was our day-of coordinator, Nick. He communicated with us clearly and consistently in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and on the day itself he was everywhere he needed to be, always one step ahead, coordinating seamlessly with all of our vendors, and making sure everything ran on a tight, stress-free timeline. He checked in on us regularly without ever being intrusive, and he truly felt like an advocate for us every step of the way. Because of Nick and the entire Old Daley team, we were able to be fully present and just enjoy every moment of our wedding day. We couldn't imagine a more perfect venue!

I truly don’t even know where to begin—our wedding at the Erlowest was, without a doubt, the best day of our lives. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, but what truly sets Erlowest apart is the incredible staff. From our very first tour, LeAnna and Laurie made such a lasting impression. They were warm, knowledgeable, and knew how to make our vision come true. Throughout the entire planning process, they were unbelievably responsive—every email and phone call was answered within a day—and they consistently went above and beyond to guide us with their expertise. LeAnna, our wedding point of contact, is nothing short of amazing. She listened so carefully to everything we envisioned and made sure every detail came to life exactly as we had hoped. She was not only organized and professional, but also incredibly kind and reassuring—an advisor in every sense of the word. I tend to have a lot of questions, and she was always so patient, gracious, and thoughtful in every response. She truly made the entire process feel seamless and brought our dream wedding to life. Laurie, who handled accommodations, is wonderful. Because our wedding was in June, earlier in the season, she worked so hard to ensure that most of our friends and family could stay on-site. That made such a difference and turned our wedding day into a full wedding weekend, which was so special for us and our guests. Everytime my mom saw Laurie she cried because we were just so happy to see her! The entire experience felt like a true team effort, and it was clear that every single person at Erlowest gave 100%. Even knowing they host multiple weddings during busy weekends, they made me feel like the most important bride in the world. And of course—the food was outstanding, and the preferred vendors they recommend are truly top-tier. We had at least 30 guests tell us it was “the best wedding they have ever been to,” and we owe so much of that to the Erlowest team. My husband and I are already itching to go back. It means so much to us that we now have a place we can return to again and again to relive and celebrate the best day of our lives. We are beyond grateful to the entire Erlowest team for creating such an unforgettable experience. PS- if you are at the Erlowest you must check out the bar. Coolest bar I’ve ever been to.

When my son and his fiance decided to get married in Lake George, NY, I panicked. As parents of the groom, we were responsible for the rehearsal dinner and, looking at our options, it seemed there were very few places that could accommodate our anticipated numbers. Then I came across the Lake George Steamboat Company. My first response was, "What a great idea!" The more I looked into it, the more appealing it became. Their staff was extremely responsive, sending their party information and helping us settle on seating in the general population with reserved tables (rather than one of their private areas). Every time I sent a check for the installments I received back a receipt with a photocopy of the check. Any time there was a question, I received an immediate answer. When, a couple of weeks before the wedding weekend, it turned out that our confirmed numbers for the dinner were lower than we anticipated, I called to see if it would be possible to move our party to the appropriate private area. The anwer was "yes." The afternoon of the rehearsal dinner, I was met at the dock with a table holding a sign with our last names on it, an envelope with the tickets to disburse, and all sorts of friendly staff faces willing to help out, especially when someone needed an extra seat while waiting for their family to park. As for the cruise, the food was great -- beyond my expectations. When my husband wanted to make a speech welcoming everyone, they turned off the speakers in our area so he could be heard. The idea of a rehearsal dinner on a steamboat was perfect for both adults and children. It was fun, interesting, and different. Highly recommended!

Sarah, Lucy and the team at Garnet Hill was absolutely amazing. They always responded so quickly, they made so many accommodations, like ordering the ingredients to make sure we had the perfect cocktails for happy hour, providing us with the beautiful decor because we didn’t bring too much of our own, and setting up the venue to be so beautifully perfect. They were patient and so kind, they honestly feel like family at this point. I can not recommend Garnet Hill enough, I can’t even imagine what our day would have been without them.

Our wedding at Albany Country Club was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, Jill and Erica went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. They were incredibly organized, kind, and accommodating, anticipating our needs before we even thought of them. The entire planning process was smooth and stress-free, and on the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. The staff made us feel completely supported, and it truly felt like their top priority was ensuring our day went off without a hitch. The food and drinks were phenomenal, our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! We couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more beautiful venue. Jill, Erica, and the entire staff made our wedding unforgettable, and we are endlessly grateful. Highly recommend to any couple looking for a venue that truly cares about making your day magical.

I absolutely LOVED my experience with RSM! My husband and I worked closely with Heather and Ashley, and both of them are just fantastic. Ashley was there on my wedding day and was super attentive and helpful. The food was amazing, the workers were kind, overall amazing experience!

I was the officiant at a wedding this Memorial Day weekend, and the team was top notch. Ellie was always around, always helpful. All the wait staff were lovely and at everyone’s beck and call with a smile. I have never attended or been involved in an event that came off so seamlessly.
