It is hard to put into words how happy we are that we chose Hiland Park Country Club for our big day, but we will try! From the moment we set foot on the property for our first tour, we felt that there was something special about the place. Dan was absolutely fantastic at giving us a sense of how our day would go and made the booking/early planning process seamless. Rachael was our main point of contact through the mid-final planning process and was always there to happily answer any questions I had. It truly felt like they were on our team and had our backs, from the first tour, all the way until the very end of our wedding night. I should add that we came from 2.5 hours away to have our wedding at Hiland Park

We had our rehearsal on site which was really helpful to get a picture of how the day will look. We chose to book the bridal suite for the full day access—I cannot recommend this enough! The space is beautiful, stocked with beverages, and made it so much less stressful to have everyone getting their hair and makeup done on site. Plus, lunch was provided which was simply amazing! Throughout the night before and getting ready process, our attendant Caisha was simply an angel. Anything we needed, she had it and provided help with a kind and caring smile.

The space speaks for itself which made it incredibly easy to plan (or not plan) decor and florals. I especially appreciated how there were such elegant touches along with the rustic feeling of the cocktail space. My family and wedding party couldn’t believe how large the venue was! This was amazing because it definitely separated cocktail hour from the reception. Our guests RAVED about the cocktail hour food & appreciated the champagne greeting. My mom said she had never been to a wedding where you get both a chicken AND steak entree. It’s hard to believe how much was included for such a great price. We simply could not have chosen a better place to have our wedding and will always hold Hiland Park very near and dear to our hearts. If you’re on the fence about booking, this is your sign! If you are thinking about booking Hiland for your wedding, do it now! We got married at Hiland three months ago and had the perfect wedding. From start to finish we loved our experience. Our wedding at Hiland Park Country Club was this July and we still talk about it every day! Hiland Park was the perfect venue for our day, and we couldn’t imagine having gotten married and celebrating anywhere else! From the start, Daniel & Rachael answered any question we had, welcomed us to check out the venue multiple times before deciding, and were communicative from start to finish. Our entire wedding day was perfect, and both of us chose to book the brides & grooms suites for the full day with service which was the right decision, lunch came at the perfect time! HPCC is so fully inclusive we really didn’t need to bring much in terms of decor, but what we did bring, the day of coordinator, Kasia, mostly set up for us throughout the morning and was such a huge help to us. Our family and friends are still talking about the food, how beautiful the venue was, and overall how great of a time they had. We can’t thank Dan, Rachael, Kasia, Matt, and everyone enough for making our night so special and memorable!

We truly cannot say enough incredible things about Hiland Park Country Club - and especially Rachael and Dan who run the venue. My husband and I got married on May 3rd of this year, and from the moment we stepped onto the property back in late 2023 and took our very first tour, we knew so easily that this was the perfect venue for us. As soon as the tour with Dan ended, we looked at each other and couldn't help but laugh and smile immediately because we both knew right away in our gut this was where we wanted to get married.

Rachael and Dan felt like friends from the second we met them, and by the time the wedding arrived, they truly were friends! They made every part of our planning process so fun, easy, and stress-free. Rachael answered every single Type-A question I had (there were a LOT). She was calm, organized, was extremely dependable and trustworthy based on her experience, responsive, and always gave us thoughtful options and backup plans to make sure we felt confident in every decision. Dan brought so much energy, knowledge, and warmth to the process - his excitement made us even more excited. They were such a dream team and the best vendor duo we could have asked for.

As a couple who have each been in multiple weddings and attend 4+ weddings every year over the last few years, we've seen a lot - and we can confidently say that Hiland is the best venue we've ever experienced. Not just because of how stunning it is, but because of the people behind it. (Shoutout Kausha!)

From the absolutely gorgeous upgrades to the most beautiful marble ballroom floors, to the in-house chef who blew our guests away with the most food I've ever seen in my life - we are still hearing about it seven months later. People actually thought our cocktail hour was their dinner because it was that incredible, that plentiful, and that beautiful. And then the actual dinner came out and blew them away again! The venue is flexible, elegant, and gives you the ability to make your day your own. We had such a clear vision for our wedding, and Rachael and Dan helped us bring that to life and then some.

The backdrop for our ceremony was breathtaking, the ballroom was transformed into something out of a magazine, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I didn't feel stressed for a single second on our Wedding Day - and I truly owe that to Rachael and Dan.

If you're considering Hiland Park for your wedding: stop thinking, and book it! It was the best decision we made, and we feel so lucky to have had the wedding of our dreams with the kindest, most genuine people making it all happen behind the scenes. It was the perfect kickoff to our marriage - and we'll forever be grateful.

We had our wedding here in June 2025 and couldn't be happier with our decision. The entire team at Hiland is extremely professional and welcoming, from the very first interaction through every minute of our wedding day. Rachael and Dan made our wedding planning process so much easier than we could have imagined. We toured a number of different venues, but as soon as we finished our visit at Hiland, we immediately asked for a pen to sign a contract. Every detail you could ever think of has already been carefully planned out or considered by the team here. The planning meetings helped keep us on track and kept our stress away. We had all the confidence that Rachael had a plan for everything. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and attentive. Our guests still rave about how great the food was and how impressive it was to have so many options to choose from. If you are looking for an incredible wedding venue and experience, we could not recommend Hiland Park more! We can’t wait to hopefully come back as guests one day!

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful but it was the attention to detail and the amazing staff that impressed us the most. The team at Hiland has truly thought of everything you need for a smooth wedding day. The pre-wedding meetings helped me stay on track with planning & the vendor recommendations helped us pick the best vendor team. Each staff member we interacted with on the wedding day made sure we were having the best time and that everything went as planned. My husband and I have already planned a trip back for a round of golf to remember the best day!

I had my wedding here July 2025 and it was perfect. Rachael and Dan were amazing, from the first initial communication, to touring, to the wedding day they were super responsive, friendly and made everything go so smooth. Same with the day of coordinator, Kasia, we loved her! The venue itself was beyond beautiful! We got married in the garden and the view/pictures were breathtaking. From cocktail hour to dinner to dessert, our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was, and even weeks later they still are! A huge plus was our dog was allowed to be there with us for the ceremony and getting ready. It is literally a dream venue, with the best food, the best staff and best location! My husband and I couldn’t have had a better wedding and we couldn’t recommend them more!

We cannot recommend Hiland enough as a wedding venue! From the beginning, Rachael and Dan made the wedding planning process easy and were present every step of the way.
