Royale Transportation

We hired Royale Transportation for our wedding day and are so happy we made that decision. We arranged both a 25-passenger bus and a trolley to run continuous trips between our hotel and the venue, and it was one of the best logistical choices we made.

Providing transportation ensured our guests arrived on time and returned safely at the end of the night, which gave us so much peace of mind. Coordinating with Royale was seamless. Felicia was a fantastic point of contact who kept everything organized and made sure I always knew the plan.

Our drivers, Karl and Zinnaira, were wonderful. At the end of the night, my groom and I had the trolley to ourselves for the final ride back to the hotel. Zinnaira went above and beyond by taking photos of us during that quiet, special moment. It is something I will always treasure.

I cannot say enough positive things about Royal Transportation, and in particular Nancy our driver. Nancy went above and beyond to make our day really magical. It was so evident how much she personally cared about making our day really perfect. Nancy showed up on time, dressed extremely professionally, and had such a warm, caring vibe about her. All her little personal touches did not go unnoticed…from making sure the Party Bus was an incredibly fun atmosphere, taking photos while beaming with happiness, keeping the bus so clean, and going above and beyond by washing our champagne glasses during the ceremony so they could be used afterwards on the ride to the reception. Nancy was a total joy and ray of light. Royal Transportation is an extremely professional company and very easy to work with. They are reasonably priced and are very very good at communication. We used an 11 person sprint van to transport our wedding party from the hotel to the venue - The driver was on time and courteous, and the van was clean and comfortable. Booking was easy and the rate was reasonable. A great experience!

Royale is the best. Our wedding was on Saturday, 10/28/23 and Don was our driver! Don took it slow to get to our venue so we could enjoy the party bus. I (the bride) accidentally left my bouquet on the bus and he came back to the venue to hand deliver it for photos! We got the party bus and the shuttle for our guests to get to their hotels at the end of the night. Overall, AMAZING service and experience. Special thank you to Don, our driver! My husband and I were married in a very small town in the Adirondacks. The wedding venue was amazing (Oak Mountain) but it left us with a bit of a problem. There were no large hotels that we could get a wedding block at and shuttle our guests back and forth to the wedding venue. We did the best we could searching out inns and airbnb options for guests but in the end we still had a long list of different locations that guests needed to stay. It was really important to us that we could offer a shuttle service to our guests so that everyone could enjoy themselves at the wedding and then get home safe. We worked with Royal Transportation to create a schedule with two vans and a small bus to get everyone back and forth from the wedding! They might have thought I was crazy! But amazingly after months of stress everything worked out perfectly and guests were dropped off on time to the venue. Buses were on time to pick them up! I really gave these drivers a hard task and they handled it beautifully! They were so great to work with! The driver of the wedding party bus even had champagne ready to go for us! Would recommend to anyone needing a more complicated wedding shuttle!

We had the 20 passenger party bus from Royale drive us to our wedding ceremony, then around Saratoga for photos, then back to our reception venue. The party bus had the perfect amount of room for our bridal party and sufficient cooler space for all of our needs! They even included champagne for us on the bus! The bus was on time and the driver was great. The bus was super clean. We were able to enjoy our own music by connecting to the bluetooth speakers on the bus which created a fun atmosphere. The process to book was super easy and the staff was organized and professional. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for reliable transportation for your wedding day!
