Amazing Vendor!!
My husband and I were married in a very small town in the Adirondacks. The wedding venue was amazing (Oak Mountain) but it left us with a bit of a problem. There were no large hotels that we could get a wedding block at and shuttle our guests back and forth to the wedding venue. We did the best we could searching out inns and airbnb options for guests but in the end we still had a long list of different locations that guests needed to stay. It was really important to us that we could offer a shuttle service to our guests so that everyone could enjoy themselves at the wedding and then get home safe. We worked with Royal Transportation to create a schedule with two vans and a small bus to get everyone back and forth from the wedding! They might have thought I was crazy! But amazingly after months of stress everything worked out perfectly and guests were dropped off on time to the venue. Buses were on time to pick them up! I really gave these drivers a hard task and they handled it beautifully! They were so great to work with! The driver of the wedding party bus even had champagne ready to go for us! Would recommend to anyone needing a more complicated wedding shuttle!

Exceptional Wedding Transportation Experience
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Royale Transportation for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were incredibly reliable, timely, and friendly, making the entire process stress-free. Their team was detail-oriented throughout the planning, asking thoughtful questions and making sure every transportation need was covered well in advance.
On the wedding day, everything ran perfectly on schedule. The driver was professional, warm, and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Wedding Party Transport
We used an 11 person sprint van to transport our wedding party from the hotel to the venue - The driver was on time and courteous, and the van was clean and comfortable. Booking was easy and the rate was reasonable. A great experience!

Royale is Great! Highly Recommend!!!
Royale is the best. Our wedding was on Saturday, 10/28/23 and Don was our driver! Don took it slow to get to our venue so we could enjoy the party bus. I (the bride) accidentally left my bouquet on the bus and he came back to the venue to hand deliver it for photos! We got the party bus and the shuttle for our guests to get to their hotels at the end of the night. Overall, AMAZING service and experience. Special thank you to Don, our driver! Perfect party bus for our wedding!
We had the 20 passenger party bus from Royale drive us to our wedding ceremony, then around Saratoga for photos, then back to our reception venue. The party bus had the perfect amount of room for our bridal party and sufficient cooler space for all of our needs! They even included champagne for us on the bus! The bus was on time and the driver was great. The bus was super clean. We were able to enjoy our own music by connecting to the bluetooth speakers on the bus which created a fun atmosphere. The process to book was super easy and the staff was organized and professional. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for reliable transportation for your wedding day!

Great Choice!
Royale Transportation was a great choice for our limo service. They were kind, professional, and prompt. The party busses were clean, and well stocked. There was Bluetooth inside that made the trips in the bus a lot of fun with our bridal party controlling the music. There was champagne and water on board as well. The drivers were Ivan and Richard for our two party buses and they were amazing. Would definitely recommend using Royale Transportation.

Party bus! Highly recommend!
We decided to get a 30 passenger party bus for our wedding day. The groomsmen party was brought to the church, then Donald (transportation driver) came back 35 minutes to pick up the bridal party. After the church ceremony, we all traveled back together. Donald was amazing. He was lively and kept the party going while also keeping us safe. He was so thoughtful, checking in on the us (bride and groom especially) to make sure we had all that we needed and that we were having fun. We got to hook up to the bluetooth and blast our favorite tunes as newlyweds with our family and friends in the bus. The entire experience, down to the planning process with the Royale transportation staff over the phone, was phenomenal. We could not recommend this service more highly!! Definitely book! And definitely recommend Donald!

Professional and Reliable Wedding Transportation Services
My husband and I booked Royale Transportation for our June 2022 wedding at Saratoga National Golf Course. Royale Transportation was extremely easy to work with and flexible with our transportation requests. The bridal party got ready the day of the wedding at a different location than the ceremony/reception and Royale Transportation had no problem picking us up from that spot and being on time. The temperature on the bus was very pleasant given the warm summer day and the driver was extremely safe and friendly. After dropping us off at the wedding venue, Royale Transportation went to a hotel in the area we had blocked off to pick up some more guests. They made two trips from the hotel to the venue for our guests. Royale Transportation was very professional and we would recommend them to anyone looking for transportation for their bridal party or wedding guests.

Lifesavers!
Our transportation company came in a week before the wedding and told us they would not pick up our guests at the addresses and would not work with our vendors. We called Royale 6 days before the wedding and they immediately accommodated our needs, no questions asked! They were incredibly professional. From Crystal in the office to the 3 drivers who were so polite and kind to all of our guests! We cannot recommend Royale enough!!

We rented a Trolley for our wedding through Royal Transportation and were extremely happy. I was able to give them specific times to get our guests from the hotel to the venue and did not have to worry leading up to the wedding. The trolley also did multiple trips after the wedding even though I had only asked for 1 trip on the way back. The driver was professional, trolley was clean and the staff was easy to book with.

Best Limo Company Out There
My bridal party was blown away by our experience with Royale Limo. We had Donald as our driver and he went above and beyond for the bridal party. He was early for pickup and helped put the bags of my bridesmaids on the limo. He brought us to the church and backed into a narrow driveway between the church and another building so no one would see me as I walked into the church (his driving was amazing). He also walked me into the church with an umbrella in front of me so no one would see me. When he had tissues, mints, music, champagne.. everything we could possibly need ready for us. Use this company and ask for Donald!

We are so happy that we hired Royale Transportation for our wedding day! They were responsive and helped us plan out the routes for the day. We used the 33 passenger shuttle, the 24 passenger party bus, and an SUV to get the bridal party and guests to our wedding ceremony, reception, and to and from the hotel. I worked with Gabe on our reservations for our 6/10/22 wedding and the communication was excellent! Responses were super fast and everything the day of went perfectly! We had rented shuttles for our guests, along with party buses for the wedding parties, and all arrived perfectly on time and seamlessly. We even realized at the end of the night my phone was still on the shuttle after being dropped off at the hotel, and because of the easy communication, we were able to quickly contact the driver to turn around and bring back my phone. Royale Transportation was very easy to work with, from booking, payments, and willingness to drive wherever we wished for photo opportunities. The driver, Ryan, was punctual and able to adjust the route to avoid the high traffic and construction areas. He clearly knew the area well enough to handle the detour accordingly. We needed transportation to/from our wedding and wanted nothing short of a good time along the way so we rented Royale's 30-passenger Party Bus! From placing the reservation over the phone, to receiving driver information/expected arrival time on day of, to the surprise (and complimentary) bottles of champagne in the limo and getting us all safely home- Royale is CLASS ACT SERVICE!
Our driver laid our a red carpet for us to walk onto which made for some great photo ops and was super comforting with regards to temperature inside the party bus and music selection!! Bring your own party playlist and you can easily hook it up and enjoy!!

Reliable Limo and Shuttle Service
I used Royale Transportation for both limos and shuttle service for my wedding. Everything was perfect and went off without a hitch. Gabe in the office was great to work with and helped me through every step of the way. We were able to make a great shuttle schedule and ensure everyone had great transportation to and from the venue. When the air conditioning in the limo we had ordered broke the day before our wedding, he was able to upgrade us to the bigger limo for no charge. Our limo driver was friendly, courteous and funny. He confirmed everything multiple times during the wedding and everything went perfectly. Our guests really appreciated having this service and being able to get home safely!

I rented the 30 Passenger Party Bus for my wedding party and family and we could not have had a better time! From beginning to end, Royale was amazing. Best decision ever
We used their services for our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. On Friday the rehearsal, our amazing driver Kristin was so accommodating to all our guests that were scattered in a 10 minute radius, all at different hotels. She brought us all to our dinner cruise and picked us up promptly. The party bus was clean, fun and very helpful to get all 50 guests where they needed to be.
Saturday, the wedding day. Kristin showed up on time and had to wait for the groomsmen for 45 minutes! Their fault haha...well my Dads. I was getting my makeup done so I couldn't message her. She made means to find out what to do, and magically made everything come together perfectly. She was so kind and helpful with my bridal party...my maid and matron of honor were no where to be found and Kristin helped me with my dress without hesitation. My entire family and bridal party loved her..she even made my groom put on the socks I bought him!!! She was more than a driver for our wedding, she was a life saver. Thank you so much!!! Did I mention she climbed like 10 mountains...amazing and safe!

Used royale for our wedding transport on August 10, 2019. They were able to accommodate us with a split package. Our driver was fantastic. Arrived about 30 minutes ahead of schedule for each pickup but assured us it would be no issue to wait. Assisted me in and out of the vehicle. We used the Ford Expedition 12 seater. It was clean, the bar was stocked with ice cold water and champagne. We were able to hook up our phones to play music which was great. Dropped us off at the end of the night and two separate locations without issue and assisted in unloading some stuff from the car.

Day ran very smoothly

Great Service! Very quick to respond to my emails and very easy to book with them. I only needed transportation from our ceremony to our reception, as I got ready on site. Our ceremony and pictures did not take up as much time as we thought so we called the company and they actually got out driver to us earlier than we booked for so we didn't have to stand around and wait for them! Also when we got in the car I had mentioned how I Was so thirsty; I barely had time to drink anything all day, and the driver immediately offered us bottles of cold water! Would definitely book them again!

Amazing Service!
I had my wedding this past September and could not have been more happier with the service we received. The booking process was easy, the pricing was competitive but the best part was the vehicle and the service. We booked a party bus and a bus to shuttle our guests. Our chauffeurs were both on-time and very attentive to the bridal party and our guests. I will recommend Royale Limousine to all of our friends and family.

Make sure you ask for Don!
We booked a trolley for our wedding through Advantage. For our big day, the company assigned us, Don and I must say, even if the trolley was not up to snuff (which is was :) ) I probably would not have noticed because Don was so great. He had our schedule down to the minute, and was early picking the guys up to bring them to the church. I was extremely nervous about my ceremony, so on my way he put my mind at complete ease. He had a mirror for me to check my makeup, waters, bobby pins -- anything a bride might need, he had!! On the way in, he directed my whole entrance. He rolled out a red carpet for me to walk on, and showed me where to walk in so I wouldn't be seen by guests ahead of time. He even fluffed my train before I walked down the aisle! Even after the ceremony, he had champagne for the bridal party ready to go! Our experience was beyond amazing. Look no further than Advantage and Don!

We booked a car at the end of the night but the company was so accommodating and upgraded up to a limo as it was our wedding night no charge. The driver was so polite and we ended up needing the limo to bring some guests back to hotel to (they had missed shuttle) and the limo was so great! We loved it.

These folks were great! Arrived on time and took care of the wedding party for first look, and then came back to shuttle guests to and from the hotel to the venue. Ran over (time scheduled) and continued without question. Very professional and friendly, from start to finish. Highly recommend.

We put my dad in charge of wedding transportation, and we couldn't be happier he went with Royale Limousine. Everything went so smoothly on our wedding day because of them. We hired two limousines and a Rolls Royce. Each driver was SO kind and professional. They are clearly experts at weddings. They told me exactly how I should enter and exit the vehicle with my dress, rolled out red carpets upon entry and exit, and stocked each car with delicious champagne. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Royale Limousine! Beautiful vehicles, and the kindest people!

My husband and I had rented a 24 passenger party bus for our wedding. Our driver was above and beyond amazing. He was constantly making sure everyone was comfortable and had a drink of water or champagne if they desired. He had a bottle of champagne set up in front of the vehicle for my husband and I after the ceremony. Our bridal party offered many compliments about the service. Seriously, beyond words. The hospitality was 100 %- I could not have asked for better service. He was on time and got us to our destinations safely. Thank you!

They were great. They provided a trolley for all of our guests to and from the hotel to the venue. The driver was so nice. We were late and definitely had some rowdy people and he didn't mind at all. Nice, helpful, accommodating!

Advantage provided transportation service for our wedding 10/8/16. The chauffeur, Steve, was professional, extremely punctual and very kind to us. what stands out in my mind the most about our experience is the way he helped us out with handing out our flowers as we ran out the door to get to the church on time. Aside from that, we couldn't have asked for a better person or a better way to get us to and from the ceremony with our wedding party! We absolutely would hire them again.

100% recommend! Communication prior to our wedding day was very easy and thorough. We rented the 18 passenger Escalade for our entire bridal party and it was a huge hit. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked with champagne and water bottles. It was also kept very cool for a hot summer day. Our driver was punctual, and amazing at navigating and turning the massive vehicle. He had champagne waiting for us after the ceremony, and was super pleasant about the obnoxious music we played before and after to get pumped up. I truly do not think we would have stayed PERFECTLY to our timeline if it wasn't for our driver. And he had an umbrella ready when a few drops of rain threatened during photos. Thank you, thank you, for making things easy for this bride!!

Advantage Transportation helped us complete our wedding day! We rented their three trolleys to transport our guests from the ceremony to the reception venue and then back to the hotel at the end of the night. The trolleys were AWESOME!
The bridal party took our own trolley down first to take pictures. The driver had champagne ready for everyone and made sure everybody was comfortable, even for the short ride down. Guests loved that we had trolleys and noted how nice all the drivers were! They even let one of the guests speak on the megaphone on the way back to the hotel. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating to all our guests, we definitely got the royal treatment!
Advantage Transportation was so flexible to work with. When I realized our original plan wouldn't work, they worked with me to come up with times that worked for our celebration. Thank you so much for helping to make our day one that we will always remember!

We used Advantage Transportation as a shuttle to our first look location with our bridal party. They were so amazing and accommodating, considering we had to decide between two locations on the day of based on the weather. We loved the red carpet, the champagne toast and the overall appearance of the white trolley, decorated with flowers. It was so perfect. Our driver Nick was so wonderful. He was extremely helpful when my Jr. Bridesmaids dress split 15 minutes before the ceremony started he had so many emergency items on her and we were able to get her decent to walk down the aisle. Our limo bus was extremely clean and everyone had a blast.

My husband and I booked the two white trolleys for our wedding shuttles. Everyone was so impressed by, not only the beauty of the trolleys, but by the professionalism of the drivers. We used Advantage Transportation Group for our wedding. They were very accommodating for us. We had a couple changes that we needed to make and they were made without any issue. We had two limos for our wedding and they were both clean and everyone fit comfortably. Our rides were very smooth and our drivers were extrememly nice. Every time we got in and out of the limos we had a red carpet put down which made us feel important. It rained for the first part of our wedding day and getting in and out of the limos our drivers always had an umbrella waiting so that we didn't get wet. It's the little touches that stand out. I recommend Advantage Transportation Group, they have a nice way of making you feel speical on your big day.

We rented a trolley from AT for our wedding. Before we finalized our contract with them, we got a full tour of all the vehicles and assurance from the owner of their professionalism and dependency. All of their promises were fulfilled – they were on time, the driver went above and beyond (serving champagne and even fixing my train before I walked down the aisle). The vehicle was nicely decorated and in fine working condition. We are very happy with our choice for transportation for our big day – and highly recommend them to others!

Advantage Transportation was incredibly easy to work with. We hired them for a trolley and a limo and they managed our itinerary with multiple stops. The drivers were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The limo driver even made an extra stop for me. The trolley couldn't have been cuter inside with lots of flowers and free champagne for a toast. They also took all signage off the outside of the trolley as we requested. We selected advantage because they were the most responsive company when we first started contacted trolley rentals and we weren't disappointed.

Dave from Advantage was such a great driver for the trolley we used for our wedding. He was on time and really great to work with. Our driver after the wedding that brought us back to the hotel seemed irritated and cranky but still got us where we needed to go safely so I was able to look past his attitude. We rented the trolley to pick us up from the hotel for pre-ceremony pictures. The trolley is perfect for groups without having to be smooshed into a limo.
Our driver was amazing. During our pictures on the Empire State Plaza, the skies started to open and basically a monsoon ensued. Our driver came running out of the trolley with an umbrella and somehow managed to keep my husband and I dry. He was absolutely amazing.

For our wedding we rented a trolley. We were a little nervous because we had booked through Albany Aqua Ducks, but then the trollies were sold. However, we had no reason to be nervous. Advantage Transportation honored our contract that we had made with Albany Aqua Duck and did a fabulous job. The trolley was decorated for Christmas and looked great! Awesome!! We loved everything about our limo! As soon as we knew the date of our wedding, the Escalade Limo was the first thing we booked. Advantage Transportation is very attentive to all of your requests and has a very personable staff. We can't say enough great things about our drive, Don! Don was absolutely FANTASTIC!! I met him at a bridal show and hada nice chat with him. I asked him if I could request him as a driver and he told me to call on Monday. By the time I called late Monday afternoon, he had already put in to be our driver the day of our wedding. Don was so attentive on the wedding day to make sure we were all comfortable and never wanting for anything. He even followed us into the church when we arrived and gave me words of encourange and fixed the train of my dress just before I walked down the aisle!!! I would recommend Advantage, not only for their limos, but for the quality service I received from Don at my wedding!!

We used Advantage Limo for our wedding and they were very professional! Our driver was John and he showed up on time, rolled out a red carpet for me and helped me into the Limo - a 14 passenger, white, Cadillac Escalade. The limo was stunning and it was stocked with water and champagne. John new exactly where he was going - got us to the church and helped us line up for the ceremony. He drove us around Albany while we took pictures and got us to the Desmond in time for the cocktail reception. We had a great experience with John and Advantage Limo!

Royale Transportation made my wedding day complete!! We booked a trolley to transport our guests from multiple LG hotels to our wedding at the Erlowest, then back to their hotels after, and also to and from the village for the afterparty.
Our driver Karl was fantastic. He was punctual, kind, and flexible to our needs. I was so worried about the timeline of guests arriving to the ceremony from so many different hotels, but Karl did a great job. If we got married again, we'd still pick him!

Royale has a great selection of limos and antique cars for weddings. My husband was able to go out and see everything in person before booking the limo we used for our wedding. The driver was courteous, the ride was smooth and the limo was beautiful and clean inside and out. The champagne bottle and glasses inside were a definite plus!

We took the party trolley from the hotel to the photography sites to the church and then back to the reception afterwards. Our driver, Jerry, was extremely professional and also a lot of fun! Royale Limo were great to work with! They were very flexible with times, and made sure we were not rushed! My husband and I also rode in a Rolls Royce, which was well worth the money! It was nice to have a separate car to ride in from the bridal party! Hospitality was great, and I would recommend Royale Limo to any bride and groom!

Advantage Transportation Group, Inc:
We rented 3 limos for our son's wedding; they are not inexpensive, but so worth it. Advantage was very responsive and highly accommodative; their office staff is GREAT. Their limos were beautiful and immaculate. However, we were NOT told that the Bentley was NOT air conditioned for the bride and her dad (no problem in that it was a cool day, thank God), or that the 8 passenger Lincoln only had ONE door, which made it extremely hard to get in and out of with gowns and especially for the elderly and - FYI, could never work for special needs people. Regardless, we would highly recommend them as the best in our area and if you are equipped with the knowledge you need as stated here, you are sure to have great drivers, immaculate limos, and an easy company to deal with for all your event needs. We HIGHLY recommend them.

Perfect Transportation for Our Special Day!
We rented two Executive Lounge Busses: one 20-passenger bus to take the wedding party to the church, and from the church to the reception, and one 25-passenger bus to transport guests from the hotel to the reception and back to the hotel at the end of the night. They had no problem accommodating the groomsmen and bridal party who were getting ready in two different locations. Everyone was dropped off at the church exactly on time! The ride was smooth, and the bus was nice and chilled for our humid June day! Champagne was provided for our trip and we even hooked up a phone to their bluetooth speaker.
They were very easy to deal with and were adamant about making sure everything was on schedule. They even agreed to drop us off at the after party despite that not being on the initial itinerary.
If you’re in need of transportation and you’re in the Capital Region, definitely give them a call!

Great Shuttle Transportation
I was an October 2023 Saratoga bride & am so happy with our decision to book Royale Transportation for my wedding day shuttles. First, it was a pleasure working with Gabe leading up to the wedding day. He helped me select the shuttle sizes that would work for my party & had the drivers closely follow the shuttle loops we created around Saratoga. I got married at Canfield Casino & had seamless pickups to and from hotels within the area. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone getting married in the area.

Great Company to work with
We hired trolley's to get our wedding party and guests to and from hotels to the wedding venue. Royale Limo was very pleasant to work with, their drivers were fun and their price was reasonable. They were also very flexible in allowing us to utilize their service before and after the wedding and did not require that we pay for their service during our ceremony and reception

I'm only rounding down just to be fair, as I was not the one who booked with Royale, but from everything I saw and heard, they were totally professional and fun to work with, and helped a lot with getting our guests from place to place on our wedding day.

We set our schedule for the limo the week before the wedding, and it went off without a hitch that day. They were 15 mins early to pick up the guys, and they brought us where ever we wanted to go. We wanted to make a stop at a spot, and the driver had no issues waiting for us. The driver was very perfessional and very curtious. They had three bottles of Champagne for us in the limo, and let us bring our own cooler with beverages for the ride to the church, and in between the ceremony and reception. Only down side, was where the office was located, not a very good neighborhood. That being said, we will definitly use Royale again for any transportation needs.

What a beautiful car and what a lovely driver we had. Glen was fantastic and so much fun. We had the 1950's Tuxedo Rolls for our wedding. Boy, what a head turner. I felt fancy and special. Thank you.

I got married two weekends ago and advantage made my day even better than I hoped for. They even gave us a discount on the ride to the airport for our honeymoon the next day. The staff that answers the phone are very helpful and efficient, the driver had me and my girls laughing most of the day. I recommend their service to any bride to be.

Affordable and easy to work with
We just needed a ride to our venue and they were affordable and easy to work with. Clean limo, the driver wasn't the happiest person, but I am sure there are other drivers who may be better

Our driver was fantastic, service leading up to wedding day mediocre
We had a lovely white trolley for our wedding day that made several trips between the ceremony and reception locations for our bridal party & parents. Our driver was fantastic; extremely professional, attentive, and just an overall kind individual. Everything ran on schedule and turned out great on our wedding day. The contact we had with the company leading up to the wedding day was great until about 2 weeks out. We were told that we would be assigned a driver and provided with contact info by a certain date, and that date came and went with no information. My husband followed up several times and each time he spoke with someone different who gave a different timeline. Ultimately we were assigned a driver the day before the wedding. This is likely normal protocol but unfortunately false expectations were set and so we were worried about this unnecessarily. I would definitely recommend Royale Limousine however suggest clarifying when to expect your vehicle and driver assignment as your wedding day approaches.

We booked a trolley and the 1937 Rolls Royce for our wedding. The staff making the booking arrangements were helpful and professional. The drivers were accommodating and went beyond their driver responsibilities to assist us at the wedding. Our major complaint was that the 1937 Rolls was not functioning properly. The car did not shift smoothly and it stopped working as we arrived at the ceremony. The drive to the venue was full of jolts and bumps. The driver apologized profusely, which we appreciated, but would have preferred a smoother ride. Our guests enjoyed the trolley service and the driver was very accommodating by stopping at the hotel and the ceremony site where guests had left their cars.

George was the driver for our limo in our November wedding. He was fantastic! He was happy to let us blast the music and was willing to drive us around Albany because we were ahead of schedule from photos to the venue. Jerome drove our shuttle and he was extremely flexible helping me pack my brothers car full of our left over wedding stuff and waiting an extra 20 minutes for my brother to arrive. Some of our guests said that he was a little rude to them because they were late for the shuttle service, but he was not that way with us!

He was extremely helpful when my Jr. Bridesmaids dress split 15 minutes before the ceremony started he had so many emergency items on her and we were able to get her decent to walk down the aisle. Our limo bus was extremely clean and everyone had a blast.
